AF 104代表所有与应用相关的功能实体, AF 104可为运营商自身的 网络实体, 也可为第三方业务提供商的网络实体。 AF 104向 CRF 103 提供相应信息,使得 CRF 103能够根据该信息选择或配置相应的计费规' 则, AF 104向 CRF 103提供的信息包括: 分組数据流的标识信息、 用于 选择计费规则的信息、 应用 /业务标识、 应用 /业务计费规则触发事件、 分组数据流的类型、 分组数据流的速率等信息。 分組数据流的标识信息 可以通配; 分组数据流的类型可为视频、 音频等, 分组数据流的类型为 可选参数, 分组数据流的速率也为可选参数。 一个 AF 104可对应于多 个 CRF 103, 当多个 CRF 103对应于同一 AF 104时, 可根据终端标识 选择相应的 CRJF 103与 AF 104进行交互。
CC 102是执行信用控制的功能实体, 仅应用于在线计费系统, 可通 过在现有的 OCS 106中增加新的功能来实现。 OCS 106中的 CC 102可 通过 Ry接口向 CRF 103提供用于选择计费规则的相关信息。
CGF 107/CCF 108是应用于离线计费系统的功能实体, 可沿用现有' GPRS计费系统中的实现方式。
如果承载网络为 GPRS网络, 则 TPF 105为网关通用分组无线业务 支持节点 (GGSN, Gateway GPRS Support Node ), AF 104为分组数据 网络(PDN, Packet Data Network ) 中的一个业务网关或业务服务器, 当 IP多媒体子系统(IMS, IP Multimedia Subsystem )承载于 GPRS网 络之上时, AF 104为代理呼叫会话控制功能实体(P-CSCF, Proxy Call Session Control Function ), CRF 103为新增的逻辑实体。
上述计费结构及各功能实体实现的功能同样可应用于 3GPP2的网络 架构中。
在现有 FBC机制的计费方法中, TPF是通过终端标识选择为自身服 务的 CRF的, AF也是通过终端标识来寻址到为该终端服务的 CRF的 , 由于 TPF是属于承载层的功能实体, AF是属于应用层的功能实体, 而' 同一终端在不同层面上可能具有不同的标识, 因此, 以上所述的 AF处 的终端标识和 TPF处的终端标识可能相同也可能不同,通过网络规划和 配置, 可保证根据同一终端在不同层面的不同标识寻址到同一 CRF。
才艮据现有 FBC机制的寻址方式, 只有在 TPF、 CRF以及 AF位于同一 公用陆地移动通信网络(PL丽, Publ ic Land Mobi le Network )时, TPF、 AF才能针对同一终端寻址到一个 CRF, 实现 CRF的正确寻址。 如果终端 使用的 TPF位于该终端归属的 PLMN以外的其他 PLMN时, TPF如何根据 终端标识寻址到正确的 CRF, 得到所需的计费规则, 进而实现基于分组 数据流的计费, 是目前 FBC机制中仍未解决的问题。 另外, 当 AF和 CRF 位于不同 PLMN时, AF也无法通过现有的寻址方式, 根据终端标识寻址 到当前正在为相应终端服务的 CRF。
发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的一个目的在于提供一种实现漫游计费的方法, 本发明的另一目的在于提供一种实现漫游计费的系统, 在终端使用当前 拜访的 PLMN中的承载资源或分组数据业务时, 实现对终端的计费。
为了达到上述目的, 本发明提供了一种实现漫游计费的方法, 该方 法包含以下步骤:
A、在公用陆地移动通信网络 PLMN中配置用于与其他 PLMN中计 费规则功能实体 CRF交互计费相关信息的代理 CR ;
B、 终端使用当前拜访的 PLMN中的承载资源或分组数据业务时, 通过终端当前拜访的 PLMN中的代理 CRF向终端归属的 CRF提供用于 选择计费规则的信息;
