The invention relates to a method for contacting electrically conductive stamped gratings, wherein at least a first and a second stamped grid are brought into electrical contact with each other at at least one location. Furthermore, the invention relates to an arrangement of at least two electrically conductive stamped gratings.
Stand der TechnikState of the art
Punching grids are known from the prior art. They are used in the areas of an electrical network, in particular in a motor vehicle, in which conductive elements and printed conductors with a high current carrying capacity and a sufficient intrinsic stability are required. The basis for producing a stamped grid is a sheet-like starting material, for example a sheet metal, in particular a copper sheet, from which the electrical paths and connections are formed by means of shaping processes, in particular stamping and / or bending. It is known to the person skilled in the art that a punch grid does not have to be understood as a grid in the narrower sense of the word, but rather that even the simplest geometries, such as a strip-shaped conductor track, fall under this term.
In the construction of an electrical network, it may be necessary to form a stamped grid arrangement, which is later to lie on a potential, by means of two or more stamped gratings which mechanically and electrically connected by spot welding or riveting. However, it has proved to be disadvantageous that, in addition to the shaping processes required for the production of the stamped grid, additional joining methods, including the machines required for this purpose, are required for this purpose.
Vorteile der ErfindungAdvantages of the invention
According to the invention, at least one recess with at least one contact zone is formed on a first stamped grid for electrical contacting of electrically conductive stamped grid, and the contact tongue is inserted into the recess such that at least by means of the contact zone an electrical connection between first and second punched grid is produced. This means that the electrical contacting of the two lead frames requires no additional Verbindungs¬ procedure. On the contrary, the special production of first and second stamped grid allows that only the contact tongue has to be inserted into the recess for electrical contacting. Since no further machines or tools are required, as would be the case, for example, with spot welding or riveting, the production costs are reduced. In addition, the method shown offers the advantage that the connection between the stamped bars can be broken down in a simple manner - can be solved trouble-free again. To separate the punched grid, only the contact tongue has to be pulled out of the recess. In particular, the method according to the invention enables a multiple connection and disconnection of the two punched grids by inserting or removing the contact tongue. It should be noted that the shape of the contact zone can be manufactured in different shapes depending on the existing requirements. Thus, the contact zone may be substantially punctiform, linear or planar. In addition, the contact zone can also be composed of several contact areas, for example opposite sides of the recess. The proposed contacting of stamped gratings can be used particularly advantageously in the central electrical system of a motor vehicle. Here, punched grids are used to produce electrical connections between printed circuit boards, plugs and interchangeable elements, such as fuses or relays. For details on Zentral¬ electrics of a motor vehicle is made to DE 100 21 217 C1.
Advantageously, the contact tongue is angled relative to the first stamped grid, in particular approximately at right angles. This allows a particularly flexible arrangement of the stamped grid to each other, so that can be taken into account special spatial conditions.
It is advantageous if the first and second punched grids are positioned approximately parallel to one another prior to insertion of the contact tongue into the recess. This results in a particularly space-saving arrangement of the two stamped grid, in particular in zu¬ sammengesteckt state.
In a preferred development of the invention, as part of the contact zone, at least one contact nose is formed integrally with the second punched grid. The contact nose is formed in particular at the edge of the recess and faces the center of the recess. If now the contact tongue is inserted into the recess, then at least a well-defined contact point results.
- A -Advantageously, the contact nose bends partially elastic when inserting the contact tongue and exerts a compressive force against the contact tongue. Partially elastic is to be understood in the context that the contact nose is deformed both plastically and elastically during insertion, so that a - albeit small - elastic restoring force remains. By means of this elastic component, the contact nose securely holds the contact tongue in its seat. The force exerted by the contact nose on the contact tongue force - A -
If the contact tongue is pulled out of the recess, for example during disassembly, then the contact nose springs back by a certain amount in the direction of its original position so that the secure contact is ensured even if the contact tongue is inserted again.
Advantageously, an insertion aid, in particular in the form of a material taper, is formed in the front region of the contact tongue. Such an insertion aid may be formed, for example in the form of a tip. As a result, in particular a desired deformation of a contact nose can be facilitated, as well as the centering of the contact tongue within the recess.
According to an advantageous development of the invention, a recess on the third stamped grid is formed such that the contact tongue passes through the recess without contacting the third stamped grid in order to avoid contact with a third stamped grid which is positioned between the first and second stamped grid , With a leadframe arrangement with multiple punched grid levels, it will not always be necessary for each leadframe to have electrical contact with each other leadframe. Rather, different groups of leadframes may be required, with the leadframes of one group being at a potential which should be different (at least temporarily) from the potential of another group of stamped gratings. Thus, for example, a stamped grid arrangement could carry a ground potential, while another stamped grid arrangement bears an operating voltage potential. If a punched grid of a punched grid arrangement is now located between punched grids of another stamped grid arrangement, unwanted contacting by means of the proposed cutout can be avoided in a simple manner. This allows a high flexibility in the arrangement of stamped gratings. For producing an additional contact on a third punched grid which is positioned between the first and second stamped grid, a recess with at least one contact zone is preferably formed on the third stamped grid (ie in addition to the recess present in the second stamped grid) and the contact tongue through the Recesses inserted in the second and third punched grid. This makes it easy to establish a connection between a plurality of lead frames.
