  • a building unit that comprises a floor section in the lowermost position of the unit, a pivotal wall section positioned on the floor section, and a ceiling section position uppermost in the unit is erected from a collapsed state by lifting the ceiling section essentially transversely, wherein a lifting device is connected between the ceiling section and the wall section and the wall section is caused to be lifted pivo- tally about a floor joint between the floor section and the wall section through an angle of 90° between the floor section and the wall section, where after the wall section is fixed to the floor section, where after the ceiling section is then lowered down against the wall section and fixed thereto.
  • the lifting device When lowering the ceiling section, the lifting device is gathered under the force of gravity in a lifting duct which functions to gather up the lifting device and also to align the lifting device along the wall section so as to achieve optimal lifting of said section.

  • the ceiling section rests on a number of removable transportation supports 4 which are removed when lifting of the ceiling section 1 commences.
  • Each of the wall sections 3 is connected to the floor section 2 via a floor joint 5 that enables the wall sections to be rotated through an angle of at least 90° from a collapsed position parallel with the floor section to a vertical position at right angles to the floor section 2.
  • the angle of rotation is restricted to solely 90°, although other embodiments that lie within the scope of the present invention may permit greater angles of rotation temporarily.
  • FIG. 1b is a detailed illustration of one end of the collapsed building unit, wherewith the floor joint 5 is located between the floor section 2 and the wall sec- tion 3.
  • the wall section includes a rectangular tubular profile, which serves as a lifting duct 7.
  • the lifting duct extends vertically from the floor end 8 of the wall section to the ceiling end 9 of said wall section inside the insulation 6.
  • a lifting device 10 which may consist of a chain or a wire and which is secured at one end to a first attachment point 11 located in the lifting duct 7 or at the end of the lifting duct at floor level.
  • the other end of the lifting device 10 is secured to a second attachment point 12 located laterally immediately, i.e. centrally, above the first attachment point in a contemplated erected position of the wall section.
  • the lifting device functions to exert an erecting force against the upper end of the lifting duct 7 when the ceiling section 1 is lifted transversely upwards.
  • the removable transportation support 4 is also shown in the figure.
  • the ceiling section 1 also includes a number of lifting eyes 13 for lifting the section transversally.
  • Figure 2 shows erection of the building unit in a half-way state, this state being achieved by lifting the ceiling structure 1 transversely and causing the lifting devices 10 to exert a pulling force which causes the upper ends of the wall sections 3 to be lifted and the entire sections to be therewith rotated outwards about the floor joints 5.
  • Figure 3 shows the state reached when the transversal lifting movement of the ceiling section 1 has been continued until the wall sections 3 have been raised completely by the lifting devices 10.
  • the wall sections 3 are affixed to the floor section 2 in this raised state of the wall sections, by means of a screw joint applied between wall section and floor section.
  • each wall section includes along its upper side an abutment 31 against which the ceiling section 1 is intended to rest when the ceiling section is later lowered onto the wall sections 3.
  • the strength of the abutment is achieved by virtue of the upper end of the lifting duct 7 also forming part of the abutment 31.
  • the ceiling section has been lowered down onto the wall sections and now rests on said abutments 31. Fitting of the wall sections 3 and the ceiling section 1 of the building unit is now completed by virtue of the ceiling section being affixed to the wall sections. This is achieved with the aid of a group of bolt joints 41 , which results in moment-rigid corner.
  • FIG. 5 shows the corner V according to Figure 4 between the wall section 3 and the ceiling section 1 subsequent to fitting the building unit.
  • the figure clearly shows the abutment 31 at the end of a lifting duct 7.
  • the lifting duct has been shown throughout the figures with its two ends in section transversely to the direction of the lifting duct, so as to indicate the shape of the duct and also to show where the end of the duct is situated, due to the fact that the lifting duct 7 in general is obscured in the figures by the insulation 6.
  • the figure also illustrates more clearly than Figure 4 the group 41 of bolt joints that join the ceiling section 1 with the wall section 3 in a moment-rigid fashion.
  • the lifting device 10 is shown in broken lines in the lifting duct 7, which is also shown in broken lines, with the second end 52 of the lifting device 10 fastened to the second attachment point 12 in the ceiling section 1.

  • the ceiling section has been lowered down and lies on the abutments, wherewith the lifting device 10 has dropped down into the lifting duct 7 and there collected in a bundle 68 in the lower part of the duct 7.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de montage de module de construction réunissant un élément de plancher (1), au moins un élément de paroi (3) pivotant autour d'une articulation de plancher (5), et un élément de plafond (1). En l'occurrence, le dispositif comprend sur l'élément de paroi (3) un premier point de fixation pour un appareil de levage (10) notamment sous forme d'une chaîne ou d'un câble, qui transfère uniquement les charges en tension. En outre, un deuxième point de fixation correspondant équipe latéralement le dessus du centre du premier point de fixation dans la position normalement érigée de l'élément de paroi (3). Enfin, une extrémité de l'appareil de levage (10) prend au premier point de fixation, l'autre extrémité de l'appareil de levage (10) prenant au deuxième point de fixation.
