Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de nitrure de bore mésoporeux, à porosité homogène et ordonnée, et présentant une surface spécifique élevée, comprenant les étapes successives suivantes : a) imprégnation d'un moule mésoporeux, à porosité homogène et ordonnée, et présentant une surface spécifique élevée, avec un précurseur de nitrure de bore, b) céramisation par décomposition thermique du précurseur, de façon à former du nitrure de bore, c) élimination du moule. ainsi que les nitrures de bore susceptibles d'être obtenus par un tel procédé.
