공기청정기는 공해로 인해 사람들의 관심이 커지면서 가정, 공장, 사무실 등 사람들의 생활공간에 많이 사용하게 되었으며 대부분의 공기청정기는 여러겹의 공기정화필터를 사용하고 있으나 정화작용을 크게 효율적으로 하지 못하고 특히 먼지가 많이 발생하는 곳에서는 자주 청소해야하는 번거로움을 안고 있으며 이는 여러겹의 여과망에 먼지가 많이 쌓일 경우 공기의 통풍을 직접적으로 방해하게 되며 특기 실내공기를 환기시키게 될때에는 외부의 공기가 그대로 실내로 유입되었다가 실내에서 공기정화가 이루어지므로 실내공기의 정화효율이 크게 떨어지게 되며 통풍을 충분히 시키지 않을시 실내의 산소농도가 낮아지게 되므로 호흡에도 직접적으로 나쁜 영향을 미치는 것을 알수 있다.Air cleaners have been used in people's living spaces such as homes, factories, offices, etc. due to pollution, and most air cleaners use multiple layers of air purification filters. 본고안의 목적은 위와같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 이루어진 것으로서 각종 유해먼지와 황사먼지등 유해 미분진이 가정으로 실내로 직접유입되어 호흡할때에 인체에 상당한 영향을 미치므로 내부로 들어오는 유해공기와 미분진등을 물을 이용하여 공기를 정화시킬수 있는 장치를 고안하였으며 현재 사용중인 공기여과장치는 대부분이 단면의 미세망으로 되어있어서 오염 공기가 미세망을 통과할때에 분진등이 망에 걸리게 하여 정화하는 장치이므로 먼지가 쌓여서 공기의 흐름을 차단하게 되고 수시로 청소를 하게 하였으나 본고안의 회전솔 물세척 공기정화장치는번거롭게 자주 청소하지 않아도 되고 오염된 공기가 미세한 솔의 사이를 통과할 때 솔면에 형성된 수막에 오염공기가 접촉하게 하여 솔의 회전시 수중에서 물에 씻기게 하였으므로 기계 유지관리를 편리하게 하였다.The purpose of this paper is to solve the above problems, and harmful dust and dust such as dust and dust are introduced directly into the home and have a significant effect on the human body when breathing.
