Abstract

L’invention concerne une matière multicouche thermosoudable pour des structures fermées par soudage et pouvant être ouvertes à partir d’un point de soudure (7) en les détachant, notamment des emballages de produits thermosoudés (1). L’invention concerne également des emballages constitués de la matière en question. L’invention concerne en particulier des couvercles (5) de gobelets et des boîtes d’emballage (4) qui peuvent être détachés, ainsi que des sachets d’emballage formés par soudage de la matière proprement dite. La matière est constituée d’une couche de base (8) en papier ou en carton, d’une couche de support polymère (9) servant, par exemple, de poche d’air, et d’une couche extérieure thermosoudable à base de polymère (10), dans laquelle sont mélangés, selon l’invention, du polystyrène, un copolymère d’acrylate et une substance inorganique fine telle que, par exemple, du talc. Une matière selon l’invention est soudable de manière détachable sur, par exemple, du polyéthylène, du polyester ou du polystyrène.
