一种铅酸电池的单体网状电池板结构,包括多孔网状物和实体支 架, 其中的多孔网状物是一个刚性、 可导电的网状物, 它是由若干个 丝状物连续交叉组成几何多边形孔(一种类似于海绵状的导电纤维材 料), 形成多孔结构, 其表面再附着电池材料, 并保持开孔和空间; 所述的实体支架粘接于网状物的边缘。
上述的实体支架设在网状物的一边或四周。
上述的的网状物设在一个纵横交叉的框架上。
上述的电池板的刚性多孔网状物组成的可导电织物形成有若干 个开口通道,同时这些织状物相连接的连续节点支持该结构能在各个 方向上经受压缩、 延展、 弯曲、 震动、 加速等机械冲击。 采用上述结 构, 能够增大电池板与电解液的接触面积, 使电池间充分接触, 从而 减少所需电解液的容量和电池的体积 , 同时保持足够的机械强度。 附图说明 图 1为本发明的结构示意图;

图 3为本发明的另一实施例的结构示意图。 具体实施方式 如图 1所示, 本发明提供一种铅酸电池的单体电池板, 包括多孔 网状物 1和实体支架 2。 如图 2所示, 其中的多孔网状物是一个刚性 并可导的丝状纤维织物 11, 连续交叉组成若干个几何多边形的孔 3, 该纤维织物 11表面附着电池材料, 并保持开孔和空间, 这样即形成 了一个多孔渗透的结构,使得整个电池板暴露于电解液中, 与电池中 的电解液充分接触。孔 3的大小以及纤维织物的大小长度由工艺流程 决定。 所述的实体支架 2粘接于网状物 1的上部边缘, 其作用是加强 整个电池板的机械强度并起到集合电流的作用,该上部边缘连接有一 个电极端子 4。
如图 3所示, 本发明提供的另一种电池板, 包括多孔网状物 1和 实体支架 2, 实体支架 2设在网状物的四周边缘 1 , 其中上边缘设有 一个电极端子 4。
为增加电池板的强度,还可将上述的网状物设在一个纵横交叉的 框架上, 然后与实体支架相结合。

1、 一种铅酸电池的单体网状电池板结构, 其特征在于: 电池板 包括多孔网状物和实体支架, 其中的多孔网状物是一个刚性、可导电 的网状物, 它是由若干个丝状物连续交叉组成几何多边形孔, 形成多 孔结构, 其表面再附着电池材料, 并保持开孔和空间; 所述的实体支 架粘接于多孔网状物的边缘。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的一种铅酸电池的单体网状电池板结构, 其特征在于: 所述的实体支架设在多孔网状物的一边或四周。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的一种铅酸电池的单体网状电池板结构, 其特征在于: 所述的多孔网状物设在一个纵横交叉的框架上。
