参见图 1所示的组网图, 其中, 该图中的虚线表示七号信令链路, 点划线表示数据链路, 实线表示话路, 当主叫用户呼叫签约了彩铃业务 的被叫用户时, 该主叫用户通过业务交换点(SSP )触发彩铃业务, SSP 向业务控制点 (SCP )上艮消息, SCP收到该消息后, 才艮据该消息中的 被叫号码, 从归属位置寄存器(HLR )获取该被叫用户的预先设定的签 约信息, SCP根据该签约信息判断得到被叫用户为彩铃用户 , 从而指令 SSP将呼叫路由到 AIP, 在被叫用户没有接听电话时, AIP向主叫用户 播放被叫用户预先定制的彩色回铃音, 在被叫用户接听电话时, 则 AIP 停止向主叫用户播放彩色回铃音, 主叫用户和被叫用户利用经由 AIP的 话路实现通话。
该方法虽然能够实现彩色回铃音业务, 但是, 该种方法具有如下缺 点:
( 1 ) 由于智能网中的 SSP在一次呼叫中只能触发一个智能流程, 因此, 对于签约了例如预付费业务(PPS )或虚拟专用移动网 (VPMN ) 等其它智能业务的用户来说, 采用此种方式实现彩色回铃音业务, 会对 该用户所签约的其它智能业务的实现造成影响;
( 2 )对于签约了其它智能业务的用户来说, 以上述方法实现彩色回 铃音业务需要对 SCP进行升级以支持彩铃业务, 该种 SCP的升级不利 于彩铃业务的迅速推广; 也可以按照智能业务的类型划分出不同的 SCP 分别实现各自的智能业务, 但是, 无论是从组网角度考虑, 还是从业务 具体实现的角度考虑, 此种方式实现起来都非常困难;
( 3 )在上述实现彩铃业务的方法中, SCP需要指令 SSP将呼叫路 由到 AIP,在此过程中,对于主叫用户所在的移动业务交换中心(MSC ) 来说, 发生了呼叫前转, 该 MSC会产生相应的前转话单, 为了不对用 户进行不应该进行的计费, 营帐系统需要进行更改以挑出该种前转话 单, 而营帐系统的更改增加了实现彩铃业务的复杂程度, 不利于彩铃业 务的迅速推广。
2、 采用改造交换机和 HLR的方式实现彩铃业务: - 参见图 2所示组网图, 其中, 该图中的虚线表示七号信令链路, 实 线表示话路, 该方法实现彩铃业务首先需要对 HLR进行改造, 进行改 造后, 使得在用户位置更新时, HLR能够将相应的 "彩铃,,标记插入到 拜访位置寄存器(VLR ); 同时, 还需要对所有终端局的 MSC/VLR进行 改造, 以使得改造后的终端局的 MSC VLR能够根据 HLR插入到 VLR 中的数据标记位判断出该被叫用户是否为 "彩铃" 用户; 在进行了如上 改造后, 当主叫用户呼叫签约了彩铃业务的被叫用户时, 主叫侧的网关 移动业务交换中心 (GMSC ) /MSC通过起始地址消息将呼叫路由到被 叫用户所在的 MS (:, 该被叫用户的 MSC根据 HLR所插入的 "彩铃" 标记, 判断得到该被叫用户为签约了彩铃业务的用户, 该 MSC构造起 始地址消息(IAM )把呼叫路由到相应的 AIP, 该 AIP向主叫用户播放 预先定制的彩色回铃音, 同时, 被叫用户所在的 MSC屏蔽掉自身向主 叫用户发送的普通回铃音; 在被叫用户应答后, MSC拆除与 AIP之间 的电路连接, 停止彩色回铃音的播放, 主被叫之间实现通话。
以该种方法实现彩铃业务, 具有以下缺点:
( 1 )需要对 HLR和端局的 MSC/VLR进行改造, 以实现彩铃业务, 从而使彩铃业务的实现相对复杂, 不利于彩铃业务的迅速推广;