C、 终端归属的 CRF根据收到的信息选择计费规则;
D、 终端归属的 CRF向当前为终端提供服务的传输面功能实体 TPF 提供计费规则。
所述步骤 A为: 在终端当前拜访的 PLMN中为 TPF配置用于与其 他 PLMN中 CRF交互计费相关信息的代理 CRF; 所述步骤 B为: 终端 当前拜访的 PLMN中的 TPF收到终端发送的承载请求后, 向为其配置 的代理 CRF请求计费规则,并提供用于选择计费规则的信息,代理 CR 向终端归属的 CRF转发用于选择计费规则的信息。
所述步骤 D之后进一步包括:

如果所述为 TPF配置的代理 CRF与为 AF配置的代理 CRF不同, 则所述代理 CRF向终端归属的 CRF转发用于选择计费规则的信息之后, 进一步包括: 终端归属的 CRF通过为 AF配置的代理 CRP, 向 AF提供 为 TPF配置的代理 CRF的地址信息。

根据本发明提出的方案, 终端漫游时使用 VPLMN中的承载资源或 分组数据业务, VPLMN中的 TPF或 AF在寻址时, 首先确定终端标识 为非本网络分配的标识后,直接选择预先为其配置的一个 V-CRF为该终 端服务, 向该 V-CRF提供用于选择计费规则的相关信息, 然后 V-CRF ' 向 H-CRF发送收到的用于选择计费规则的相关信息, 以使 H-CRF能够 根据这些信息确定当前的计费规则,解决了终端漫游时 FBC机制中根据 业务数据流进行计费过程中各个功能实体之间的寻址问题。
另外, 通过本发明提出的方案, 终端使用 VPLMN的承载资源或者分' 组数据业务时, 只要 VPLMN中具有支持 FBC机制的功能实体, 就能够实 现基于 FBC的计费, 从而在终端漫游时能够继续使用多种多样的计费手 段, 实施各种灵活的计费策略, 实现对终端完善、 合理地计费, 从而吸 引终端的用户更多地使用分組数据业务; 即使 VPLMN不支持基于 FBC机 ' 制的计费, 本发明提出的方案也不会对现有 GPRS计费机制产生影响, 具有良好的兼容性。 附图简要说明

由于 CRF在 FBC机制中为存储计费规则的功能实体, 计费规则的 制定和选择都是需要运营商和业务提供商预先协商好的, 而且根据终端 用户的类型不同, 如预付费用户和后付费用户, 在使用同一分组数据业 务时, CRF为各终端选择的计费规则也可能不同, 因此, CR 是具有归 属概念的功能实体, 一些与终端及计费模型相关的信息需要通过与终端 归属的 CRF的交互才能获取。 这样, 当终端漫游时, 根据运营商之间的 协定, 终端当前拜访的 PLMN ( VPLMN )需要确定一个拜访 CRF为该 漫游终端提供服务,并且,拜访 CRF与归属 CRF相连接,使得拜访 CRF 与归属 CRF之间能够交互用于选择计费规则的相关信息。
本发明中, 针对终端而言, 将位于不同 PLMN中的 CRF区分为终 端归属的 CRF ( H-CRF )和终端当前拜访的 CRF ( V-CRF ), H-CRF为 存储终端信息及计费模型相关信息的 CRF, V-CRF与 H-CRF相连接, V-CRF位于终端当前拜访的 PLMN中, H-CRF位于终端归属的 PLMN ( HPLMN )。 如果终端漫游, 且终端使用 VPLMN中的承载资源或分组 数据业务, 即 VPLMN与 HPLMN为不同的 PLMN, VPLMN中的 TPF 或 AF在寻址时, 首先确定终端标识为非本网络分配的标识后, 直接选 择预先为其配置的 V-CRF 为该终端服务, 配置原则可以是基于终端标 识, 基于网络接入点信息、 如 APN信息, 或者基于其他相关信息; 然 后 TPF或 AF向该 V-CRF提供用于选择计费规则的相关信息, V-CRF 向 H-CRF发送收到的用于选择计费规则的相关信息, 以使 H-CRF能够 根据这些信息确定当前的计费规则。 为 VPLMN中 AF配置的 V-CRF与 为 TPF配置的 V-CRF可相同, 也可不相同。
