Abstract

Ein Verfahren und eine Anlage zum Herstellen von Massenstahl- oder hochwertigen, unterschiedlichen Stahlgüten in einer Zwei-Gefäss-Anlage (1) verbessern das Ausbringen von Rohstahl bei einer Schmelzbadtiefe (15) von ca. 1000 mm bis 1800 mm, wobei die Auftriebsfreistrahlen (14a) von Bodenspülsteinen (14) jeweils innerhalb eines Mindestabstandes (16) von 2/3 zum Schmelzbadrand (17) und mit einem Abstand (18) von 1/3 zur Schmelzbadmitte (19) bei einem Blasewinkel alpha = 15° bis 40° der Düsen (6b) einer Sauerstoff-Aufblaslanze (6) zur Vertikalen abgestimmt und die Auftriebsfreistrahlen (14a) mit maximal 2 Nm3 Argon oder Stickstoff / min und Bodenspülstein (14) gebildet werden.
