ROTATION BRUSHES
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to an air purifier with a water washing function using rotation brushes which is capable of preventing an external polluted air from being inputted into an indoor and continuously supplying fresh air into an indoor as a dust collecting apparatus using a surface tension of water and a water membrane capable of discharging an indoor polluted air to the outside using pressure difference, with the air purifier being provided with a moisturizer.

Background Art
[3] An air purifier has been widely used in our lives such as at home, factory, office, etc., with people having a big attention concerning polluted air. Almost air filters use an air purification filter formed of multiple layers, which are not effective for an air pu¬ rification operation. In particular, when it is used at a place with many dusts, it is needed to clean it frequently. In the case that dusts are collected at a filtering net formed in multiple layers, the collected dusts interfere smooth flow of air. In this state, when indoor air is ventilated, external air can be directly inputted into the indoor, and then the air purification is performed in the indoor, so that indoor air purification ef¬ ficiencies can be largely decreased. When ventilation is not fully performed, the oxygen concentration of the indoor largely decreases. Therefore, people may feel hard for breathing.

Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[5] Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to overcome the problems en¬ countered in the conventional art.
[6] It is another object of the present invention to provide an apparatus capable of purifying harmful air and micro dusts directly inputted into the indoor using water, with the harmful air and micro dusts being known to disadvantageously influencing human body when people breath.
[7] It is further another object of the present invention to provide an air purifier with water washing function using rotation brushes in which it is not needed to frequently wash the air purifier and an easier air purifier maintenance is achieved in such a manner that polluted air is contacted with water membrane formed at a brush surface
when polluted air passes through micro brush hairs, and the collected dusts are washed by water when the brushes are rotated, as compared to the conventional art in which almost cross sections are formed of small nets, and dusts are collected when polluted air passes through the nets, so that the collected dusts interfere smooth flow of air, and it is needed to frequently clean the collected dusts.

Technical Solution
[9] To achieve the above objects, there is provided an air purifier comprising a body which includes cylindrical rotation brushes, a wind curtain cover for guiding the flow of air, and an upper cover for generating water drops at a portion contacting with an end of the cover.

Mode for the Invention
[17] In an air purifier, a body of an air purifier includes an inlet 1 through which external air passes through, an air blowing fan 2 for blowing external air into the indoor, a motor 3 for transferring driving force to a rotation brush water washing apparatus which is an air purifier, purification rotation brushes 4, 5 and 6, and brush covers 17, 18 and 19. Belt pulleys 23, 24, 25 and 26 and V-belts 20, 21, 22 are adapted to transfer driving force. A support 16 is designed to support the driving force transfer motor. A washing water 13 washes the rotation brushes which purify the polluted air. A drainage port 12 discharges the washing water when the washing water is exchanged. A washing water inlet 11 is adapted to supplement washing water. A porous sponge filter 7 operates with filtering functions for purifying the remaining impurities contained in the air, which passed through the rotation brush air purifier. An active carbon pu¬ rification filter 8 purifies the remaining harmful gas of the purified gas. An inlet port 9 inputs the purified air into the indoor, with the purified air being passed through the air purifier with multiple steps. A control box 15 controls all functions of the electric ap-
paratuses of the air purifier. An outer body 10 formed in a box shape enclosures the above elements. [18]
Industrial Applicability
[19] As described above, in the present invention, air purification and continuous washing operations when a purification apparatus is rotated, are performed in such a manner that polluted air are forced to flow the gaps of the brush hairs which form water molecules and water membrane at the ends of the rotation brushes and wind curtain in the front of the inlet of the rotation brushes. When air passes through a second filtering apparatus sponge filter, water drops and remaining polluted air are purified. The remaining harmful gas is purified when the air passes through the third active carbon filtering apparatus. Stable levels of moisture are maintained in a bad en¬ vironment which may causes cold or bad breathing because the moisture is low in the winter season. The polluted air including a lot of polluted substances can be effectively purified. In particular, when yellow sands are blown, it is possible to effectively purify the polluted air, so that clean air can be supplied into the indoor. In the present invention, the air purification operation is performed using natural methods without using electrical or chemical methods. Second pollution problems do not occur in the present invention. The air purifier according to the present invention is an environment friendly apparatus. Maintenance is easy. The air purifier according to the present invention is detachable for thereby achieving an easier washing and regular maintenance. Since natural oxygen is continuously supplied into the indoor, people can feel good breathing.