在向 TPF下发计费规则的过程中, 根据不同 PLMN之间的协定, V-CRF可与 H-CRF进行计费规则的协商,根据 H-CRF的计费规则指示, 并根据 VPLMN预先设定的计费规则, 确定适当的计费规则并下发给 TPF, TPF根据 V-CRF提供的计费规则收集计费信息。
图 2为本发明中实现漫游计费示意图, 如图 2所示, AF 201和 TPF 203位于 VPLMN20, 在 VPLMN 20中, 为 TPF 203配置 V-CRF 204作 为为归属于其他 PLMN的终端提供服务的代理 CRF, 为 AF 201 配置 V-CRF 201 作为为归属于其他 PLMN 的终端提供服务的代理 CRF。
V-CRF 201和 V-CRF 204可为相同的 CRF也可为不同的 CRF。 以上所 述的代理 CRF、 如 V-CRF 201和 V-CRF 204, 在作为与其他 PLMN中 CRF进行交互的代理 CRF的同时, 也可作为为归属于该 VPLMN 20的 终端提供服务的 CRF。 终端为 HPLMN 21 中的归属终端, HPLMN 21 . 中的 H-CRF 211中存储有终端信息及计费模型相关信息。 终端当前位于 VPLMN 20中, 使用 VPLMN 20中的 TPF 203, TPF 203根据终端标识确定终端的归属 PLMN不是 PLMN 20后, 向 V-CRF 204发送用于选择计费规则的相关信息,该信息可为与承载相关的信息。 根据 VPLMN 20与 HPLMN 21之间的协定, V-CRF 204 据终端标识确 定终端的 HPLMN 21 , 然后 V-CRF 204向 HPLMN 21中的 H-CRF 211 转发用于选择计费规则的相关信息。
终端需要使用 VPLMN 20中的 AF 201时,向 AF 201发送分组数据 业务请求, AF 201接收分組数据业务请求, 并根据终端标识确定终端的 归属 PLMN不是 PLMN 20后, 向 V-CRF 202发送用于选择计费规则的 相关信息,该信息可为与应用层相关的信息。根据 VPLMN 20与 HPLMN 21之间的协定, V-CRF 202根据终端标识确定终端的 HPLMN 21 , 然后
终端标识中通常包含有其归属 PLMN 的相关信息, 因此, TPF或. AF可根据终端标识确定该终端是否归属于一个 PLMN, V-CRF也可根 据终端标识确定终端的 HPLMN。
H-CRF 211收到 V-CRF 204、或 V-CRF 202、或 V-CRF 204和 V-CRF
202转发的用于选择计费规则的相关信息后, 如果为在线计费, 还可能. 会有来自 OCS的信息, H-CRF 211根据上述信息选择适当的计费规则, 然后向 V-CRF 204发送选定的计费规则。 V-CRF 204收到 H-CRF 211提 供的计费规则后, 可进一步根据 VPLMN 20的计费策略, 对 H-CRF 211 提供的计费规则进行相应修改生成新的计费规则, 然后向 TPF 203发送. 该计费规则。 TPF 203根据 V-CRF 204提供的计费规则, 在相应的分组 数据流上执行分组数据过滤和计费信息收集。
进一步地,如果终端向 AF发起业务请求是在承载建立之后进行的, 那么当 H-CRF 211收到 V-CRF 202转发的应用 /业务相关信息时, 如果 H-CRF 211已经获知 TPF 203当前使用的是 VPLMN 20中的 V-CRP 204, 这样, 根据不同 PLMN之间的协定及具体的网络实施情况, H-CRF 211 也可将 V-CRF 204的地址信息通过 V-CRJF 202转发给 AP。 这样, 后续 的计费规则选择就可由 V-CRF 204来执行, V-CRF 204可根据收到的来 自 AF 201以及 TPF 203的用于选择计费规则的相关信息, 选择适当的 计费规则, 而不必每次都向 H-CRF 211请求计费规则。
