Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung beschreibt die Herstellung und Verwendung von dreidimensionalen Strukturen, die durch geeignete Kombination von A) Tensiden, Cotensiden, Salzen und/oder Blockcopolymeren, B) wenigstens einer wasserlöslichen oder mit Wasser mischbaren Substanz, die an sich oder nach einem Umwandlungsschritt halbleitende oder photoaktive Eigenschaften aufweist, C) wenigstens einer wasserunlöslichen oder weitgehend nicht mit Wasser mischbaren Substanz, die an sich oder nach einem Umwandlungsschritt halbleitende oder photoaktive Eigenschaften aufweist, D) gegebenenfalls weiteren Substanzen, wie z.B. Farbstoffen, Sensibilisatoren, Nanopartikeln entstehen. Außerdem wird die Verwendung dieser erfindungsgemäßen Formulierungen zur Herstellung von Filmen und daraus herstellbaren funktionalen Bauteilen, wie z.B. Solarzellen beansprucht.
