第 2 0図ないし第 2 3図に示す本発明の第 5の実施の形態において、 前記本発 明の第 1の実施の形態と主に異なる点は、 前記掛け具 5の外周面を覆うように係 合する、 スリーブ状に形成された取付け具本体 1 O Bと、 この取付け具本体 1 0 Bの内側面に設けられた軟質合成樹脂材製の嵌合補助部 1 2とからなる取付け具 6 と、 この取付け具 6 Dの端部部位に設けられた、 前記掛け棒 5の先端部を覆 うことができるように豆電球形状に形成された緩衝部 7 Aを有し、 該緩衝部 7 A の内側部位に該掛け具 5の先端部が係止する凹形状の係止部 1 6が形成された緩 衝部本体 8 Bとからなる緩衝部材 9 Cを用いた点で、 このように構成した商品掛 け具 1 Eにしても、前記本発明の第 1の実施の形態と同様な作用効果が得られる。 第 2 4図および第 2 5図に示す本発明の第 6の実施の形態において、 前記本発 明の第 2の実施の形態と主に異なる点は、 前記取付け片 3に取リ付けられた U形 状の掛け棒 5 Aに取り付けることができる 1対の取付け具本体 1 O C、 1 O Cが 前記掛け棒 5 Aの上方部位に取り付けられ， 該掛け棒 5 Aの先端部を覆うことが できるように幅寸法のある緩衝部 7 Bを有する緩衝部本体 8 Cを用いた点で、 こ のような緩衝部材 9 Dを構成した商品掛け具 1 Fにしても、 前記本発明の第 2の 実施の形態と同樣な作用効果が得られる。
以上の説明から明らかなように、 本発明にあっては次に列挙する効果が得られ る。
( 1 ) 商品陳列具に取付け片を取付け、 この取付け片に支持棒と掛け棒あるいは 掛け棒のみ、 支持棒のみを取り付けた商品掛け具において、 前記掛け棒に着脱可 能に取り付けることができる取付け具と、この取付け具の端部部位に設けられた、 前記掛け棒の先端部を覆うことができるように形成された緩衝部を有する緩衝部 本体とからなる緩衝部材とで構成されているので、 前記掛け棒の先端部を確実に 覆うことができる。
したがって、 買い物中や歩行中等に購買客や来訪者が、 掛け棒の先端部に接触 してもケガなどをしないように効率よく防止することができる
また、 顔を近付けても目等を傷付けることを効率よく防止することができる。
( 2 ) 前記 （1 ) によって、 ケガ等を防止する状態で、 商品の出し入れを容易に 行うことができる。
( 3 ) 前記 （1 ) によって、 掛け棒の長さや形状が変わっても、 使用することが できるので、 特に幼児■子供等の目線の位置の陳列箇所で使用しても効果的であ る。
( 4 ) 前記 （1 ) によって、 構造が簡単なので、 容易に実施することができると ともに、 利用価値の高い状態で、 従来と同様な美観で設置することができる。
( 5 ) 請求項 2〜4も前記 （1 ) 〜 （4 ) と同様の効果が得られる。 産業上の利用可能性 明は商品掛け具を製造、 使用、 販売する産業、 業種等で利用される

請求の範囲
1 . 商品陳列具に取付け片を取付け、 この取付け片に支持棒と掛け棒あるいは掛 け棒のみ、 支持棒のみを取り付けた商品掛け具において、 前記掛け棒に着脱可能 に取り付けることができる取付け具と、 この取付け具の端部部位に設けられた、 前記掛け棒の先端部を覆うことができるように形成された緩衝部を有する緩衝部 本体とからなる緩衝部材を備えることを特徴とする商品掛け具。
2. 商品陳列具に取付け片を取付け、 この取付け片に支持棒と掛け棒あるいは掛 け棒のみ、 支持 のみを取り付けた商品掛け具において、 前記掛け棒に着脱可能 に取り付けることができる合成樹脂材製で成形された取付け真本体、 この取付け 具本体の前記掛け棒に係合する部位に形成された嵌合部、 この嵌合部の内側面に 設けられた、 前記掛け棒 5の係合時に前後方向に移動するのを防止する軟質合成 樹脂材製の嵌合補助部とからなる取付け具と、 この取付け具の端部部位に設けら れた、前記掛け棒の先端部を覆うことができるように形成された緩衝部を有する、 前記取付け具と同様の材質で成形された緩衝部本体とからなる緩衝部材を備える ことを特徴とする商品掛け具。
3. 前記緩衝部材の緩衝部は、 取付け部に回動可能あるいは着脱可能に設けられ ていることを特徴とする請求項 1あるいは 2のいずれかに記載の商品掛け具。
4. 前記取付け具は、 前記掛け具の外周面を覆うように係合し、 緩衝部材は、 前 記取付け具の端部部位に設けられた、 前記掛け棒の先端部を覆うことができるよ うに形成された緩衝部の内側部位には、 該掛け具の先端部が係止する係止部が形 成されていることを特徴とする請求項 1あるいは 2のいずれかに記載の商品掛け