V-CRF 202或 V-CRF 204可直接通过接口与 H-CRF 211相连, 该接 口用于传输用于选择计费规则的相关信息; 也可分别在 VPLMN 20和 HPLMN 21中设置网关 CRF ( G-CRF ), 然后 V-CRF 202和 V-CRF 204 与 VPLMN 20中的 G-CRJF相连, H-CR 211与 HPLMN 21中的 G-CRF 相连, 最后 VPLMN 20中的 G-CRF与 HPLMN 21中的 G-CRF相连。

步骤 B7: H-CRF 411收到 AF 401提供的应用 /业务相关信息后, 根 据应用 /业务相关信息选择适当的计费规则,然后向 V-CRF 404发送选定 的计费规则。
步驟 B8: V-CRF 404收到 H-CRF 411提供的计费规则后,可进一步 根据 VPLMN 40的计费策略,对 H-CRF 411提供的计费规则进行相应修 改生成新的计费规则, 然后向 TPF 403 发送计费规则。 TPF 403 根据 V-CRF 404提供的计费规则, 在相应的分组数据流上执行分组数据过滤 和计费信息收集。

步骤 CIO: AF 501收到 V-CRF 502转发的 V-CRF 504地址信息后 , · AF 501收到终端发送的新的分组数据业务请求时, 直接根据 V-CRF 504 地址信息, 向 V-CRF 504发送应用 /业务相关信息。 V-CRF 504根据 AF 501提供的应用 /业务相关信息, 选择适当的计费规则, 然后向 TPF 503 发送计费规则。 TPF 503根据 V-CRF 504提供的计费规则, 在相应的分 · 组数据流上执行分组数据过滤和计费信息收集。
当承载发生改变或终端使用新的分组数据业务时, 处理过程与上述 处理过程相同, 在此不再赘述。
图 6为实施例四实现漫游计费示意图, 如图 6所示, 本实施例中, · 终端使用 HPLMN 61中的 TPF 612, VPLMN 60中的 AF 602,为 AF 602 配置 V-CRF 601作为为归属于其他 PLMN的终端提供服务的代理 CRF, 根据 VPLMN 60与 HPLMN 61之间的协定, VPLMN 60中的 V-CRF 601 与 HPLMN 61中的 H-CRF 611之间存在连接关系, 如直接相连或通过' G-CRF相连, 实现漫游计费的具体过程包括以下步骤:
步骤 Dl: TPF 612收到来自承载层的、终端发起的承载建立请求后, 根据终端标识确定终端归属的 PLMN为 PLMN 61 , 由于 TPF 612位于 HPLMN 61中, 因此, TPF 612直接向 H-CRF 611请求计费规则, 同时 提供用于选择计费规则的相关信息, 如与承载相关的信息。
步骤 D2: H-CRF 611收到计费规则请求后, 根据 TPF 612提供的用 于选择计费规则的相关信息, 可能还包括 AF 602提供的用于选择计费 规则的相关信息, 如果为在线计费,还可能会有来自 OCS的信息, 选择 适当的计费规则, 然后向 TPF 612返回选定的计费规则。 TPF 612根据 H-CRF 611提供的计费规则, 在相应的分组数据流上执行分组数据过滤 和计费信息收集。
步骤 D3: AF 602收到终端发送的分组数据业务请求, 并根据终端 标识确定终端归属的 PLMN不是 PLMN 60后, 向预先为其配置的用于 作代理 CRF的 V-CRF 601发送用于选择计费规则的应用 /业务相关信息。
步骤 D4: V-CRF 601收到应用 /业务相关信息后, 根据终端标识确 定终端归属的 PLMN为 PLMN 61 , 然后向 H-CRF 611转发用于选择计 费规则的应用 /业务相关信息。
