Abstract

L'invention concerne une sonde Raman comprenant une première fibre optique permettant de recevoir et d'émettre un rayonnement d'excitation laser à partir d'une source lumineuse; un premier filtre permettant de recevoir le rayonnement de la première fibre optique, de passer le rayonnement d'excitation laser et de bloquer des signaux parasites associés au rayonnement; un second filtre permettant de recevoir un rayonnement du premier filtre et de diriger le rayonnement en direction du spécimen; un appareil de focalisation permettant de recevoir le rayonnement du second filtre, de focaliser le rayonnement sur un spécimen de manière à produire le signal Raman et à retourner celui-ci dans le second filtre; celui-ci filtrant un rayonnement d'excitation laser non souhaité avant de diriger le signal Raman vers une seconde fibre optique lors de la réception du signal Raman de l'appareil de focalisation; et une seconde fibre optique permettant de recevoir et d'émettre le signal Raman à partir du second filtre vers un élément d'analyse de rayonnement et un procédé d'utilisation associé.
