Abstract

Tapes with elastic strew for horizontal constructions in building have a double role - as elastic separating) layer in constructions and a stream barrier, as they are used as separating layer between the basis (concrete construction) and the steeping floating floor, i.e. the cement layer and other layers, where bitumen tar tape, used as basis bed layer, has the function of a steam barrier to protect from moisture. Intensity of the direct stroke and space sound is decreased while passing through the layer tapes - those of bitumen basis (1), binder (2) and the rubber strew (3). Tapes of elastic layer are laid on with rubber strew on the basic construction concrete.

Description

TAPES WITH ELASTIC STREW FOR HORIZONTAL CONSTRUCTION IN BUILDINGS
Field of the Technique Relating to the Invention The invention deals with the building techniques, building constructions, and it relates to the production of the tapes, having both the quality of an elastic bedding i.e. t be the separating layer bedding course, and the steam weir with steeping floating floors ceilings, roofs and other types of constructions which require a layer necessary for separation. Technical Problem The invention solves the problem of transmitting the sound passing through the construction by laying the tape between the cement layer bed and the concrete construction of the floor slab interrupting thus continuity in spreading the stroke sound waves and their space extension thanks to the rubber agregate, which absorbs the sound wave and, its elasticity, for its elastic strain amortizes the intensity of the sound decreasing its amplitude while it is passing through the tape between the cement screed and vertical building component parts. The tapes also have the function of the steam weir as the bituminous base o the tape prevents penetrating of the water and spreading the moisture movement from th« floor and upper cement layers on to the concrete construction and the steam forcing from the lower into the upper layer beds. The State of Techniques In practice, elastic layer, with steeping floating floors, is made of mineral, stone or glass silk, polystyrene or granulated cork. All these materials have been obtained either from the imported materials (components) exposed to the chemical treatment of the imported components or from the material at one's disposal that has also been imported. These materials are strewed all over by polythene sheeting or polyvinyl chloride sheeting which becomes a stream weir and protection from moisture. The tapes with elastic strew also solve the problem of elastic layer and stearr barrier, secondary raw materials such as rubber waste, rubber garbage, can also be used, no chemical remanufacture is needed. From ecology point of view technology and production process are acceptable. Essence of the Invention The tapes with elastic strew layers consist of pieces of elastic material - granulated rubber joined with corresponding binder and waterproof bitumen strew layer composed into a compact material. At the same time, the invention solves the problem of the sound protection and the steam weir in construction , which has not been solved in practice yet. A Short Description of the Draft The invention has been described in the drafts: - draft 1 - axonometric presentation of the layers of elastic tape - draft 2 - axonometric presentation of the position of the tape between the layers where No 4 is - the final layer bed (parquet or pottery tiles), No 5 - cement layer bed, No 6 - the tape with elastic strew, No 7 - interfloor slab (concrete). Detailed Description of the Invention The tapes with elastic strew for horizontal constructions in building consist of rubber strew (3) - granulated rubber joined or glued with organic or unorganic glue (2) of the glue or melted bitumen mass on a bitumen tape (1) into a compact homogenous whole. The density of the strew is 70%-80% per unit of the surface tape in square metres. The rubber strew may be in cube or square shape or of irregular form of the grains grainded or granulated. The thickness of rubber fractions is from 0.3 cm to 2.0 cm, and, if necessary, it may be up to 5.0 cm.

Claims

Patent Request The tapes with horizontal constructions in building are bitumen tapes, denoted by it, that they consist of the basis (1) bitumen tape on which the glue (2) or melted bitumen mass is fixed in the form of granules in proper or unproper shape and size or of the fraction 0.3 cm - 2.0 cm in relation to 70% to 80% per a unit of the square metres making thus a compact whole.