( 2 )如果要为全网提供彩色回铃音业务, 则需要对全网的 HLR和 MSC/VLR进行改造, 该种改造需要 HLR和 MSC/VLR紧密配合, 工程 协调和业务维护相当困难。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种码分多址(CDMA ) 系 统中实现彩色回铃音业务的系统及方法, 以实现在对现有网络改动冲击 较小的情况下实现彩色回铃音业务, 从而达到在投资小、 并且对原有网 络改动冲击小的情况下, 迅速推广彩色回铃音业务的目的。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供了一种码分多址通信系统中实现彩色 回铃音业务的系统, 该系统中移动通信网络侧的各个归属位置寄存器
HLR分别与各自新增加的信令处理系统 SPS设备通过信令网连接, 该 SPS设备与码分多址通信系统中的移动业务交换中心和彩铃中心通过信 令网连接, 归属在 HLR的用户将彩色回铃音业务登记在与该 HLR相连 的 SPS上,当主叫用户呼叫在 SPS上登记了彩色回铃音业务的被叫用户 时, 主叫侧的网关移动业务交换中心 GMSC/移动业务交换中心 MSC经 由 SPS与被叫用户归属的 HLR进行消息交互, 该 SPS利用虚拟的彩铃 中心地址, 将主叫側的 MSC/GMSC所发起的呼叫经由彩铃中心路由到 被叫用户所在的 MSC。

为实现上述目的, 本发明采用一种码分多址通信系统中实现彩色回 铃音业务的方法, 该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 A: 主叫用户呼叫登记了彩色回铃音业务的被叫用户, 主叫侧 的 MSC/GMSC经由与被叫用户归属的 HLR连接的 SPS向该 HLR发送 位置请求, HLR获得被叫用户的路由信息并将该路由信息返回给 SPS, SPS将收到的被叫用户路由信息更改为虚拟的彩铃中心地址, 然后发送 到主叫侧的 MSC/GMSC;
步骤 B: 主叫侧的 MSC/GMSC根据步骤 A中所发送来的虚拟的彩 铃中心地址, 经由所述 SPS 向所述彩铃中心发起呼叫, 在主叫侧的 MSC/GMSC发送的呼叫经过 SPS时, 该 SPS将被叫用户的真实路由信 息更换到该呼叫中;
步骤 C: 彩铃中心根据在步骤 B中更换到呼叫中的被叫用户路由信 息, 将呼叫路由到被叫用户所在的 MSC, 然后, 彩铃中心屏蔽掉被叫用 户所在的端局发送来的普通回铃音, 并向主叫用户播放用户定制的彩色 回铃音。 其中, 步驟 A包括:
步驟 A1: 主叫侧的 GMSC/MSC向所述 SPS发送 LOCREQ消息; 步骤 A2: 所述 SPS收到 LOCREQ消息后, 根据该消息中的被叫用 户信息判断该被叫用户是否在所述 SPS上登记了彩色回铃音业务,如果 是, 则将该消息中的信令连接控制部分 SCCP的主叫地址信息更改为所 述 SPS的全局码 GT, 然后, 将 LOCREQ消息发送到所述 HLR;
步驟 A3: HLR获得被叫用户的路由信息,根据步骤 A2中修改后的 SCCP主叫地址, 把 locreq消息发送到所述 SPS, 该 locreq消息中携带 有被叫用户的移动台漫游号码 TLDN;
步骤 A4: 所述 SPS将 locreq消息中所携带的被叫用户的 TLDN更 改为虚拟的彩铃中心地址, 然后, 将进行更改后的 locreq消息发送到主 叫侧的 MSC/GMSC。
其中, 在步骤 A2中, SPS判断被叫用户登记了彩色回铃音业务之 后, 进一步包括:
SPS将所述 LOCREQ消息中的 MSC标识设置为一个预先设定的用 以区别于其它 MSC.的值, 然后再将该 LOCREQ消息发送到所述 HLR。
其中, 在步骤 A4中, SPS进一步将 locreq消息中的 MSC标识设置 为一个预先设定的用以区别于其它 MSC的值, 然后再将该 locreq消息 发送到主叫侧的 MSC/GMSC:。

步骤 B1:主叫侧的 MSC/GMSC根据步骤 A中所发送来的虚拟的彩 铃中心地址, 构造一条发往所述彩铃中心的起始地址消息 IAM, 在该 IAM 中携带有所述虚拟的彩铃中心地址, 根据信令路由数据配置, 该 IAM首先发送到所述 SPS;
