Abstract

Dispositif unique d'emballage permettant le transport, le rafraîchissement et la présentation d'une bouteille et plus et de son ou leur contenu. Il est constitué d'un parallélépipède (1) divisé à l'inté­rieur en au moins deux caissons (3) délimités par au moins une cloison intérieure (4) ajourée (5) pouvant être mis en combinai­son avec un système (9) permettant un accrochage (10) à une table. Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné au service des boissons fraîches.

Description

DISPOSITIF UNIQUE D'EMBALLAGE PERMETTANT LE TRANSPORT, LE RAFRAICHISSEMENT ET LA PRESENTATION D'UNE BOUTEILLE ET PLUS ET DE SON OU LEUR CONTENU.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif unique d'emballage permettant le transport, le rafraîchissement et la présentation d'une bouteille et plus et de son (leur) contenu.
Traditionnellement, les trois fonctions sont dissociées. Le ou les emballage (s) tel (s) que papier, carton, bois, paille, plastique ou autre, nécessaire (s) au transport est (sont) jetable (s) par destination et est (sont) perdu(s), générant des manipulations, des pertes de temps et des déchets.
Le rafraîchissement des bouteilles nécessite le passage plus ou moins prolongé dans une glacière ou un réfrigérateur et/ou l'utilisation d'un récipient isotherme ou non, contenant de l'eau glacée et/ou de la glace sous forme de morceaux solides dits glaçons et/ou de glace pilée.
La bouteille rafraîchie, sortie en l'état de la glacière ou du réfrigérateur, sans l'adjonction d'un dispositif isothermique particulier, mise au contact de la température ambiante moyenne ou élevée, verra la température du liquide contenu monter relativement rapidement, rendant celui-ci désagréable au buveur.
Dans le cas de l'utilisation par adjonction d'un dispositif isothermique tel que celui connu sous le terme générique de "seau à glace", de nombreux inconvénients sont constatés. Dans la pratique, seul un à deux tiers de la bouteille, prise dans sa hauteur, du cul au bouchon, est (sont) au contact de l'eau glacée et/ou de la glace sous forme de morceaux solides dits glaçons et/ou de glace pilée contenus dans le récipient.
Par ailleurs, pour remettre la bouteille dans le seau après un vidage de celle-ci, partiel ou total, l'utilisateur doit procéder à une forte pression du haut vers le bas qui, souvent mal contrôlée, peut provoquer des jets de glaçons ou d'eau à l'exté- rieur du récipient. Cette manipulation nécessite aussi de pratiquer des mouvements, circulaires qui peuvent provoquer des pertes de gaz, ce qui altère la qualité du produit tel que Champagne, vin pétillant, vin mousseux, bière, limonade, soda, eau minérale gazeuse ou autre. Dans le cas de la glace pilée, celle-ci, par un phénomène connu, se tasse au fond du seau et seul le cul de la bouteille est au contact avec celle-ci.
Le format standardisé des différents dispositifs isother- miques des seaux à glace ne permet dans la pratique courante que de rafraîchir partiellement et de ne présenter qu'une seule bouteille à la fois. Cet état de fait provoque l'obligation d'utiliser un dispositif isothermique par bouteille (exemple : un seau à glace pour le vin, un autre pour l'eau minérale). Cette multiplication des dispositifs isothermiques gêne et complique les manipulations et le service, les dispositifs occupant une surface et un volume importants .
Dans certains cas, l'utilisation de seaux à glace de plus grande contenance (deux bouteilles au maximum) ne pouvant, de par leur taille et leur volume, être déposés sur la table, nécessite le recours à des supports indépendants de la table de repas, tels que dessertes, tables roulantes, socles à trépied ou autre.
Il existe également des dispositifs de pinces métalliques classiques et connus de fixations provisoires des seaux à glace au rebord des tables. La forme standard ronde et évasée des seaux à glace provoquant la encore une gêne du service, une perte de place et de volume.
Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients. II est principalement constitué d'un parallélépipède composé de deux éléments : le corps divisé en plusieurs caissons communiquants et le couvercle.
La fabrication de ce parallélépipède pourra être réalisée à l'aide de plusieurs types de matériaux, isothermes ou non, tels que bois, minéral, métal, plastique ou autre à la condition impé- rative qu'ils soient étanches de par leur composition ou traités pour cela.
La forme parallélépipédique permet un transport, une manipulation, un stockage faciles. Les six surfaces planes des parois extérieures du dispositif peuvent servir d'emplacements informatifs, décoratifs, publicitaires et autre.
L'étanchéité permet de mettre à l'intérieur d'un caisson de l'eau, de la glace pilée, de la neige - carbonique ou tout autre fluide réfrigérant sous forme liquide, semi-solide ou solide.
L'intérieur dudit dispositif est muni d'au moins deux caissons séparés par une cloison rigide ajourée d'une hauteur sensiblement inférieure à celle des cloisons extérieures, permettant la circulation des fluides réfrigérants dans la totalité du volume intérieur. Chaque caisson, ce par son volume intérieur, mais aussi en raison de son diamètre et de sa hauteur adaptés, permet l'immobilisation totale ou partielle d'une bouteille.
En fonction du nombre de bouteilles et du degré de rafraî- chisse ent souhaités, le ou les caisson(s) restés disponible (s) , peut (peuvent) être remplis d'eau, de glace, de glaçons, de neige carbonique ou de tout autre fluide réfrigérant sous forme liquide, semi-solide ou solide. Des combinaisons de deux, trois, quatre caissons ou plus permettent d'adapter le dispositif aux besoins spécifiques des utilisateurs.
Les formes particulières du bord intérieur inférieur du couvercle en L inversé permettent un emboîtement parfait avec le bord intérieur supérieur du corps.
Le dispositif peut également être fixé de manière stable et provisoire, la temps d'un service, d'un repas ou autre, à tout type de rebord comme par exemple les tables en combinaison avec un système de crochets métalliques dotés de pinces adaptées.
Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention : - la figure 1 représente une vue de haut du dispositif de l'invention (corps et couvercle séparés) ; - la figure 2 représente une vue latérale et en coupe partielle du dispositif de l'invention (corps et couvercle séparés) - la figure 3 représente deux vues du système d'accrochage du dispositif de l'invention. En référence à ces dessins, le dispositif est constitué : - d'un parallélépipède (1) constitué d'un corps (2) divisé en deux caissons ou plus (3) délimités par une ou plusieurs cloisons intérieures (4) ajourées (5) et d'un couvercle (6); - de cloison (s) intérieure (s) d'une hauteur inférieure (7) à celle des cloisons extérieures du corps ; - d'un bord intérieur inférieur du couvercle doté d'une forme en L inversé (8) ; - d'un système à crochets (9) permettant un accrochage (10) grâce à des pinces adaptées (11) .

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1) Dispositif unique d'emballage permettant le transport, le rafraîchissement et la présentation d'une bouteille ou plus et de son (leur) contenu, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un parallélépipède (1) constitué principalement d'un corps (2) divisé à l'intérieur en au moins deux caissons ou plus (3) délimités par une ou plusieurs cloison (s) intérieure (s) (4) plus ou moins ajou- rée(s) (5) et d'un couvercle (6).
2) Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par une ou plusieurs cloison (s) intérieure (s) (4) d'une hauteur sensi- blement inférieure (7) à celle des cloisons extérieures du corps (2) .
3) Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le bord intérieur inférieur du couvercle (4) est doté d'une forme en L inversé (8) .
4) Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé par la possibilité de mise en combinaison avec un système de crochets (9) permettant un accrochage stable (10) à toute table, support ou rebord grâce à des pinces adaptées (11) .
