Présentoir d' articles tels que des parfums ou des produits cosmétiques.
La présente invention se rapporte à des présentoirs d'articles tels que des parfums ou des produits cosmétiques, ces présentoirs comprenant un élément de présentation sur lequel sont destinés à être rapportés lesdits articles. De manière connue en soi, l'élément de présentation est généralement incliné vers le bas tout en étant solidaire d'un socle prenant directement appui sur le sol. Néanmoins, ces présentoirs présentent généralement un volume d'encombrement assez important, et il est donc nécessaire de réserver une surface au sol relativement importante pour les recevoir. Par ailleurs, cette surface au sol doit être parfaitement plate pour éviter que ledit présentoir ou plus exactement son socle ne se retrouve dans des positions instables. La présente invention a notamment pour but de pallier les inconvénients précités. A cet effet, selon l'invention, le présentoir est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un élément de liaison qui s'étend entre une extrémité inférieure solidaire de l'élément de présentation et une extrémité supérieure adaptée pour être montée pivotante par rapport à un plafond formant la partie supérieure d'une pièce pour permettre la suspension dudit élément de présentation au plafond sans aucun contact avec le sol, et en ce qu'un miroir est rapporté sur ledit élément de liaison, ledit miroir étant agencé de telle sorte qu'une personne, placée en face de l'élément de présentation, observe son image dans ledit miroir . Dans des modes de réalisations préférés de l'invention, on peut éventuellement avoir recours, en outre à l'une ou à l'autre des dispositions suivantes : l'extrémité supérieure de l'élément de liaison est adaptée pour être montée pivotante par rapport au plafond ; - l'élément de liaison présente, d'une part, une face avant sur laquelle est rapporté le miroir, et d'autre part, une face arrière sur laquelle est rapporté un système d' éclairage ; - l'élément de liaison comprend un panneau vertical sur lequel est rapporté le miroir, le panneau vertical se prolongeant vers le bas par un panneau de support sur lequel est rapporté l'élément de présentation, le panneau de support étant incliné vers le bas par rapport au panneau vertical d'un angle compris entre 90° et 135° ; - les panneaux de support et vertical de l'élément de liaison présentent respectivement une face inclinée vers le bas et une face arrière sur lesquelles sont rapportés des systèmes d'éclairage qui sont recouverts par au moins un capot sensiblement translucide permettant un éclairage diffus vers l'arrière et vers le bas dudit présentoir ; - l'élément de liaison comprend un panneau vertical sur lequel est rapporté le miroir, le panneau vertical se prolongeant vers le bas par l'élément de présentation qui est incliné par rapport au panneau vertical d'un angle compris entre 90° et 135° ; - le panneau vertical de l'élément de liaison et l'élément de présentation présentent respectivement une face arrière et une face inclinée vers le bas sur lesquelles sont rapportés des systèmes d'éclairage qui sont recouverts par au moins un capot sensiblement translucide permettant un éclairage diffus vers l'arrière et vers le bas dudit présentoir ; - le capot comprend, d'une part, une plaque arrière qui se prolonge par une plaque inclinée vers le bas et d'autre part, des rebords transversaux qui relient les plaques arrière et inclinée vers le bas au présentoir pour permettre en outre un éclairage sur les côtés dudit présentoir ; et - l'extrémité supérieure de l'élément de liaison est formée par une barre pourvue de moyens d' accrochage au plafond qui permettent un pivotement de ladite barre par rapport au plafond autour d'un axe vertical. D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention apparaîtront au cours de la description qui va suivre de deux modes de réalisations, donnés à titre d'exemples non limitatifs en regard des dessins joints. Sur les dessins : - la figure 1 représente une vue schématique en perspective du présentoir conforme à un premier mode de réalisation de l'invention ; la figure 2 est une vue arrière en perspective d'un élément de liaison du présentoir représenté sur la figure 1 ; la figure 3 est une vue en coupe suivant le plan de symétrie du présentoir représenté sur la figure 1 ; et la figure 4 est une vue en coupe suivant le plan de symétrie du présentoir conforme à un deuxième mode de réalisation de l'invention. Sur les différentes figures, les mêmes références désignent des éléments identiques ou similaires. Les figures 1 à 3 représentent un premier mode de réalisation d'un présentoir 1 d'articles qui peuvent notamment être constitués, à titre d'exemple, par des parfums ou des produits cosmétiques. Ce présentoir 1 comprend un élément de présentation 2 adapté pour recevoir les articles à présenter, cet élément de présentation 2 étant destiné à être supporté par un élément de liaison 3 qui est lui-même destiné à être suspendu à un plafond 8 formant la partie supérieure d'une pièce. Cet élément de liaison 3 s'étend entre une extrémité supérieure 3a solidaire du plafond 8 et une extrémité inférieure 3b solidaire de l'élément de présentation 2. Comme on peut le voir plus en détail sur les figures 2 et 3, l'élément de liaison 3, dans l'exemple considéré ici, comprend un panneau vertical 4 qui s'étend entre une extrémité supérieure 4a et une extrémité inférieure 4b qui se prolonge vers le bas par un panneau de support 5 qui peut être réalisé d'une seule pièce avec le panneau vertical 4. Dans ce premier mode de réalisation, l'extrémité inférieure 3b de l'élément de liaison 3 est confondue avec l'extrémité inférieure du panneau de support 5. L'élément de présentation 2 sur lequel sont destinés à être rapportés les articles est directement rapporté de manière fixe ou amovible sur la face avant 51 du panneau de support 5. Le panneau vertical 4 présente une face avant 41 sur laquelle est rapporté de manière fixe un miroir 6 agencé de telle sorte qu'une personne disposée en face de l'élément de- présentation 2 et donc en face des parfums ou des produits cosmétiques, puisse observer directement son reflet dans le miroir 6. Dans l'exemple considéré ici en référence à la figure 3, le miroir 6 s'étend sur l'ensemble de la hauteur du panneau vertical 4. Ainsi, le panneau vertical 4 remplit deux fonctions en permettant de suspendre l'élément de présentation 2 au plafond tout en servant également de support pour le miroir 6 destiné à refléter l'image d'une personne disposée en face. Le panneau vertical 4 présente également une face arrière 42 qui forme une continuité avec la face arrière 52 du panneau de support 5 qui est inclinée vers le bas tout en étant destinée à être disposée en regard du sol. L'angle délimité par la face avant 41 du panneau vertical 4 et la face avant de l'élément de présentation 2 peut être compris entre 90° et 135°. Le panneau vertical 4 qui se présente sensiblement sous une forme rectangulaire présente également deux rebords latéraux 43 et un rebord supérieur 44 qui s'étendent vers l'arrière en délimitant sensiblement un renfoncement. Le panneau de support 5 comprend également des rebords latéraux 53 et un rebord avant 54 qui forment une continuité avec l'élément de présentation 2. L'extrémité supérieure 3a de l'élément de liaison 3 comprend également une barre verticale 9 destinée à être accrochée au plafond 8. Cette barre verticale 9 s'étend entre une extrémité inférieure solidaire du rebord supérieur 44 du panneau vertical 4 et une extrémité supérieure pourvue de moyens d'accrochage 7 comprenant un premier disque 10 solidaire de la barre verticale et un deuxième disque 11 fixé au plafond 8. Le premier disque 10 est supporté par le deuxième disque 11 tout en étant monté rotatif par rapport à ce dernier. Néanmoins, on peut également prévoir que les moyens d'accrochage 7 permettent uniquement d'accrocher l'élément de liaison 3 au plafond 8 sans permettre un pivotement dudit élément de liaison 3 par rapport au plafond 8 autour d'un axe vertical. Dans ce cas, la barre verticale 9 ou plus exactement son extrémité supérieure peut être directement accrochée au premier disque 10 qui sera directement fixé au plafond 8. Les moyens d'accrochage 7 permettant de suspendre l'élément de liaison 3 au plafond 8 peuvent également être au moins en partie masqués par un faux plafond 8a délimitant un coffre contenant au moins en partie la barre verticale 9 et les premier et deuxième disques 10 et 11, ce faux plafond 8a étant directement fixé sur le plafond 8. Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, la face arrière et verticale 42 du panneau vertical 4 ainsi que la face arrière et inclinée vers le bas 52 du panneau de support 5 peuvent être pourvues d'une pluralité de systèmes d'éclairage 12 formés par exemple par des néons disposés à intervalles réguliers. Ces systèmes d'éclairage 12 seront alimentés électriquement par le biais de connexions électriques passant par exemple à l'intérieur de la barre verticale 9 et connectées à une alimentation électrique disposée dans le plafond 8 de la pièce. Ces systèmes d'éclairage 12 sont masqués par au moins un capot 13 présentant des formes sensiblement complémentaires de celles du panneau vertical 4 et du panneau de support 5. Plus exactement, ce capot 13 comprend une plaque arrière 13a qui s'étend verticalement en regard de la face arrière 42 du panneau vertical 4. Cette plaque arrière 13a du capot 13 se prolonge par une plaque inclinée vers le bas 13c qui est parallèle au panneau de support 5. Le capot 13 comprend également des rebords latéraux 13b qui s'étendent vers l'avant et qui s'engagent' respectivement avec les rebords latéraux 43 et 53 des panneaux vertical 4 et de support 5 et avec le rebord supérieur 44 du panneau vertical 4 et avec le rebord avant 54 du panneau de support 5. Ce capot 13 est réalisé dans une matière sensiblement translucide pour permettre un éclairage diffus à la fois vers l'arrière du présentoir par l'intermédiaire de la partie arrière 13a du capot et sur les côtés par l'intermédiaire des rebords transversaux 13b dudit capot 13 mais également vers le bas en direction du sol par l'intermédiaire de la plaque inclinée vers le bas 13c. La disposition des systèmes d'éclairage 12 sur la face arrière de l'élément de liaison 3 et la présence du capot translucide 13 permettent donc par réflexion de la lumière sur l'environnement direct du présentoir d'obtenir un éclairage diffus pour la personne directement disposée en face du miroir 6 et de l'élément de présentation 2 des articles. La figure 4 représente un second mode de réalisation de l'invention. Dans ce deuxième mode de réalisation, l'élément de liaison 3 est uniquement formé par le panneau vertical 4 qui s'étend entre l'extrémité supérieure 4a et l'extrémité inférieure 4b qui est confondue avec l'extrémité inférieure 3b dudit élément de liaison. L'élément de présentation 2 des articles est quant à lui directement fixé sur l'extrémité inférieure 4b du panneau vertical 4 de l'élément de liaison 3. L'élément de présentation 2 présente également un rebord avant 21 ainsi que des rebords latéraux 22 qui forment une continuité avec les rebords latéraux 43 du panneau vertical 4 afin de délimiter un renfoncement dans lequel sont rapportés les dispositifs d'éclairage 12. Plus particulièrement ces dispositifs d'éclairage 12 sont rapportés sur la face arrière 42 du panneau vertical 4 et sur la face arrière 23 de l'élément de présentation 2 qui est inclinée vers le bas tout en étant destinée à être disposée en regard du sol. Par ailleurs, la barre verticale 9 et les moyens d'accrochage 7 permettant de suspendre l'élément de liaison 3 au plafond 8 sont identiques à ceux précédemment décrits pour le premier mode de réalisation représenté sur les figures 1 à 3. De même le capot 13 destiné à venir masquer la partie arrière du présentoir est également identique à celui précédemment décrit, hormis le fait que les rebords latéraux 13b dudit capot coopèrent directement avec les rebords latéraux 22 de l'élément de présentation 2 et avec les rebords latéraux 43 du panneau vertical 4.