步骤 B2: SPS收到步骤 B1发送来的 IAM后,将该消息中虚拟的彩 铃中心地址更改为所述被叫用户真实的 TLDN, 和将被叫用户的移动台 国际识别号 MSISDN插入到该 IAM中;
步骤 B3: SPS将进行步骤 B2更改之后的 IAM发送到彩铃中心。 其中, 步骤 C中所述彩铃中心将呼叫路由到被叫用户所在的 MSC 为:
彩铃中心根据被叫用户的路由信息, 向被叫用户所在的 MSC发送 其中, 步骤 C所述彩铃中心向主叫用户播放用户定制的彩色回铃音 为:
被叫用户所在的 MSC向彩铃中心发送地址全消息 ACM, 彩铃中心 然后向主叫侧的 MSC/GMSC发送 ACM, 然后, 彩铃中心向主叫用户播 放彩色回铃音。

彩铃中心根据包括被叫用户的 MSISDN和 /或主叫用户号码在内的 条件, 选择与该条件对应的彩色回铃音进行播放。
其中, 步骤 D中所述彩铃中心停止播放彩色回铃音并接通主叫用户 和被叫用户之间的话路包括:
被叫用户应答后, 被叫用户所在的 MSC向彩铃中心发送应答计费 ANC消息, 彩铃中心收到该消息后, 停止播放彩色回铃音, 并且, 彩铃 中心向主叫侧的 MSC/GMSC发送 ANC消息,以接通主叫用户和被叫用 户之间的话路。

被叫用户摘机应答, 彩铃中心停止向主叫用户播放彩色回铃音, 并 接通主叫用户和被叫用户之间的话路, 主叫用户和被叫用户利用该话路 进行通话0
可见, 本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、 由于本发明针对 HLR新增加信令处理系统(SPS )设备即可实 现彩色回铃音业务, 且 SPS设备易于实现, 因此, 可以在投资较小的情 况下迅速推出彩色回铃音业务;
2、采用本发明所提供的系统实现彩色回铃音业务,对移动通信网络 中的交换机、 HLR、 SCP等没有特殊要求, 移动通信网络中的设备无需 为了实现彩色回铃音业务而进行升级;
3、 以本发明所述的方法实现彩色回铃音业务, 不会增加信令流程, 从而使得对现有网络的冲击非常小,并且,对呼叫时延的影响也非常小;
4、 在 SPS和 /或 AIP出现故障时, 只会对签约了彩色回铃音业务的 用户造成影响, 而不会对其他普通用户的正常呼叫造成影响;
5、 本发明所述的方法并没有采用智能网中的 SCP实现彩色回铃音 业务, 因此, 一方面, 不会由于 SCP下发 CONNECT而生成前转话单, 从而无需更改营帐系统; 另一方面, 由于 SCP并没有参与本发明实现彩 色回铃音业务的方法, 因此, SCP仍然可以实现用户所签约的其它智能 业务, 也就是说, 本发明实现彩色回铃音伞务的方法对用户的其它智能 业务不会造成影响;
6、 由于彩色回铃音业务登记在 SPS上, 因此使得对该业务的管理 筒单易行;
7、采用该方法实现彩色回铃音业务,只需要对 HLR进行一次查询, 对 HLR的冲击小;
8、 本发明所提供的方法, 对于采用智能网的 CDMA系统均能实现 彩色回铃音业务;
9、本发明所提供的方法,在签约彩色回铃音业务的用户作为被叫而 进行漫游时, 或者主叫用户在外省或者外网时, 均能实现彩色回铃音业 务。
除了以上所述有益效果外, 本发明还具有良好的扩展性, 且应用范 围能够更广泛。 附图简要说明

