所述被呼终端未设置自动应答功能;
所述步骤 D包括: 被呼终端在建立完成信令连接和业务连接后将寻 呼响应消息、 呼叫确认消息以及回铃指示消息同时或合并为一条消息后 发送至核心网;核心网将回铃指示消息发送至主呼终端;被呼方摘机后, 被呼终端将连接消息发送至核心网; 核心网向主呼终端发送连接消息; 主呼终端接收连接消息, 主被叫用户实ΐ通话。
综上所述, 本发明具体以下的特点和优点:
1、 本发明将建立 Setup消息和呼叫确认 Call Confirm消息分別与寻 呼 PAGING消息和寻呼响应 Paging Response消息进行合并, 即同时发 送或合并为一条消息, 从而减少 CN和被呼 UE之间的一次消息交互过 程, 争低了呼叫时延, 大大减少建立呼叫连接所占用的时间。
2、 在 CN下发寻呼 PAGING消息后, 立即通过 RAB Assignment消 息向 RNC下发 QoS参数, RNC收到 UE的寻呼响应后, 并不只是建立 信令连接即 RRC连接建立, 同时还建立业务连接即 RB连接建立,从而 将被叫 UE侧的 RRC建立和 RB建立两个串行过程合并为一个过程, 降 低了呼叫时延, 大大减少建立呼叫连接所占用的时间。
3、 针对被呼 UE设置自动应答的情况, 被呼 UE无需再向主呼 UE 发送回铃指示 Alerting 消息, 并将建立 Connect 消息与寻呼 PAGING Response消息和呼叫确认 Call Confirm消息进行合并, 即同时发送或合 并为一条消息发送, 从而降低了呼叫时延, 大大减少建立呼叫连接所占 用的时间。
4、针对被呼 UE无法自动应答的情况,被呼 UE将回铃指示 Alerting 消息与寻呼 PAGING Response消息和呼叫确认 Call Confirm消息进行合 并, 即同时发送或合并为一条消息, 从而降低了呼叫时延, 大大减少建 立呼叫连接所占用的时间。
由此可见, 本发明通过合并 CN与被呼 UE之间交互的消息, 以及 合并被呼 UE的 RRC建立和业务 RB建立过程,使得呼叫建立过程中串 行的过程能够同时进行, 因而大大减少在 WCDMA系统和 TD-SCDMA 系统中建立呼叫连接所占用的时间, 并进而为在 WCDMA 系统和 TD-SCDMA 系统中实现对呼叫建立过程的时延具有很高要求的即按即 讲(PTT )业务带来了良好的应用前景。 附图简要说明
图 1是现有技术针对被呼方建立呼叫连接的流程图。
图 2是在本发明实施例中针对被呼方建立呼叫连接的流程图。 实施本发明的方式
为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点表达得更加清楚明白, 下面结 合附图及具体实施例对本发明再作进一步详细的说明。
在以下的实施例中,以在 WCDMA系统中建立呼叫连接为例来说明 本发明的具体实现过程。
图 2是在本发明实施例中针对被呼方建立呼叫连接的流程图。 参见 图 2, 为了大大减少主被叫用户之间建立呼叫连接所占用的时间, 本发 明针对被呼方建立呼叫连接的过程主要包括以下步骤:
步骤 201 :主呼 UE向 CN发送携带快速连接标识的业务请求( Service Request ) 消息。
这里, 主呼 UE在 Service Request消息中携带快速连接标识是为了 通过该快速连接标识通知网络侧进行快速呼叫建立的过程, 而不是普通 的呼叫建立过程。
另外, 主呼 UE在 Service Request消息中携带快速连接标识的方法 包括:预先在 Service Request消息中增加一个信元,在本步骤中主呼 UE 通过该增加的信元来携带快速连接标识; 或者, 由于业务请求消息 Service Request中包括信息单元 "业务类型" ( SERVICE TYPE ), 这一 信息单元中有 9个取值是空闲的, 用于今后的扩展使用, 因此, 在本步 骤中主呼 UE也可以直接利用 Service Request消息中该原有的空闲信元 来携带快速连接标识, 比如, 用信息单元 "SERVICE TYPE" 中的一个 取值携带快速连接标识。
需要说明的是, 与现有技术相同, 主呼 UE发送至 CN的业务请求 Service Request消息中携带有业务类型信息和 QoS参数。
步骤 202: CN收到主呼 UE发来的业务请求消息后, 根据其中携带 的快速连接标识, 确定本次呼叫需要使用快速呼叫流程, 并从业务请求 消息中获取本次呼叫的 QoS参数。
步骤 203: CN向被呼 UE所在位置对应的所有 RNC下发要求寻呼 被呼 UE和建立连接的消息。
在本步骤中, CN将寻呼 PAGING消息和建立 SETUP消息进行合并 发送, 其具体实现过程可以是: CN同时向被呼 UE所在位置对应的所 有 R C下发两条消息,即寻呼 PAGING消息和建立 SETUP消息;或者, CN首先将寻呼 PAGING消息和建立 SETUP消息合并为一条消息,然后 将该合并后的消息发送至被呼 UE所在位置对应的所有 RNC。
步骤 204: 各个 RNC通过寻呼类型 1 ( PAGING TYPE 1 )消息下发 寻呼, 同时启动等待被呼 UE响应的定时装置。