1. Présentoir d'articles tels que des parfums ou des produits cosmétiques, comprenant un élément de présentation (2) sur lequel sont destinés à être rapportés les articles, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, en outre, un élément de liaison (3) qui s'étend entre une extrémité inférieure (3b) solidaire de l'élément de présentation (2) et une extrémité supérieure (3a) adaptée pour être montée pivotante par rapport à un plafond (8) formant la partie supérieure d'une pièce pour permettre la suspension dudit élément de présentation (2) au plafond (8) sans aucun contact avec le sol, et en ce qu'un miroir (6) est rapporté sur ledit élément de liaison (3), ledit miroir (6) étant agencé de telle sorte qu'une personne, placée en face de l'élément de présentation (2), observe son image dans ledit miroir (6) .
2. Présentoir selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément de liaison (3) présente, d'une part, une face avant (41) sur laquelle est rapporté le miroir (6), et d'autre part, une face arrière (42) sur laquelle est rapporté un système d'éclairage (12).
3. Présentoir selon la revendication 2, dans lequel l'élément de liaison (3) comprend un panneau vertical (4) sur lequel est rapporté le miroir (6), le panneau vertical (4) se prolongeant vers le bas par un panneau de support (5) sur lequel est rapporté l'élément de présentation (2), le panneau de support (5) étant incliné vers le bas par rapport au panneau vertical (4) d'un angle compris entre 90° et 135°.