本发明为一种在 CDMA系统中实现彩色回铃音业务的系统及方法, 本发明所提供的系统,对于移动通信网络侧的各个 HLR分別新增加 SPS 设备,使得 HLR与主叫侧的 GMSC/MSC之间的一些关键消息交互经过 该 SPS进行, 该 SPS上记录有与该 SPS连接的 HLR的归属用户所登记 的彩色回铃音业务, 在主叫用户呼叫登记了彩色回铃音业务的被叫用户 时, 该 SPS对信令消息进行特殊处理, 从而使得主叫侧的 MSC/GMSC 将呼叫经由彩铃中心路由至被叫用户。 在本发明所提供的方法中, 通过 信令网路由数据的配置, 主叫侧的 MSC/GMSC和被叫用户归属的 HLR 之间的一些关键消息交互经过 SPS进行, 该 SPS对 HLR所返回的被叫 用户的路由信息进行更改, 然后发送至主叫侧的 MSC/GMSC, 主叫侧 的 MSC/GMSC根据更改后的路由信息, 将呼叫路由到彩铃中心, 通过 SPS对呼叫消息中路由数据的再次更改,呼叫能最终被路由到被叫用户, 在被叫用户应答之前, 彩铃中心向主叫用户播放预先定制的彩色回铃 音, 一旦被叫用户应答, 则彩铃中心停止播放彩色回铃音, 并接通主叫 用户和被叫用户之间的话路, 主叫用户和被叫用户利用该话路实现通 话。
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细描述。
参见图 3所示组网图, 其中, 该图中的虚线表示七号信令链路, 点 划线表示数据链路, 实线表示话路, AIP设备利用数据链路经由门户 ( Portal )从互联网 (INTERNET )获得并保存业务提供商(SP )所提供 的彩色回铃音; 在本发明中, 对于移动通信网络侧的每个 HLR均新增 加一个信令处理系统( SPS )设备, 该 SPS设备与其对应的 HLR通过信 令网连接, 该 SPS设备与 CDMA系统中的移动业务交换中心通过信令 网连接,主叫侧的 GMSC/MSC与被叫用户签约的 HLR之间的关键信令 交互经过 SPS进行,该 SPS设备还与 AIP设备有信令连接,用于将呼叫 路由到 AIP, 并最终路由到被叫用户所在的 MSC上; 该 SPS设备能够 实现:
1、对于主叫侧 GMSC/MSC发送到 SPS实际要去往被叫签约的 HLR 的 LOCREQ消息,如果被叫用户登记了彩色回铃音业务, SPS将更改该 消息的信令连接控制部分(SCCP )的全局码(GT )地址为 SPS自身的 GT地址, 使得 HLR返回的 LOCREQ响应消息 locreq能够也经过 SPS;
2、 将 HLR向主叫侧 GMSC/MSC所返回的 locreq消息中的被叫用 户漫游号码(TLDN )更改为虚拟的 AIP地址, 向主叫侧的 GMSC/MSC 转发包含该虚拟地址的 locreq消息, 从而使得主叫侧的 GMSC/MSC能 够才 据所收到的消息, 将呼叫路由到 AIP;
3、 对于主叫侧 GMSC/MSC经由 SPS向 AIP发送的 IAM消息, 该 SPS设备能够将该消息中的虚拟地址更改为被叫用户真实的寻址信息, 从而使得呼叫经由 AIP最终被接续到被叫用户, 并且 SPS向 IAM消息 中插入被叫用户的 MSISDN, 用于 AIP进行彩色回铃音的选择;
4、 在 SPS设备上进行彩铃业务的登记, 将用户登记彩铃业务的信 息保存在 SPS上, 该登记可以采用营业厅登记的方式, 也可通过其它方 式进行;
其中,在现有技术中,每个 HLR分别具有各自的信令转接点( STP ) 设备, HLR通过 STT设备与 GMSC/MSC连接, 在本发明中, 根据 SPS 与 STP的相对位置关系, SPS设备与 HLR设备的连接方式包括以下几 种:
( 1 ) SPS设备经由与 HLR连接的 STP连接到该 HLR:
参见图 4, 在此种方式中, 网络采用准直联方式, HLR通过 STP设 备连接到 GMSC/MSC, 在 STP设备上进一步连接本发明所提供的 SPS 设备, SPS设备经由与 HLR对应的 STP连接到该 HLR以及( G ) MSC, 该 SPS设备直接与 AIP进行信令连接; 在此种方式中, 在 STP设备上 和 /或 GMSC/MSC上进行相应的信令路由数据配置, 从而使得发送到 HLR的一些信令消息首先经过 SPS;
( 2 ) HLR经由 SPS设备与该 HLR对应的 STP连接:
