Abstract

La invención describe unas nuevas levaduras eficaces para la expresión y obtención de proteínas heterólogas de interés comercial que permite su secreción al medio mediante autolisis regulada. La ventaja es que se produce una lisis natural, sin producir otro tipo de alteraciones celulares como ocurre en otros procedimientos y que la rotura celular es inducida, por lo que se evita cualquier método de tratamiento físico, de otra manera necesario para romper la pared celular de la levadura y liberar su contenido. Igualmente, se describe su método de obtención y sus aplicaciones.
