Abstract

Bei einem Mikroreaktor, insbesondere Brennstoffzelle, umfassend wenigstens eine Anode und eine Kathode sowie ein zwischen diesen Elektroden (3, 4) angeordnetes, Ionen leitendes Material (2) ist vorgesehen, daß eine Mehrzahl von Anoden und Kathoden (3, 4) auf einer Seite eines insbesondere festen, Ionen leitenden Materials (2) abwechselnd angeordnet ist. Weiters ist bei einem Verfahren zur Herstellung eines derartigen Mikroreaktors, insbesondere einer Brennstoffzelle vorgesehen, daß in einem von einer Basisplatte (1) gebildeten Grundkörper eine Mehrzahl von Vertiefungen bzw. Kanälen (7, 8) zur Anordnung der Elektroden (3, 4) ausgebildet wird, daß die Elektroden in den Vertiefungen bzw. Kanälen angeordnet werden und daß eine die Basisplatte und die Kanäle bzw. Vertiefungen abdeckende Schicht (2), bestehend aus dem Ionen leitenden Material, auf der Basisplatte (1) angeordnet wird, wodurch sich insgesamt bei einfachem Aufbau und einfacher Herstellung ein zuverlässig zu betreibender Mikroreaktor zur Verfügung stellen läßt.
