Abstract

Les résidus présents sur les surfaces des pièces (J) produites par la mécanique de précision à fin production et/ou après nettoyage sont séparés et quantifiés par un procédé de désorption thermique des surfaces mêmes, dans une chambre (A) où les pièces (J) sont échauffées en milieu de gaz inerte statique ou dynamique. Les vapeurs obtenues par évaporation et/ou sublimation des résidus sont transportées par le gaz inerte dans une trappe cryogénique (E) et concentrées en forme liquide et/ou solide. Ensuite le concentré est échauffé et transporté par le gaz inerte en phase aériforme à un détecteur (G), directement ou en passant par un restricteur (F) et/ou une colonne chromatographique (H) de séparation. Le détecteur (FID, MSD ou d'autre genre) permet la quantification du résidu totale par l'intégration du pic obtenu en cas de transport direct ou du chromatogramme complet dans le cas du transport à travers la colonne chromatographique (H).
