背景技术
全球移动通讯系统 ( Global System for Mobile communications, GSM )和 统一移动通讯系统 ( Universal Mobile Telecommunications System, UMTS )等 移动网络釆用电路交换技术, 称为电路( Circuit Switched, 简称 CS )域, 能 够为用户提供基本的语音业务, 以及基于语音业务的补充业务。
在世界一些地方如非洲、 南美洲和南亚等地, 缺乏快速可靠的传输资源 或者高昂的传输成本, 给运营商在网络和业务部署带来一定的困难。 然而, 根据统计数据, 在那些地方, 移动网络中的大多数呼叫是本地呼叫, 这些呼 叫在相同的基站系统(Base Station System, BSS ) 下产生。 对于本地呼叫, 如果釆用本地交换技术(语音数据在 BSS进行环路), 则可以节省了 BSS与 核心网移动交换中心 ( Mobile Switch Center, MSC ) 间 A口传输资源。

图 2是釆用本地呼叫本地交换技术的语音呼叫的示意图, 与图 1相比, 当 MSC收到 UE1的呼叫建立请求,根据小区判断 UE1和 UE2是否同属一个 BSS,若 UE1和 UE2是同属一个 BSS,则 MSC通知 BSS执行本地交换; UE1 和 UE2的承载环路在 BSS侧执行,这样就省下了 BSS和 MSS间的承载资源。
图 3是图 2釆用本地呼叫本地交换技术的信令流程, 包括下面步骤: 301、 UE1和 UE2在相同的 BSS下发起呼叫, 并通过核心网 MSC建立 相互连接, MSC为主叫 UE1和被叫 UE2分配 BSS和 MSC间的电路号或者 呼叫标识;
302、被叫 UE2在振铃状态下应答,并经过 BSS向 MSC发送被叫应答消 息;
303、 MSC向主叫 UE1发送被叫应答消息, 通知 UE1呼叫接通;
304、 MSC根据主叫 UE1和被叫 UE2当前的位置信息, 判断本次呼叫是 否同属一个 BSS内的本地呼叫;

507、 MSC2根据主叫接入的 BSS-ID判断本次呼叫 UE1和 UE2是否在 同一个 BSS下, 并且 MSC2、 BSS和 505步骤中 MSCl都支持本地交换, 满 足上述条件则认为本次呼叫是本地呼叫需要执行本地交换。
508、 MSC2判断如果 MSC2和被叫 BSS都满足本地交换条件,则 MSC2 向 UE2传递从 MSC1获取的本地参考, 本地参考传递可以釆用如下方式:
MSC2在地面电路指派消息中把本地参考带给被叫侧 BSS, 或者通过单 独的通知消息传递给被叫侧 BSS;
509、 被叫应答;
510、 如果 507步骤判断是本地呼叫, MSC2向 BSS发送本地交换通知 消息, 通知 BSS执行本地交换, 消息中携带本地参考;
511、 被叫侧 BSS收到执行本地交换命令, 根据命令中的本地参考关联 主、 被叫呼叫分支, 关联成功并执行本地交换;
512、本地交换成功后, BSS向 MSC1发送本地交换成功消息,通知 MSC1 本次本地交换已经成功;
513、本地交换成功后, BSS向 MSC2发送本地交换成功消息,通知 MSC2 本次本地交换已经成功;
注: 512-513步骤, BSS也可以只向一侧的 MSC发送本地交换完成消息,
MSC收到后通知另一侧 MSC;
514、 MSC1和 MSC2释放与 BSS相连的地面承载电路, 即 A口承载资 源, 该步骤可选。
当然, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性 本发明提供一种本地呼叫本地交换实现方法,解决因 BSS连接多个 MSC 而导致本地交换不成功的问题。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种本地呼叫本地交换的实现方法, 包括:
