Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Analyse von Wechselwirkungen zwischen Biomolekülen umfassend einen Träger auf dem eine Vielzahl von Biomolekülen in einer regelmäßigen oder unregelmäßigen Anordnung über Linker auf der Oberfläche des Trägermaterials immobilisiert sind, wobei an jedem Linker je zwei Biomoleküle gebunden sind. Weiter betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Nachweis von Wechselwirkungen zwischen von auf einer Oberfläche immobilisierten Biopolymeren umfassend die Schritte des Bereitstellens einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, des Einstellens eines definierten Abstands zwischen zwei auf der Oberfläche immobilisierten Biopolymeren sowie des Messens eines durch die Wechselwirkung zwischen den zwei Biopolymeren hervorgerufenen Signals.
