Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Basisstoffes auf Cellulose-Basis mit den folgenden Verfahrensschritten: - es wird als Ausgangsmaterial eine cellulosehaltiges Produkt mit Wasser gemischt; - das Gemisch wird erhitzt, wobei das cellulosehaltige Produkt hydrolisiert wird; - das Gemisch wird einem Scherprozess unterworfen, um die Cellulose­ Partikel bis zum Erreichen des Nano-Bereiches zu zerkleinern und hiermit den Basisstoff zu erlangen; - der Basisstoff wird einem anderen festen oder flüssigen faserstoffhaltigen Material zugegeben.