参见图 5, 在此种方式中, HLR与本发明所提供的 SPS设备连接, 该 SPS设备再连接到该 HLR对应的 STP设备,从而使得 HLR通过 SPS 设备连接到该 HLR设备对应的 STP设备上; 采用此种方式, 使得经过 STP设备向 HLR所发送的消息都首先经过 SPS, 并且, HLR的返回消 息也首先经过 SPS; 参见图 5, 该 SPS设备直接与 AIP进行信令连接, SPS设备经由与 HLR对应的 STP设备与 ( G ) MSC进行信令连接;
( 3 ) SPS设备与 HLR连接, 并且, SPS设备兼具有 STP设备的功

参见图 6, 在此种方式中, SPS设备直接与 HLR设备连接, 并且, 该 SPS设备直接与 AIP和( G ) MSC连接, 以此方式, 使得 HLR通过 该 SPS设备与 AIP和( G ) MSC连接, 由于 SPS设备兼具有 STP设备 的功能, 因此, 在此种方式中, 可以同时实现 STP设备与 HLR的连接; ( 4 ) SPS设备作为与 HLR连接的 STP中的一个功能实体, 与 HLR 连接:
参见图 7, 在此种方式中, SPS设备的功能被直接置入与 HLR相对 应的 STP设备中,从而作为 STP设备中的一个功能实体使用, SPS设备 作为与所述 HLR对应的 STP中的一个功能实体, 与 HLR、 ( G ) MSC 和 AIP分别进行信令连接; 相应的, 需要对 STP设备进行升级, 以将 SPS设备的功能被置入 STP设备中。
利用上述图 3所示的系统, 参见图 8, 本发明实现彩色回铃音业务 包括以下步驟:
步骤 801: 主叫用户呼叫在 SPS上登记了彩铃业务的被叫用户, 呼 叫起源 MSC/GMSC ( 0_MSC/GMSC )发起位置请求( LOCREQ )流程, 该 LOCREQ 流程具体包括步骤 801〜步骤 804 所述的内容, 通过该 LOCREQ 流程以请求得到被叫用户的路由信息; 在本步骤 801 中, 0_MSC/GMSC向被叫用户签约的 HLR发送 LOCREQ消息, 根据七号 信令路由数据的配置,该 LOCREQ消息首先发送到与该 HLR连接的 SPS 设备; 其中, 本步驟中的 LOCREQ 消息中所携带的信息包括被叫用户 的移动台国际识别号 ( MSISDN ); 步驟 802: SPS利用在其上预先登记的彩铃用户的信息, 根据所收 到的 LOCREQ消息中的被叫用户的 MSISDN判断该被叫用户是否为登 记了彩铃业务的用户, 如果是, 贝,j SPS将 LOCREQ消息中的 SCCP的 主叫地址信息更改为 SPS的 GT,再将进行更改后的 LOCREQ消息发送 到 HLR, 然后执行步骤 803及后续步骤; 否则, 按照 CDMA系统中正 常的呼叫流程完^呼叫过程, 然后结束该流程; 其中, 在本步驟中, 将 SCCP主叫地址信息更改为 SPS的 GT的目的是: 使得在后续步骤中从 HLR所返回的 LOCREQ响应(locreq )消息回送到 SPS; 其中, 在本步 驟中,如果 SPS判断得到被叫用户为登记了彩铃业务的用户, 则 SPS还 将所收到的 LOCREQ消息中的将消息中的 MSC标识( MSCID )设置为 预先设置的值, 该预先设置的值为 CDMA 系统中唯一的值, 用以区别 于其它的 MSC; 设置该值的目的在于: 由于 CDMA协议的特殊性, 当 主被叫用户在同一个 MSC的时候, locreq消息中并不携带 TLDN, 在此 情况下则本发明所提供的方法无法利用后续步驟实现彩色回铃音业务, 为避免此情况的发生, 在本步驟中修改 LOCREQ消息中的 MSCID, 欺 骗 HLR使其认为主被叫用户不在同一个 MSC;