步骤 D5: H-CRF 611收到 AF 602提供的应用 /业务相关信息后, 根 据应用 /业务相关信息选择适当的计费规则,然后向 TPF 612发送选定的' 计费规则。 TPF 612根据 H-CRF 611提供的计费规则, 在相应的分组数 据流上执行分组数据过滤和计费信息收集。
当承载发生改变或终端使用新的分组数据业务时, 处理过程与上述 处理过程相同, 在此不再赘述。
当承载网络为 GPRS网络时, TPF即为 GGSN, 而在 GPRS网络中, 同一网给的 AF可以通过网络接入点 (APN, Access Point Name )来标 识, 即作为 TPF的 GGSN可以根据承载层面上得到的 APN寻址到一个 AF, 因此根据 APN的归属和配置, 运营商可以实现 TPF选择到一个使 用当前建立承载来传送业务数据流的 AF。 进一步, 为了实现这个 TPF和 AF能够选择到同一个 CRF, 也可以 利用 APN的概念, 运营商规划一个 CRF服务于某个或某几个 APN域, . TPF根据得到的 APN就可以确定一个 CRF, 而此 APN所在网络中的 AF根据运营商的配置, 也访问这个 CRF, 从而实现了同一个网络中的 AF和 TPF选择到同一个代理的 CRF。以上所述的 APN可视作网络接入 点, 因此, 这个选择方法也可以用于其他类型的网络中, 此时, APN就. 是其他网络中使用的网络接入点, 比如网络接入标识 (NAI, Network Access Identifier )。
通过配置 APN实现 TPF和 AF寻址到同一个 CRF的这种方法可以 单独使用, 也可以结合前面的终端标识来使用。 比如在某些情况下, 为 了简化 APN的配置, 可以结合终端标识来进一步确定一个 CRF。
在通过 APN实现寻址的方案中,考虑运营商配置的简单灵活,一般 TPF和 AF都会选择同一个网络中的, 因此这里只分析 AF和 TPF位于 同一个网络中的情况, 但是不代表 AF和 TPF位于不同网络的情况不支 · 持, 通过运营商的配置, 也可以实现 AF所在网络和 TPF所在网络是不 同的。
第一种处理方式是: AF和 TPF都位于终端当前拜访的 PLMN中, TPF在建立承载的时候根据 APN选择了一个 CRF, 这里根据运营商的 ' 配置, 选择的是 TPF所在 PLMN、 即终端当前拜访的 PLMN中的一个 CRF。 AF在会话建立过程中,根据运营商的配置, 在使用基于业务数据 流的计费时就和指定的一个 CRF联系, 这时候就选择了 TPF根据 APN 选定的那个 CRF, 其余过程和前面类似。
第二种处理方式是: AF和 TPF都位于终端归属的 PLMN中, TPF 在建立承载的时候根据 APN选择了一个 CRF, 这里根据运营商的配置, 选择的是 TPF所在 PLMN、 即终端归属的 PLMN中的一个 CRF。 AF在 会话建立过程中, 根据运营商的配置, 在使用基于业务数据流的计费时 就和指定的一个 CRF联系, 这时候就选择了 TPF根据 APN选定的那个 CRF, 其余过程和前面类似。
第三种处理方式是: AF和 TPF都位于终端当前拜访的 PLMN中, TPF在建立承载的时候根据 APN选择了一个 CRF, 这里根据运营商的 配置, 选择的是终端所归属的 PLMN中的一个 CRF。 AF在会话建立过 程中,根据终端标识发现服务的终端不是本 PLMN的终端, 则根据运营 商的配置和终端标识, 在使用基于业务数据流的计费时, 找到终端所归 属的 PLMN, 和该归属 PLMN指定的一个 CRF联系 , 这时候就选择了 TPF根据 APN选定的那个 CRF, 其余过程和前面类似。
图 7为实施例五实现漫游计费示意图, 如图 7所示, 本实施例中, 终端使用 VPLMN 70中的 TPF 703和 AF 701, 为 TPF 703和 AF 701配 置相同的 V-CRF 702作为为归属于其他 PLMN的终端提供服务的代理 CRF,根据 VPLMN 70与 HPLMN 71之间的协定, VPLMN 70中的 V-CRF 702与 HPLMN 71中的 H-CRF 711之间存在连接关系,如直接相连或通 过 G-CRF相连, 实现漫游计费的具体过程包括以下步驟:
