Description

SISTEMA DE SEGURIDAD ANTIDESCUELGUE Y ANTIDESCARRILAMIENTO CON SUS RESPECTIVAS GUÍAS PARA PUERTAS CORREDERAS Y SIMILARESSECURITY SYSTEM ANTIDESCUELGUE AND ANTIDESCARRILAMIENTO WITH ITS RESPECTIVE GUIDELINES FOR SLIDING AND SIMILAR DOORS
OF THE INVENTION The present invention is encompassed within the security elements applied to sliding systems applied for example to doors or the like and more specifically to an anti-slip and anti-derailment safety system with their respective guides for sliding doors and the like. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Sliding devices for sliding doors are now known. In the case of sliding systems placed at the top of the door, they are usually hardware placed in the door for guidance and to allow its movement with respect to a guide which is fixed to the door frame. In document ES1018799U there is described a sliding device placed on the top of a sliding sheet comprising a metal sheet defining two orthogonal surfaces supporting respective panels, presenting at its top two facing vertical bolts on which two are located Wheels facing each other and having a truncated conical configuration which constitute the sliding means when they rest on the edges of the corresponding guide rail, which allow the passage of the door through the inside of the guide rail at a certain distance or height, thanks to the wings of the rail itself and that provide a fixed position to avoid rubbing the side profiles of the door or the door itself. With the particular configuration of this device, in the event of a sudden descent of the door during its movement along the guide rail, the mentioned wheels lose contact with said guide rail and the door leaves the same , producing the derailment of it. In document ES1012194U, an anti-derailment guide piece for sliding doors is described which is coupled on one of the side wings of the sliding door roller, said guide piece being provided on its upper part with a window-shaped opening to be fixed to the sliding carriage and an upper groove in which a screw is mounted and which allows varying the fixing height. The guide piece has a flange that is hooked on a complementary flange arranged on the rail sliding to prevent derailment of the door. This system must be fixed to the sliding carriage, that is to say that in the event of a breakdown of said carriage it would be necessary to change the entire part and not just the carriage. Document ES1023635U describes an anti-derailment device for sliding blades arranged at the bottom of the door, resting on height-adjustable wheels that run along rails embedded in the ground, the device consists of an inverted "U" shaped piece that It wraps around the wheel and is equipped with lateral stops to prevent the piece from sliding laterally, it also has lower nails that fit the base profile to keep the wheel attached to it and prevent vertical displacement of the wheel and therefore derailment As was previously the case in this case, the device is fixed to the slide car itself, that is to say that in the event of a breakdown of said car it would be necessary to change the entire piece and not just the car, in addition to mounting the device on the The door requires an additional piece that serves as an anchor for the device, which in turn is fixed to the door. Document ES2115243 describes a sliding system that slides over two parallel guides and is composed of a frame and a piece in the form of an open box by its lower base on which a sliding drawer is mounted with respect to the box, incorporating said drawer means of bearing and means for regulating the distance between the box and the drawer. The box has on its front part some legs that serve as a stop for the movement of the drawer with respect to the box, for this purpose the drawer has a pair of projections that stop with the mentioned legs. This system, as with the previous ones, is directly associated with the sliding means. Finally, document ES 242289U describes a sliding system for a sliding door comprising a pocket piece that is arranged on top of the door in which a piece holder is mounted inside, the system also has means for regulating the height between both pieces. A pair of sheaves arranged one after the other with their parallel axes of rotation are mounted on the holder. The system also has elastic means materialized in two springs arranged between the holder and the lower base of the pocket. The described system is directly connected to the sliding means. With this system to be mounted on the upper edge of the door, the derailment of the door cannot be satisfactorily avoided since when working on the compression springs, if during the movement of the door there is an obstacle on the guide, the wheel when passing over it would lose contact with said lane and derailment would occur causing the door to fall due to gravity, the fall distance being greater than the wings of the rail at the top where the door is housed, the upper sliding device remaining in the air and Falling the door may cause damage to the user. For all the above, a need has been detected to provide an anti-slip and anti-derailment safety system that effectively achieves that the door does not derail or slip during its movement through the corresponding guides, the anti-derailment assembly being totally independent of the means of glide.