步骤 803: HLR收到经由 SPS所发送来的 LOCREQ消息后, 根据 该消息中的被叫用户的 MSISDN查找得到被叫用户的 TLDN,然后, HLR 向 0— MSC/GMSC返回 locreq消息, 根据步骤 802中 SPS所做的更改, 在本步骤中, 该 locreq消息首先发送到 SPS上, 该消息中携带有被叫用 户的 TLDN, SPS将收到的 locreq消息中所携带的被叫用户 TLDN记录 下来;
步骤 804: SPS收到 locreq消息后, 将该消息中所携带的被叫用户 的 TLDN更换为虚拟 TLDN,该虚拟 TLDN是实现此次彩铃业务对应的 AIP 的虚拟地址, 然后, SPS 将进行更改后的 locreq 消息发送到 O—MSC/GMSC; 其中, 本步骤中, SPS还将 locreq消息中的 MSCID设 置为预先设置的值, 用以使 0_MSC/GMSC认为主被叫用户不在同一个 MSC;
步骤 805: O— MSC/GMSC收到 SPS发送来的 locreq消息后, 根据 该消息中的虚拟 TLDN, 向 AIP发送起始地址消息(IAM ), 根据预先 进行的七号信令路由数据的配置,在本步骤中,该 IAM消息首先发送到 SPS;该 IAM消息中所携带的信息包括虚拟的 TLDN以及主叫用户号码, 并且该 IAM消息的目的地址为虚拟 TLDN所对应的 AIP的地址;
步驟 806: SPS收到 0— MSC/GMSC发送的 IAM消息后, 利用在步 骤 803中所记录的被叫用户的真实的 TLDN,将该 IAM消息中所携带的 虚拟 TLDN更改为被叫用户真实的 TLDN,并将 SPS所记录的被叫用户 的 MSISDN加到该 IAM消息中, 然后把消息路由到相应的 AIP;
步骤 807: AIP收到 SPS所发送的 IAM消息后, 根据该消息中所携 带的被叫用户的真实的 TLDN, 向该被叫用户对应的呼叫终止 MSC ( T—MSC )发送 IAM消息, 该 IAM消息中携带有主叫用户的号码以及 被叫用户的真实的 TLDN;
步骤 808〜步骤 810: T— MSC收到 IAM消息后, 寻呼相应的被叫用 户,寻呼到相应被叫用户之后, T— MSC向 AIP发送地址全消息( ACM ), AIP再向主叫侧的 O—MSC/GMSC发送 ACM消息, 在本发明实施例中, ACM消息经过 SPS, 在本发明其它实施例中, ACM消息也可以不经过 SPS, ACM是否经由 SPS依赖相关的路由数据配置;
步骤 811: AIP根据步驟 806中所发送来的 IAM消息中的被叫用户 的 MSISND号码和 /或主叫用户号码, 利用图 3所示的话路向主叫用户 播放被叫用户预先定制好的彩色回铃音, 并且, AIP同时将被叫用户端 局所发送来的普通的回铃音屏蔽掉; 步骤 812~步驟 814: 当被叫用户应答时, T— MSC向 AIP发送应答 计费 (ANC ) 消息, AIP收到该消息后, 停止播放彩色回铃音, 然后, AIP再向主叫侧的 O— MSC/GMSC发送 ANC消息, 在本发明实施例中, ANC消息经过 SPS,在本发明其它实施例中, ANC消息也可不经过 SPS, ANC是否经由 SPS依赖相关的路由数据配置, 利用上述步骤, 接通主 叫用户和被叫用户之间的话路;
步骤 815: 主叫用户和被叫用户利用如图 3所示的话路进行通话。 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡 在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均 应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

权利要求书
