本发明所属技术领域
本发明涉及一类电机滚动卷帘的制作方法, 可用在各种门窗玻璃特别是中空 玻璃内, 能提高这些玻璃的节能效果和增加其调光功能。 在本发明之前的现有技术
传统的卷帘都是卷轴固定, 帘子移动。 但是, 如果将帘子的材料采用薄膜制 作, 把这种薄膜装入内部空间很小的中空玻璃内, 当薄膜在收卷或展开的移动过 程中, 会与玻璃表面发生摩擦而产生静电及静电吸附, 从而导致薄膜在滑动时阻 力增大和表面磨损。
为了解决在中空玻璃的卷帘, 特别是卷帘材料釆用薄膜制作时所出现的静电 吸附与表面磨损问题, 出现了一些内置电机滚动卷帘中空玻璃的设计, 如欧洲专 利申请, 名称为 《INSULATING GLASS CONSTRUCTION WITH A SHEET LIKE ROLLER BLIND)), 专利号为 EP1191183。 欧洲专利申请, 名称为 《INSULATION GLASS UNIT WITH INTEGRATED,POWER DRIVEN SUNSHIELD-OR DARKENING BLIND)), 专利号为 EP1273754。 这些设计有一定的特点, 都是采用 了卷轴上下移动加滚动的方式, 将卷帘展开或收拢, 从根本上解决卷帘与玻璃表 面相对移动所产生的静电问题。 但不足之处也是明显的, 存在如体积太大, 传动 机构复杂, 在同一空腔内采用双卷帘时困难很大, 用在内部间隙在 12mm 以下的 中空玻璃内部还会有一定的难度。 发明目的
本发明的任务, 是提出一类电机滚动卷帘的制作方法, 除了可用在其它场合 夕卜, 特别是可以将小型带减速器的电机和卷帘密封在内部间隙在 12mm以下中空玻 璃内, 在确保中空玻璃密封的前提下, 通过外部电力调节控制中空玻璃内的电机 驱动卷帘轴滚动, 展开或收拢卷帘, 使中空玻璃通过内置卷帘的展开或收拢, 同 时具有调节隔热性能和调节光线的双重可调功能。 本发明采用的技术方案
本发明一类电机滚动卷帘的制作方法是这样进行的: 将小型带减速器的电机 密封在中空玻璃内, 直接或通过机械传动装置带动卷帘轴旋转, 卷帘轴上卷有卷 帘, 卷帘釆用高强度抗老化薄膜材料制作。 卷帘的一端固定在合适的地方, 另一 端卷绕在卷帘轴上, 电机在带动卷帘轴旋转时可沿着边框滑道上下自由滑动。
本发明一类电动滚动卷帘的制作方法, 可维持卷帘在展开或收拢时与玻璃表 面无相对运动, 不会造成卷帘或玻璃表面的摩擦和磨损。 较好的解决在广泛使用 小间隙中空玻璃内装入可调窗帘存在的问题。 使这类中空玻璃在装入只需低成本 处理便可获得各种相应性能薄膜后, 可极大的提升中空玻璃的相关功能。 在工作 时, 如果电机驱动的卷帘轴是收卷卷帘, 则电机和卷帘轴一道被卷帘拉住向上平 行移动, 如果电机驱动的卷帘轴是放松卷帘, 在电机和卷帘轴等机件的重力作用 下, 电机和卷帘轴等机件用向下平行移动。 因此, 这类制作方法的电动卷帘只能 用于垂直和有一定角度的玻璃门窗上。
将这类电动卷帘装入中空玻璃后, 由于采用了电控方式, 可真正具有现代建 筑要求玻璃具有的节能化、 智能化的相关综合功能。
如在提高中空玻璃的节能方面, 采用本发明制作的中空玻璃在各个季节度都 有可能获得最佳的节能效果。
利用本项技术, 还可解决在大型建筑物顶部、 玻璃屋顶及农用温室的屋顶卷 帘隔热调光等问题, 使卷帘在垂直或斜面的玻璃上展开或收拢时不会产生相对摩 擦或磨损, 有效的提高其使用寿命。
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。 附图说明

图 1是本发明电机滚动卷帘制作方法的基本结构视图。在框架的一边有滑槽 1, 机架 2, 机架 2安装有传动伞齿轮 3及垂直安装电机 4, 在框架顶边 5固定卷帘 6 的一端,卷帘 6的另一端卷绕在卷帘轴 7上,卷帘轴 7由伞齿轮 3传动的输出轴 8 带动。
工作时, 开动电机 4, 经伞齿轮 3传动, 通过轴 8驱动卷帘轴 7转动。 当轴 8 的转动方向是收卷卷帘时, 机架 2在滑槽 1内被卷帘 6拉着向上与卷帘轴 7—道 平行移动, 自至移动到顶端为止。 当轴 8 的转动方向是放开卷帘时, 由于卷帘 6 松开, 机架 2在滑槽 1内由于重力的原因向下与卷帘轴 7—道平行移动, 自至卷 帘 6全部展开为止。

工作时, 开动电机 12, 经齿轮 11传动, 通过轴 15驱动卷轴 14转动。 当轴 14的转动方向是收卷卷帘时,机架 10在滑槽 9内和卷轴 14一道被卷帘 13拉着向 上平行移动, 自至移动到顶端为止。 当卷帘轴 14的转动方向是放开卷帘 13时, 由于卷帘 13松开, 机架 1在滑槽 9内由于重力的原因与卷帘轴 14一道向下移动, 自至卷帘 13全部展开为止。

工作时, 安装在机架 21上的电机 20带动卷帘轴 22在收卷或展开卷帘时, 机 架 21、 电机 20和卷帘轴 22向上或者向下平行移动时, 活动电极 18和 19能与固 定电极 16和 17始终保持接触, 保证电机 20的正常工作。
图 4是本发明电机滚动卷帘制作方法中电机与电源的电缆连接方式。 在框架 外有电源接口 23, 内部电源线 24—头接在接口 23, 另一头接在电机 27上, 机架 26可在滑槽 25上滑动,卷帘 28卷在卷轴 29上, 电机 27通过机械传动经轴 30带 动卷帘轴 29。
工作时, 安装在机架 26上的电机 27带动卷帘轴 29在使卷帘 28收卷或展开, 当机架 26在滑槽 25内向上或者向下滑动, 通过电源线 24的连接, 保证电机 27 的正常工作。
图 5是本发明电机滚动卷帘制作方法中的双帘结构示意图。 卷帘 1和 35的 一端都固定在框架顶端上, 卷帘 31的另一端卷绕在卷帘轴 34上, 卷轴 34通过齿 轮 33由电机 32带动。 卷帘 35的另一端卷绕在卷轴 38上, 卷轴 38通过齿轮 37 由电机 36带动。
工作时, 由于两组卷帘的卷轴处于同一个平面上, 只能是先展开卷帘 35, 然 后才能展开卷帘 31。 收卷时正好相反, 需要先收卷卷帘 31, 然后才能收卷帘 35。 将这类双帘结构的电动卷帘装入中空玻璃内; 并且帘幕材料釆用各种具有选择性 的透光薄膜来制作, 可进一步的提高中空玻璃适应各种气候和要求的能力。

2、 根据权利要求 1所述一类电机滚动卷帘的作方法, 其特征在于: 电机可直 接带动卷帘轴旋转。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述电机滚动卷帘的制作方法, 其特征在于: 在电机 (4) 可垂直安装在机架 (2)上。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述电机滚动卷帘的制作方法, 其特征在于: 在电机 (12) 可平行安装在机架 (12)上。