主叫侧移动交换中心 (MSC ) 收到主叫用户的呼叫建立请求, 主叫侧 MSC传递本地参考给主叫侧基站系统(BSS )和被叫侧 MSC, 并传递主叫接 入位置信息给被叫侧 MSC; 被叫侧 MSC收到本地参考, 传递给被叫侧 BSS; 以及
被叫侧 MSC根据主叫接入信息判断呼叫为本地呼叫, 通知被叫侧 BSS 执行本地交换。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的实现方法, 其中, 所述主叫侧 MSC传递所述本 地参考给所述主叫侧 BSS和所述被叫侧 MSC的步骤还包括:
所述主叫侧 MSC判断本端 MSC和所述主叫侧 BSS均满足本地交换条 件, 传递所述本地参考给所述主叫侧 BSS和所述被叫侧 MSC。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的实现方法, 其中, 所述满足本地交换条件, 指所 述用户当前没有存在与其它用户正在通信的会话, 符合运营商本地交换用户 管理策略, 所述主叫用户所在的 BSS和 MSC都满足本地交换条件。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的实现方法, 其中, 所述本地参考, 是由所述主叫 侧 MSC 为本次呼叫分配的一个关联呼叫的号码, 所述本地参考获取方式包 括:
所述主叫侧 MSC根据呼叫中的主、 被叫号码分配所述本地参考; 或者 ,所述主叫侧 MSC根据所述主叫侧 BSS与所述主叫侧 MSC间电路 号或者呼叫标识分配本地参考。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的实现方法, 其中, 所述主叫侧 MSC ^t巴所述本地 参考传递给主叫侧 BSS和被叫侧 MSC, 并传递主叫接入位置信息给被叫侧 MSC的步骤还包括:
所述主叫侧 MSC在地面电路指派消息中把分配的所述本地参考带给所 述主叫侧 BSS, 或者通过单独的通知消息传递给所述主叫侧 BSS;
当所述主叫侧 MSC和被叫侧 MSC属于不同的 MSC时候, 所述主叫侧 MSC通过地址初始消息中所述本地参考、 主叫侧 MSC支持本地交换条件和 主叫接入位置信息带给所述被叫侧 MSC, 或者通过单独通知消息传递所述本 地参考、主叫侧 MSC支持本地交换条件和主叫接入位置信息; 当所述本地参 考由所述主叫侧 MSC根据主被号码获取, 所述被叫侧 MSC或者根据地址初 始消息中的主被叫号码获取本地参考号。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的实现方法, 其中, 所述被叫侧 MSC把所述本地 参考传递给被叫侧 BSS的步骤还包括:
所述被叫侧 MSC收到所述主叫侧 MSC 的呼叫建立请求, 所述被叫侧 MSC判断所述被叫侧 MSC和所述被叫侧 BSS均满足本地交换条件, 所述本 地交换条件, 指所述用户当前没有存在与其它用户正在通信的会话, 符合运 营商本地交换用户管理策略;
如果判断所述被叫用户具备本地交换条件, 所述被叫侧 MSC把从主叫 侧 MSC获取到的本地参考传递给被叫侧 BSS, 所述传递的步骤包括: 所述被 叫侧 MSC在地面电路指派消息中把所述本地参考带给所述被叫侧 BSS,或者 通过单独的通知消息传递给所述被叫侧 BSS。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的实现方法, 其中, 被叫侧 MSC根据主叫接入信 息判断呼叫为本地呼叫, 通知被叫侧 BSS执行本地交换的步骤还包括: 所述被叫侧 MSC根据所述主叫接入位置信息判断所述主叫和所述被叫 是否在同一个 BSS下, 如果是, 并且所述主叫侧 MSC和被叫侧 MSC都满足 本地交换条件, 所述 MSC通知所述 BSS执行本地交换, 通知消息中携带本 地参考;
所述被叫侧 BSS收到执行本地交换命令,根据命令中的本地参考关联主 叫呼叫分支和被叫呼叫分支, 关联成功并执行本地交换, 并把关联和执行结 果反馈给主叫侧 MSC和被叫侧 MSC。