步驟 E1: TPF 703收到来自承载层的终端发起的承载建立请求后, 根据终端标识确定终端的归属 PLMN不是 PLMN 70,那么,如果在 GPRS 网络中, TPF 703可以根据获取的 APN信息向预先为其配置的用于作代 理 CRF的 V-CR 702请求计费规则, 同时提供用于选择计费规则的相 关信息, 如与承载相关的信息。
步骤 E2: V-CRF 702收到 TPF 703的计费规则请求后, 根据终端标 识确定终端归属的 PLMN为 PLMN 71, 然后向 H-CRF 711转发计费规 则请求, 并提供用于选择计费规则的相关信息。
步骤 E3: H-CRF 711收到计费规则请求后, 根据 TPF 703提供的用 于选择计费规则的相关信息, 可能还包括 AF 701提供的用于选择计费 规则的相关信息, 如果为在线计费,还可能会有来自 OCS的信息, 选择 适当的计费规则, 然后向 V-CRF 702发送选定的计费规则。
步骤 E4: V-CRF 702收到 H-CRF 711提供的计费规则后, 可进一步 根据 VPLMN 70的计费策略,对 H-CRF 711提供的计费规则进行相应修 改生成新的计费规则, 然后向 TPF 703发送计费规则。 TPF 703 根据 V-CRF 704提供的计费规则, 在相应的分组数据流上执行分组数据过滤 和计费信息收集。
步骤 E5: AF 701收到终端发送的分组数据业务请求, 并根据终端 标识确定终端归属的 PLMN不是 PLMN 70, 那么, 如果在 GPRS网絡 中, AF可根据自身的 APN信息, 向预先为其配置的用于作代理 CRF 的 V-CRF 702发送用于选择计费规则的应用 /业务相关信息。
步骤 E6: V-CRF 702收到应用 /业务相关信息后, 4艮据终端标识确定. 终端归属的 PLMN为 HPLMN 71 ,然后向 H-CRF 711转发用于选择计费 规则的应用 /业务相关信息。
步驟 E7: H-CRF 711收到 AF 701提供的应用 /业务相关信息后, 根 据应用 /业务相关信息选择适当的计费规则,然后向 V-CRF 702发送选定. 的计费规则。
步骤 E8: V-CRF 702收到 H-CRF 711提供的计费规则后, 可进一步 根据 VPLMN 70的计费策略,对 H-CRF 711提供的计费规则进行相应修 改生成新的计费规则, 然后向 TPF 703 发送计费规则。 TPF 703 根据. V-CRF 702提供的计费规则 , 在相应的分组数据流上执行分组数据过滤 和计费信息收集。
当承载发生改变或终端使用新的分组数据业务时, 处理过程与上述 处理过程相同, 在此不再赘述。 以上所述的确定终端的归属网络不是本网络可为: 无法识别终端标 识;或根据终端的 MSISDN中的 MNC/MCC字段获知终端归属的 PLMN; 或根据基于起始会话协议 ( SIP ) 通用资源位置 ( URL ) , 如 user@networkl.com, 获知终端所归属的 PLMN为 network 1 , 等等。
以上所述的不同 PLMN可为同一制式下覆盖不同区域的 PLMN,如 覆盖北京地区的码分多址( CDMA )通信网络和覆盖上海地区的 CDMA 通信网络; 也可为不同制式下覆盖相同区域的 PLMN, 如覆盖广东地区. 的 CDMA通信网络和宽带码分多址( WCDMA )通信网络, 还可为不同 制式下覆盖不同区域的 PLMN, 如覆盖北京地区的 WCDMA通信网络 和覆盖上海地区的 CDMA通信网络。