Advantageously, at least the contact zone of the third stamped grid has a contact nose formed integrally with the stamped grid, which is bent in the direction of the second stamped grid upon insertion of the contact nose in such a way that the contact nose contacts the second stamped grid. In this way, both the mechanical stability of the stamped grid arrangement and the safety of the electrical connection between the stamped grid can be increased.
The invention further relates to an arrangement of at least two electrically conductive stamped gratings, wherein at least one first and one second stamped grid are electrically contacted at at least one point, the first stamped grid having a contact tongue which is associated with one of the contact tongues on the second stamping ¬ lattice recess is arranged with at least one contact zone and at least applied to the contact zone. Such a arrangement enables a particularly favorable electrical contacting of two stamped gratings with simultaneous mechanical stability of the connection.
Advantageously, a third stamped grid is arranged between the first and second stamped grid, which has a recess in which the contact tongue is arranged without an electrical contact. As a result, an arrangement of several punched grids can be realized in a simple manner, wherein the stamped grids (at least at least at certain times) should carry different potentials. As a result of the recess, that is to say the lack of electrical contacting, the third stamped grid can carry a potential which is independent of the potential of the first and second stamped grid.
In a preferred embodiment, at least one insulating element, in particular a spacer, is arranged between the first and third stamped grid and / or between the second and third stamped grid. As a result, it can be ensured in a simple manner that no undesired contacting of the stamped grids takes place underneath. In addition, a well-defined distance between the punched grids can be adjusted in a particularly favorable manner.
It is also advantageous if a third stamped grid is arranged between the first and second stamped grid, which has a recess with at least one contact zone in which the contact tongue is arranged and bears against at least the contact zone. This makes it easy and inexpensive to realize a contacting of all stamped grid unter¬ each other.

Beschreibung der AusführungsbeispieleDescription of the embodiments
A contact zone 16, which has three contact tabs 18, is formed in the interior of the recess 14. The Kontakt¬ noses 18 are partially elastic. In addition, it should be pointed out that the recess 14-depending on the technical situation to be solved-can have any desired shapes, provided the described electrical contacting is ensured.
A further embodiment is shown in FIG. 2, in which the electrical contact is produced by means of two contact lugs 18. The comments on Figure 1 are here to apply accordingly. Of course, other shapes are also suitable.
The method for electrically contacting two conductive stamped gratings 10, 12, as well as an arrangement 20 of two electrically conductive punched gratings 10, 12 is shown in FIG. 3. The same arrangement 20 is shown once in the side view and once in plan view. In the side view, a first punched grid 10 can be seen, which is arranged parallel to the second punched grid 12. By means of the dashed lines, the orientation of a contact tongue 22 is indicated, as they are immediately after the punching of the first Punching grid 10 represents. In the front region of the contact tongue 22, an insertion aid 24 is formed in the form of a material taper. After the two stamped gratings 10, 12 are punched out, the contact tongue 22 is bent in a position perpendicular to the first stamped grid 10. In a further step, the lead frames 10, 12 are aligned parallel to one another, the contact tongue 22 being positioned with the insertion aid 24 in such a way that it is assigned to the recess 14. The two punched grids 10, 12 are then moved toward one another, wherein the contact tongue 22 enters the recess 14 and thereby bends the contact tabs 18. The contact tabs 18 press against the contact tongue 22, so that a secure elekt¬ rischer contact is ensured. It can also be clearly seen in the side view that the contact tongue 22 can also be pulled out of the recess 14 again in order to separate first and second punched grid 10, 12 from one another.
Im dargestellten Fall ist die Aussparung 28 zudem so groß, dass auch die gebogenen Kontaktnasen 18 keinen elektrischen Kontakt zum zweiten Stanzgit¬ ter 12 herstellen können.FIG. 4 shows an arrangement - again as a side view and as a plan view - in which a third punched grid 26 is arranged between the first and second stamped grid 10, 12. Here is an electrical contact between the first and third punched grid 10,26 are made and no contact with the second lead frame 12 exist. For this purpose, the third stamped grid has the already known recess 14, while the second stamped grid 12 has a recess 28 which is so large that the contact tongue 22 does not make contact with the second stamped grid 12. In the case shown, the recess 28 is also so large that even the bent contact tabs 18 can not make electrical contact with the second stamped grid 12.
Figure 5 shows a similar situation, but here an electrical contact between the first and second punched grid 10,12 are made while the third punched grid 26 is not contacted. In this case, the recess 14 is arranged on the second stamped grid 12, while the cutout 28 is attached to the third stamped grid 26. is orders. In addition, an insulating element 30 is arranged between the first and the third stamped grid 10, 26, which at the same time fulfills the function of a spacer 32. By means of this element 30, it can be ensured, in particular, that even with a later occurring pressure on the first stamped grid 10, this does not come into electrical contact with the third stamped grid 26.
For this purpose, recesses 14 are arranged both on the second stamped grid 12 and on the third stamped grid 26, which are penetrated by the contact tongue 22. It should be noted that the contact lugs 18 of the third punched grid 26 rest on the second punched grid 12. In addition to an improvement in the electrical contact, the mechanical stability of this arrangement is also increased, in particular because the bent contact bases 14 of the third stamped grid 26 also define a spacing between the second and third stamped grid 12, 26.
By means of the invention, the surface of each stamped grid can be used efficiently, since the planning and application of the connecting paths is now facilitated. Moreover, this is a very reliable compound which can be subjected to standardized quality controls in the production process. Arrangements which are manufactured according to the invention provide a secure electrical connection with high mechanical stability, with the possibility of dismantling interconnected stamped bars.