步骤 205: CN向各个 RNC发送携带 QoS参数的无线接入承载指配 消息 RAB Assignment„
这里, 需要说明的是, 本步骤所对应的业务情况为: 在步骤 203中 CN下发要求寻呼被呼 UE和建立的消息后, 尽快进行本步骤所述的 CN 发送携带 QoS参数的 RAB Assignment的过程; 或者, 将本步骤所述的 过程合并在步骤 203 中, 也就是说, CN同时向被呼 UE所在位置对应 的所有 RNC下发三条消息 , 即寻呼 PAGING消息、建立 SETUP消息和 携带 QoS参数的无线接入承载指配 RAB Assignment消息;或者, CN首 先将 PAGING消息、建立消息 SETUP和携带 QoS参数的 RAB Assignment 消息合并为一条消息, 然后将该合并后的消息发送至被呼 UE所在位置 对用的所有 RNC。
步骤 206: 被呼 UE收到 RNC发来的 PAGING TYPE 1消息后, 将 无线资源控制连接请求 R C CONNECTION REQUEST 消息发送至 R C, 请求与系统建立 RRC连接。
步骤 207: RNC接收到无线资源控制连接请求 RRC CONNECTION REQUEST消息后, 停止等待 UE响应的定时器, 并根据 CN已发来的 RAB ASSIGNMENT消息中的 QoS参数设置此次业务 RB的配置参数和 信令 RB的配置参数。
这里, 需要说明的是, 在上述步骤 204至步骤 207的过程中, 所述 各 R C在下发寻呼类型 1消息时启动预先设置的定时装置, 并以一定 时间间隔反复下发寻呼类型 1消息, 如果定时装置超时前仍未接收到被 呼终端的寻呼响应, 则结束当前流程。
步驟 208: 该 RNC将携带无线资源控制连接建立和无线承载建立信 息的消息发送至被呼 UE。 这里, 本步骤的具体实现过程可以是: 所述 RNC向被呼 UE同时下 发两条消息, 即无线资源控制连接建立 RRC CONNECTION SETUP消 息和无线承载建立消息 RADIO BEARER SETUP; 或者, 无线网络控制 器 CN首先将无线资源控制连接建立 RRC CONNECTION SETUP消息和 无线承载建立消息 RADIO BEARER SETUP合并为一条消息, 然后再将 该合并后的消息发送至被呼 UE。 可见, 本步骤的处理过程大大减少了 呼叫建立的时间。
步骤 209: 被呼 UE配置信令和业务 RB , 然后将携带无线资源控制 建立完成和无线承载建立完成信息的消息发送至 RNC。
这里, 本步骤的具体实现过程可以是: 被呼 UE同时将两条消息, 即无线资源控制建立完成 RRC CONNECTION SETUP消息和无线承载 建立完成 RADIO BEARER SETUP消息发送至 RNC; 或者,被呼 UE首 先将无线资源控制建立完成 RRC CONNECTION SETUP消息和无线承 载建立完成 RADIO BEARER SETUP消息合并为一条消息, 然后再将该 合并后的消息发送至 R C。可见, 本步骤的处理过程大大减少了呼叫建 立的时间。
步骤 210 : RNC 将无线接入承载指配响应 RAB ASSIGNMENT RESPONSE消息发送至 CN, 指示业务建立完成。
步驟 211 : 被呼 UE与主呼 UE进行接通处理。
这里, 当被呼 UE设置有自动应答功能时, 本步骤的具体实现过程 是: 被呼 UE在建立完成信令连接和业务连接后向 CN同时发送寻呼响 应 PAGING Response 消息、 呼叫确认 Call Confirm 消息以及连接 CONNECT消息, 或者, 将该三条消息合并为一条消息后发送至 CN; CN接收到后, 向主呼 UE发出连接 CONNECT消息, 主呼 UE接收到 该 CONNECT消息后, 则完成了被呼 UE与主呼 UE之间的接通处理, 主被叫用户实现通话。
当被呼 UE未设置自动应答功能时, 本步驟的具体实现过程是: 被 呼 UE 在建立完成信令连接和业务连接后向 CN 同时发送寻呼响应 PAGING Response 消息、 呼叫确认 Call Confirm 消息以及回铃指示 Alerting消息, 或者, 将该三条消息合并为一条消息后发送至 CN; CN 接收到后, 向主呼 UE发出 Alerting消息, 主呼 UE听到回铃音; 被呼 方摘机后, 被呼 UE通过 CN向主呼 UE发出连接 CONNECT消息 主 呼 UE接收到该 CONNECT消息后, 则完成了被呼 UE与主呼 UE之间 的接通处理, 主被叫用户实现通话。
在本发明中, 所述的将两条消息合并为一条消息的处理可以是: 将 所述两条消息中携带的所有一参数信息合并在一条消息中。
本发明提供的建立呼叫连接的方法不仅仅适用于 WCDMA系统,同 样也适用于 TD-SCDMA系统。 当应用于 TD-SCDMA系统中时,只需要 改变其无线信道建立的参数即可, 具体实现过程与上述图 2所示过程的 原理相同。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的 保护范围。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种建立呼叫连接的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括以下步骤:
