Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés destinés à la synthèse asymétrique de 10(S)-amino-3-hydroxy-4-oxo-4,6,7,8,9,10-hexahydropyrimido[1,2-a]azépine-2-carboxamides et de composés correspondants. Les carboxamides enrichis de façon énantiomérique sont utiles en tant qu'inhibiteurs de l'intégrase de VIH et sont, de ce fait, utiles dans le traitement de l'infection par le VIH et du sida.