1、一种码分多址通信系统中实现彩色回铃音业务的系统,其特征在 于, 该系统中移动通信网络侧的各个归属位置寄存器 HLR分别与各自 新增加的信令处理系统 SPS设备通过信令网连接,该 SPS设备与码分多 址通信系统中的移动业务交换中心和彩铃中心通过信令网连接, 归属在 HLR的用户将彩色回铃音业务登记在与该 HLR相连的 SPS上, 当主叫 用户呼叫在 SPS上登记了彩色回铃音业务的被叫用户时,主叫侧的网关 移动业务交换中心 GMSC/移动业务交换中心 MSC经由 SPS与被叫用户 归属的 HLR进行消息交互, 该 SPS利用虚拟的彩铃中心地址, 将主叫 侧的 MSC/GMSC 所发起的呼叫经由彩铃中心路由到被叫用户所在的
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 HLR与新增加 的 SPS设备连接包括:

3、 根据权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 HLR与新增加 的 SPS设备连接包括:
所述 HLR经由所述 SPS设备与该 HLR对应的 STP连接; 所述 SPS设备与码分多址通信系统中的移动业务交换中心和彩铃中 心连接包括: 所述 SPS设备直接与所述彩铃中心连接, 所述 SPS设备经由所述 HLR对应的 STP与所述移动业务交换中心连接。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 SPS设备兼具 有 STP设备的功能, 该 SPS设备直接与所述 HLR连接, 并直接与码分 多址通信系统中的移动业务交换中心和彩铃中心连接。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 HLR与新增加 的 SPS设备连接包括:
所述 SPS设备作为与所述 HLR连接的 STP中的一个功能实体, 与 所述 HLR连接;
所述 SPS设备与码分多址通信系统中的移动业务交换中心和彩铃中 心连接包括:
所述 SPS设备作为与所述 HLR连接的 STP中的一个功能实体, 与 所述移动业务交换中心和彩铃中心连接。
6、根据权利要求 1所述的系统,其特征在于所述彩铃中心为高级智 能外设 AIP。
7、一种码分多址通信系统中实现彩色回铃音业务的方法,其特征在 于该方法包括以下步骤:
步驟 A: 主叫用户呼叫登记了彩色回铃音业务的被叫用户, 主叫侧 的 MSC/GMSC经由与被叫用户归属的 HLR连接的 SPS向该 HLR发送 位置请求, HLR获得被叫用户的路由信息并将该路由信息返回给 SPS, SPS将收到的被叫用户路由信息更改为虚拟的彩铃中心地址, 然后发送 到主叫侧的 MSC/GMSC;
步骤 B: 主叫侧的 MSC/GMSC 居步骤 A中所发送来的虚拟的彩 铃中心地址, 经由所述 SPS 向所述彩铃中心发起呼叫, 在主叫侧的 MSC/GMSC发送的呼叫经过 SPS时, 该 SPS将被叫用户的真实路由信 息更换到该呼叫中;
步骤 C: 彩铃中心根据在步骤 B中更换到呼叫中的被叫用户路由信 息, 将呼叫路由到被叫用户所在的 MSC, 然后, 彩铃中心屏蔽掉被叫用 户所在的端局发送来的普通回铃音, 并向主叫用户播放用户定制的彩色 回铃音。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 A包括: 步骤 A1: 主叫侧的 GMSC/MSC向所述 SPS发送 LOCREQ消息; 步驟 A2: 所述 SPS收到 LOCREQ消息后 , 根据该消息中的被叫用 户信息判断该被叫用户是否在所述 SPS上登记了彩色回铃音业务,如果 是, 则将该消息中的信令连接控制部分 SCCP的主叫地址信息更改为所 述 SPS的全局码 GT, 然后, 将 LOCREQ消息发送到所述 HLR;