A、 主呼终端将业务请求消息发送至核心网;
B、 核心网接收到业务请求消息后通过无线网络控制器通知被呼终 端建立快速呼叫连接;
C、 被呼终端与无线网络控制器同时建立信令连接和业务连接;
D、 主呼终端与被呼终端进行快速接通处理。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 A进一步包括: 主呼终端在所发送的业务请求消息中携带快速连接标识;
- 在步骤 B中, 核心网根据业务请求消息中携带的快速连接标识确定 执行所述的通过无线网絡控制器通知被呼终端建立快速呼叫连接的步 骤。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一步包括: 在业务请求消息中增加一个信元;
所述主呼终端在所发送的业务请求消息中携带快速连接标识的步骤 包括: 主呼终端通过业务请求消息中'所增加的信元携带快速连接标识。
4、才 据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述主呼终端在所发 送的业务清求消息中携带快速连接标识的步骤包括: 主呼终端通过业务 请求消息中已有的业务类型信息单元中任意一个取值携带快速连接标 识。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 B包括: 核心网向被呼终端所在位置对应的所有无线网络控制器下发要求寻呼 被呼终端和建立连接的消息 , 并向各无线网珞控制器发送携带业务服务 质量参数的无线接入承载指配消息; 各无线网络控制器通过寻呼类型 1 消息下发寻呼。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在步骤 B中, 所述 核心网下发要求寻呼被呼终端和建立的消息的步骤包括: 核心网同时向 被呼终端所在位置对应的所有无线网络控制器下发寻呼消息和建立消 息; 或者, 核心网首先将寻呼消息和建立消息合并为一条消息, 然后将 该合并后的消息发送至被呼终端所在位置对应的所有无线网络控制器。
7、 根据权利要求 5或 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在步骤 B中, 核心网在发送完要求寻呼被呼终端和建立的消息后, 执行所述的向无线 网络控制器发送携带业务服务质量参数的无线接入承载指配消息的步 骤。 .
8、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在步驟 B中, 所述 核心网发送要求寻呼被呼终端和建立的消息以及无线接入承载指配消 息的步骤包括: 核心网同时向被呼终端所在位置对应的所有无线网络控 制器下发寻呼消息、 建立消息和携带业务服务质量参数的无线接入承载 指配消息; 或者, 核心网首先将寻呼消息、 建立消息和携带业务服务质 量参数的无线接入承载指配消息合并为一条消息, 然后将该合并后的消 息发送至被呼终端所在位置对应的所有无线网络控制器。
9、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一步包括: 各无线网络控制器在下发所述寻呼类型 1消息时启动预先设置的定时装 置, 并以一定时间间隔反复下发寻呼类型 1消息, 如果定时装置超时前 仍未接收到被呼终端的寻呼响应, 则结束当前流程。
10、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 C包括: Cl、 被呼终端收到寻呼类型 1消息后, 将无线资源控制连接请求消 息发送至无线网络控制器;
C2、 无线网络控制器接收到无线资源控制连接请求消息后, 根据无 线接入承载指配消息中的业务服务质量参数设置此次业务无线接入承 载的配置参数和信令无线接入承载的配置参数;
C3、 无线网'络控制器将携带无线资源控制连接建立和无线承载建立 信息的消息发送至被呼终端;
C4、 被呼终端配置信令无线接入承载和业务无线接入承载, 然后将 携带无线资源控制建立完成和无线承载建立完成信息的消息发送至无. 线网络控制器;
C5、 无线网络控制器将无线接入承载指配响应消息发送至核心网。
11、根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 C3包括: 无线网络控制器向被呼终端同时下发无线资源控制连接建立消息和无 线承载建立消息; 或者, 无线网络控制器首先将无线资源控制连接建立 消息和无线承载建立消息合并为一条消息, 然后再将该合并后的消息发 送至被呼终端。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在步骤 C4中, 所 述被呼终端将携带无线资源控制建立完成和无线承载建立完成信息的 消息发送至无线网络控制器的步骤包括: 被呼终端同时将无线资源控制 建立完成消息和无线承载建立完成消息发送至无线网络控制器; 或者, 被呼终端首先将无线资源控制建立完成消息和无线承载建立完成消息 合并为一条消息, 然后再将该合并后的消息发送至无线网络控制器。
