Technical field
The present invention relates to an antibacterial agent against Corynebacterium spp. Containing a crude drug extract as an active ingredient, and an external composition containing the antibacterial agent.
Background art
とりわけ体臭の中でも鼻をつくような独特な臭いである 腋臭は、腋窩部のアポタリン汗腺力 分泌されるアポタリン汗が皮表に存在するコリネ ノ クテリゥム属菌ゃ表皮ブドウ球菌 (これらの一定のバランスを保って皮膚に定着して いる細菌の集まりを、皮膚細菌叢と呼ぶ)によって分解されることによって発生する( 例えば非特許文献 1参照)  [0002] It is known that the unpleasant odor associated with perspiration is caused by the decomposition of naturally odorless and sterile sweat by microorganisms on the skin surface, and when ammonia in the skin surface and sweat is added to this, It also gives a unique odor. Axillary odor, which is a unique odor that causes a nose among body odors, is particularly the apotaxin sweat gland force in the axillary area.Apoptalin sweat is secreted on the skin surface. A collection of bacteria that are retained and settled on the skin is called the skin flora, and is generated by being decomposed (for example, see Non-Patent Document 1).
Among these skin flora, the microorganism directly related to armpit odor is known to be Corynebacterium sp.
[0003] Conventionally, antiperspirants, antiperspirant astringents, antibiotics or antibacterial agents and the like have been used to suppress the generation of body odor. However, antiperspirants and antiperspirants are not very effective for those who secrete a large amount of sweat. In particular, antiperspirants that also have aluminum salt power, such as hydroxychloride aluminum (aluminium chloride hydrate). Has a problem that it is highly irritating to the skin due to its protein denaturing action. In addition, antibacterial agents and antibiotics, such as Shii-Dani Benzetonium, are effective, but not only microorganisms that cause body odor but also those that form skin flora. Because of sterilization or bacteriostasis, there is a risk that the skin's original self-cleansing action is impaired due to the formation of healthy skin flora.
Dermatologyin General Medecine.p.386,McGraw— Hill'New York(1971) [0004] Therefore, in order to develop a method for preventing unpleasant body odor, it is necessary to find an antibacterial agent having a bactericidal action that is selective for bacteria that cause unpleasant odor.