总之, 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发. 明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种实现漫游计费的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包含以下步骤:
A、在公用陆地移动通信网络 PLMN中配置用于与其他 PLMN中计 费规则功能实体 CRF交互计费相关信息的代理 CRF;
B、 终端使用当前拜访的 PLMN中的承载资源或分组数据业务时, 通过终端当前拜访的 PLMN中的代理 CRF向终端归属的 CRF提供用于 选择计费规则的信息;
C、 终端归属的 CRF根据收到的信息选择计费规则;
D、 终端归属的 CRF向当前为终端提供服务的传输面功能实体 TPF 提供计费规则。 '
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述步骤 A为: 在终端当前拜访的 PLMN中为 TPF配置用于与其. 他 PLMN中 CRF交互计费相关信息的代理 CR ;

4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 A进一步包括:在终端当前拜访的 PLMN中为 TPF和 AF 分别配置用于与其他 PLMN中 CRF交互计费相关信息的代理 CRF;
如果终端向当前拜访的 PLMN中的 TPF发送承载请求,所述步骤 B · 为: 终端当前拜访的 PLMN中的 TPF收到终端发送的承载请求后, 向 为其配置的代理 CRF请求计费规则, 并提供用于选择计费规则的信息, 代理 CRF向终端归属的 CRF转发用于选择计费规则的信息;
如果终端向当前拜访的 PLMN中的 AF发送分组数据业务请求, 则 ' 所述步骤 B为:终端当前拜访的 PLMN中的 AF收到终端发送的分组数 据业务请求后, 向为其配置的代理 CR 提供用于选择计费规则的信息, 代理 CRF向终端归属的 CRF转发用于选择计费规则的信息。

6、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 如果所述为 TPF配 置的代理 CRF与为 AF配置的代理 CRF不同, 则所述代理 CRF向终端 归属的 CRF转发用于选择计费规则的信息之后,进一步包括: 终端归属 的 CRF通过为 AF配置的代理 CRF,向 AF提供为 TPF配置的代理 CRF 的地址信息。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述步骤 A为: 在终端当前拜访的 PLMN中为 AF配置用于与其他 ' PLMN中 CRF交互计费相关信息的代理 CRF;
所述步驟 B为: 终端当前拜访的 PLMN中的 AF收到终端发送的分 组数据业务请求后,向为其配置的代理 CRJF提供用于选择计费规则的信 息, 代理 CRF向终端归属的 CRF转发用于选择计费规则的信息。

9、 根据权利要求 2、 4或 7任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向 CRF提供用于选择计费规则的信息之前, 进一步包括: 根据终端标识判 断终端归属的 PLMN是否为终端当前拜访的 PLMN, 如果是, 则向终端 归属的 CRF提供用于选择计费规则的信息; 否则, 向为 AF配置的代理 CRF提供用于选择计费规则的信息。

16、 一种实现漫游计费的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: TPF、 终端归属的 PLMN中的终端归属的 CRF, 终端归属的 PLMN以外的其' 他 PLMN中的代理 CRF,
终端归属的 CRF与代理 CRF相连接, 用于传输用于选择计费规则 的信息;
TPF与终端归属的 CRF或代理 CRF相连, 用于传输计费规则请求 · 及选定的计费规则。
