Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé de reconnaissance du marquage d'articles. Elle permet d'augmenter le degré de protection d'un article en série contre une copie non autorisée. Le procédé de protection du marquage sous forme de signes individuels d'un article en série consiste à appliquer à l'article en série un marquage unique sous forme de signes reconnaissables visuellement, lisibles par machine, à créer une base de données électronique interactive avec un identificateur lisible par machine sous forme de signe qui correspond à la valeur des signes du marquage unique individuel sous forme de signes sur l'article en série et qui est destiné à l'autorisation affirmative du marquage de l'article en série dans ladite base de données, à effectuer une requête d'autorisation de ce marquage de l'article en série dans la base de données électronique interactive, à identifier ce marquage d'article en série, à obtenir une réponse automatique portant sur l'autorisation affirmative ou négative, et à effacer automatiquement l'identificateur correspondant à celui faisant l'objet de la requête de ladite base de données dans le cas d'une autorisation affirmative et simultanément avec celle-ci (reconnaissance réussie avec obtention de réponse affirmative).