步驟 A3: HLR获得被叫用户的路由信息,根据步骤 A2中修改后的 SCCP主叫地址, 把 locreq消息发送到所述 SPS, 该 locreq消息中携带 有被叫用户的移动台漫游号码 TLDN;
步骤 A4: 所述 SPS将 locreq消息中所携带的被叫用户的 TLDN更 改为虚拟的彩铃中心地址, 然后, 将进行更改后的 locreq消息发送到主 叫侧的 MSC/GMSC。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在步骤 A2中, SPS 判断被叫用户登记了彩色回铃音业务之后, 进一步包括:
SPS将所述 LOCREQ消息中的 MSC标识设置为一个预先设定的用 以区别于其它 MSC的值, 然后再将该 LOCREQ消息发送到所述 HLR。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在步骤 A4中, SPS 进一步将 locreq消息中的 MSC标识设置为一个预先设定的用以区别于 其它 MSC的值, 然后再将该 locreq消息发送到主叫侧的 MSC/GMSC。
11、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 B包括: 步驟 B1:主叫侧的 MSC/GMSC根据步骤 A中所发送来的虚拟的彩 铃中心地址, 构造一条发往所述彩铃中心的起始地址消息 IAM, 在该 IAM 中携带有所述虚拟的彩铃中心地址, 根据信令路由数据配置, 该 IAM首先发送到所述 SPS;
步骤 B2: SPS收到步骤 B1发送来的 IAM后,将该消息中虚拟的彩 铃中心地址更改为所述被叫用户真实的 TLDN, 和将被叫用户的移动台 '国际识别号 MSISDN插入到该 IAM中;
步骤 B3: SPS将进行步骤 B2更改之后的 IAM发送到彩铃中心。
12、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 C中所述彩铃 中心将呼叫路由到被叫用户所在的 MSC为:
彩铃中心根据被叫用户的路由信息, 向被叫用户所在的 MSC发送
13、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 C所述彩铃中 心向主叫用户播放用户定制的彩色回铃音为:
被叫用户所在的 MSC向彩铃中心发送地址全消息 ACM, 彩铃中心 然后向主叫侧的 MSC/GMSC发送 ACM, 然后, 彩铃中心向主叫用户播 放彩色回铃音。
14、根据权利要求 7或 13所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述彩铃中心 播放彩色回铃音包括:
彩铃中心根据包括被叫用户的 MSISDN和 /或主叫用户号码在内的 条件, 选择与该条件对应的彩色回铃音进行播放。
15、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 D中所述彩铃 中心停止播放彩色回铃音并接通主叫用户和被叫用户之间的话路包括: 被叫用户应答后, 被叫用户所在的 MSC向彩铃中心发送应答计费 ANC消息, 彩铃中心收到该消息后, 停止播放彩色回铃音, 并且, 彩铃 中心向主叫侧的 MSC/GMSC发送 ANC消息,以接通主叫用户和被叫用 户之间的话路。
16、根据权利要求 7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述彩铃中心为 AIP。
17、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤所述步驟 C之 后, 该方法进一步包括:
被叫用户摘机应答, 彩铃中心停止向主叫用户播放彩色回铃音, 并 接通主叫用户和被叫用户之间的话路, 主叫用户和被叫用户利用该话路 进行通话。
