Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von primären Alkoholen aus Aldehyden mit Hilfe von Ganzzellkatalysatoren oder isolierten Enzymen. Zum Einsatz kommen eine Alkoholdehydrogenase sowie ein zur Cofaktorregenerierung befähigtes Enzym, wobei vorzugsweise für die Umsetzung eine Substratkonzentration von >150 mM Aldehyd vorliegend kann.
