发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于改进现有技术中的不足, 提供一种可以在使用过程 中通过人体使卫生巾与人体接触的部位升温和变得潮湿而具有杀菌、 抗炎的作 用且作用效果确切、 产品成本低廉的负离子蓝芯片卫生巾及护垫。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
本实用新型提供的负离子蓝芯片卫生巾及护垫为层状物, 从上到下依次包 括网面层、 蓝芯片层、 吸水层、 防水膜层和胶粘剂层, 该蓝芯片层是一具有杀 菌抗炎作用的远红外负离子发射纸, 该纸层为高密度、 高倍吸水的材料, 如卫 生纸、 无紡布或膨化棉, 在该纸层中具有纳米级的远红外陶瓷粉体和能发射负 离子的白色电气石粉体构成功能纸或功能布; 所述蓝芯片至少在宽度上小于所 述其它层片的宽度, 且其居中设置, 各层片通过热溶胶粘合固联。
本实用新型提供的卫生巾或护垫, 其中设置的所述发射纸, 由于其上设有远 红外陶瓷粉体和能发射负离子的电气石粉体, 当本卫生巾或护垫与人体接触遇 湿时, ¾1以发出负离子和远红外线, 发出的远红外线能过发射波长是 4一 14微 米的电磁波, 发射率为 85 %以上的远红外线穿透皮下组织, 促进人体的微循环 和新陈代谢, 提高人体免疫力, 此材料用在卫生巾及护垫上可促进阴道周围微 循环加快, 生物酶增多, 增加阴道内酸性分泌物, 调正 PH值, 提高女性自我保 护能力负离子和可对阴道及其周围起作用, 所述电气石粉是指含有活性宝石的 电气石, 它能自动释放负离子, 在有温度和湿度的情况下, 能引起晶体之间的 电势差, 静电高达 100万电子伏特, 从而使空气发生电离, 被击中的电子附着 在临近的氧气分子和水分子上, 使它们转化成空气负离子, 即负氢离子 H302和 负氧离子, 故有抗菌、 抑菌、 防止各种妇科疾病的作用。
现有技术中的卫生巾或护垫,其中内芯的上下各层的大小一致, 如果本卫生 巾中的发射纸也做得与其它组成内芯的材料层的长宽尺寸同样大小, 在使用中 远离阴道及其周围的卫生巾上的发射纸由于没有潮湿, 就不会发出负离子和远 红外线, 对人体也没有灭菌和抗炎的作用, 又由于各种妇科炎症是集中在阴道 及其附近部位, 将发射纸延设到整个卫生巾实际上是对发射纸的浪费。 故此, 本实用新型提供的卫生巾或护垫上的发射纸只是集中设置在卫生巾的中间, 这 样, 既可以使其灭菌、 抗炎作用部位针对性强, 同时可以减少发射纸的用量, 在不必要的地方不设置发射纸, 降低产品成本。

如图 1和 2所示, 本实用 型提供的负离子蓝芯片卫生巾为层状物, 从上 到下依 包括网面层 1、' 蓝芯片层 2、 吸水层 3、 防水膜层 4和胶粘剂层 5, 该 蓝芯片层 2是一具有杀菌抗炎作用的远红外负离亍发射纸, 该纸层为高密度、 高倍吸水的无纺布, 在该纸层中具有纳米级的远红外陶瓷粉体和能发射负离子 的白色电气石粉体; 蓝芯片 2 在宽度和长度上均小于其它层片的尺寸, 且其居 中设置, 各层片通过热溶胶粘合固联。
蓝芯片层 2可以通过在电气石粉体中添加对人体无害的染料制成绿色或蓝 色的矩形或其它形'状的纸片, 其成品卫生巾的上表面, 透过半透明的网面层, 依稀可见清爽颜色的发射纸块。
如图 3、 4所示, 本实用新型提供的负离子蓝芯片卫生护垫, 从上到下依次 包括网面层 、 蓝芯片层 2 ' 、 吸水层 3 ' 、 防水膜层 4 ' 和胶粘剂层 5, , 该 蓝芯片层 2 ' 是一具有杀菌抗炎作用的远红外负离子发射纸, 该纸层为高密度、 高倍吸水的无纺布, 在该纸层中具有纳米级的远红外陶瓷粉体和能发射负离子 的白色电气石粉体; 蓝芯片 2 ' 在宽度和长度上均小于其它层片的尺寸, 且其居 中设置, 各层片通过热溶胶粘合固联。
工业实用性
本实用新型提供的负离子蓝芯片卫生巾及护垫通过在外包裹层的下面设置 在一定温度和湿度条件'下可发射远红外线和负离子的发射纸, 对使用者在经期 等抵抗病菌侵袭能力较差的时候给予有效的保 。 同时, 蓝芯片的结构可有效 降低产品成本。