OF THE INVENTION The present invention therefore relates to an anti-slip and anti-derailment safety system with its respective guides for sliding doors and the like comprising either an anti-slip assembly, or an anti-derailment assembly, or both at the same time, and at least one taxi carriage, whose anti-slip assembly comprises a first sliding guide rail and a first sliding device which in turn comprises a first housing and a first sliding element with the possibility of relative sliding with respect to the first housing in a substantially vertical direction and having sliding means on the first guide rail and whose anti-derailment assembly comprises a second sliding guide rail and a second sliding device which in turn comprises a second housing and a second sliding element with the possibility of sliding relative regarding to the second housing in a substantially vertical direction, and having second sliding means on the second sliding guide rail and fixing means between said second housing and said second sliding element. The system is characterized in that the first sliding element has an extreme fin, which exceeds the lower part of the first housing, and is configured so that once said first sliding element has been introduced into the First housing, it cannot be removed from it during the sliding of the door avoiding the sagging of the first sliding device, and therefore of the door, with respect to the first guide rail and because the anti-derailment assembly is independent of the taxi car acting before said taxi car during the sliding of the door. In this way it is achieved that the door does not slip in the case of finding an obstacle during its displacement since, thanks to the aforementioned end flap arranged on the first sliding element, a certain play in the vertical displacement between said first sliding element and the first housing, being able to absorb the vertical displacement produced by the obstacle interchangeably if it is on the first guide rail or on the second guide rail. The particular configuration of the first sliding means together with the configuration of the first guide rail means that at all times the door is hanged in a safe manner without being able to produce sagging during its movement. On the other hand, since the anti-derailment assembly is mounted on the door independently of the corresponding taxi car and given the particular configuration of the second sliding means and the second guide rail, it is achieved that if there is an obstacle during the movement of the door it is not derailment, since the anti-derailment assembly acts independently of the taxi car and its behavior in the event of possible derailment is optimal. Normally, the anti-slip assembly is fixed to the upper edge of the door and the anti-derailment assembly is fixed to the lower edge of the door, being able to independently mount one another or both at the same time on the same door. The fixing means of the second sliding device consist of a threaded housing in the second housing and a channel in the second sliding element, arranged according to the direction of relative movement between the two, configured to allow the relative height of the door to be fixed with respect to to the second slide guide rail. In this way it is possible to adjust the positioning of the door with respect to the first and second guide rails, which allows a large number of derailments to be prevented. The door can move vertically a magnitude enough to overcome the obstacle but always limited so that derailment does not occur, achieving this thanks to the extreme flap, as a stop, arranged on the first actuation means which allows a certain vertical play between the door and the first and second guide rail with the possibility of adjusting said magnitude thanks to the fixing means. The first sliding guide rail has at least one arrow-shaped projection configured to be engaged, with the possibility of sliding, in the sliding means of the first sliding element, which consist of two parallel flanges with inner projections, arranged in said first sliding element, which retain said projections. In this way it is achieved that the anti-slip assembly is safer and works in an optimal way since the retention achieved by the aforementioned tabs on the arrow-shaped projection does not cause the door to open in case there is a obstacle during door movement. The second sliding guide rail has at least one semicircle shaped projection configured to be engaged, with the possibility of sliding, in the sliding means of the second sliding element, which consist of two parallel flanges with inner projections, arranged in said second sliding element, which retain said projections. In this way it is achieved that the anti-derailment assembly is always connected to the second guide rail during the movement of the door. In addition, the rounded shape of the projection facilitates sliding while serving as a deposit surface for accumulated dirt. The system may have at least one anti-slip assembly for each door, two sets being normally used. In the sliding means of the second sliding element, cleaning mats of the second sliding guide rail are incorporated, said cleaning mats are located between the flanges that constitute the sliding means of the second sliding element being fixed to the mimes thanks to a groove or similar and adapting its shape to the shape of the semicircular projection available to the second sliding guide rail. Said cleaning mats are responsible for dragging the dirt deposited on the semicircular projection when the door is moving, in this way it it ensures that the sliding of the door on the second guide rail is smoother and that derailments do not occur due to an excessive accumulation of dirt. The sliding means of the first sliding element further comprise at least two opposite asymmetric wheels, separated by a distance that allows the first sliding guide rail to pass in an adjusted manner, preventing the door from rubbing with said first sliding guide rail.
