Abstract

Procedimiento de cálculo de una lente oftálmica que comprende: [a] cálculoo y construcción de un modelo computacional de una lente inicial con una prescripción dada, [b] cálculo de los tres tramos del camino óptico recorrido por unos rayos a través del modelo computacional, [c] determinación de la primera superficie de una lente equivalente a la lente inicial, y [d] cálculo de la segunda superficie de la lente equivalente mediante el trazado de los rayos a través de la lente equivalente y la determinación de su punto de intersección con la segunda superficie equivalente. Cada uno de los rayos tiene un camino óptico equivalente igual al camino óptico inicial, o tiene al menos uno de los tramos del camino óptico equivalente igual al tramo correspondiente del camino óptico inicial. La lente equivalente así calculada es la lente oftálmica objeto de la invención.
