En particulier pour les salles de marché et similaire, un besoin pour des postes de travail modulables et réglables à souhait s'est développé. Dans cette optique, une possibilité de déplacement dans toutes les directions des différents éléments constitutifs du poste de travail est souhaitable. En particulier le plateau de travail doit pouvoir être monté et abaissé ainsi qu'incliné en fonction des besoins, et les écrans doivent pouvoir être également déplacés dans toutes les directions imaginables pour s'adapter aux besoins différents des utilisateurs.
