Abstract

Selon un procédé pour faire fonctionner un système de ventes aux enchères en ligne, le système comprend une base de données de vente aux enchères hébergée sur un serveur, un premier ordinateur client attribué à un premier utilisateur enchérisseur (BU), une base de données de solvabilité stockant les données de solvabilité attribuées à l'utilisateur (BU), un second ordinateur client attribué à un utilisateur vendeur (SU), un serveur web et un réseau informatique, destiné à mettre en réseau le serveur web, le premier et le second ordinateur clients. Le vendeur peut déterminer si l'acheteur veut ou peut payer le prix déterminé, lorsqu'il a remporté l'enchère selon un procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : récupération des données dans la base de données de solvabilité sur l'utilisateur enchérisseur (BU), lorsque ledit utilisateur (BU) entre une enchère sur un produit ou un service offert par l'utilisateur vendeur (SU) à travers une vente aux enchères en ligne ; récupération de la ligne de crédit disponible (ACL) attribuée à l'utilisateur (BU) dans les données récupérées ; traitement des données par comparaison d'un prix d'enchère (BP) avec la ligne de crédit disponible (ACL) attribuée à l'utilisateur (BU) ; création d'une page web et transmission de cette page au premier ordinateur client, ladite page contenant des informations concernant une ligne de crédit disponible restant (RCL), qui correspond à la ligne de crédit disponible (ACL) moins le prix d'enchères (BP).
