Abstract

L invention concerne le domaine de la formation d'un biofilm fongique. L'invention concerne, plus spécifiquement, l'identification de polypeptides et des séquences polynucléotidiques codant pour lesdits polypeptides impliqués dans la formation d'un biofilm par Candida. L'invention concerne également une méthode permettant d'identifier des composés qui affectent la formation du biofilm et l'utilisation de ces composés dans des compositions et des méthodes permettant de prévenir la dégradation d'un biofilm et/ou de traiter/prévenir une candidose, telle que celle provoquée par Candida albicans ou Candida glabatra.