Présentoir selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les panneaux de support (5) et vertical (4) de l'élément de liaison (3) présentent respectivement une face inclinée vers le bas (52) et une face arrière (42) sur lesquelles sont rapportés des systèmes d'éclairage (12) qui sont recouverts par au moins un capot (13) sensiblement translucide permettant un éclairage diffus vers l'arrière et vers le bas dudit présentoir.

Présentoir selon la revendication 2, dans lequel l'élément de liaison (3) comprend un panneau vertical (4) sur lequel est rapporté le miroir (β), le panneau vertical (4) se prolongeant vers le bas par l'élément de présentation (2) qui est incliné par rapport au panneau vertical (4) d'un angle compris entre 90° et 135°.

Présentoir selon la revendication 5, dans lequel le panneau vertical (4) de l'élément de liaison (3) et l'élément de présentation (2) présentent respectivement une face arrière (42) et une face inclinée vers le bas (23) sur lesquelles sont rapportés des systèmes d'éclairage (12) qui sont recouverts par au moins un capot (13) sensiblement translucide permettant un éclairage diffus vers l'arrière et vers le bas dudit présentoir.

Présentoir selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 4 et 6 dans lequel le capot (13) comprend, d'une part, une plaque arrière (13a) qui se prolonge par une plaque inclinée vers le bas (13c), et d'autre part, des rebords transversaux (13b) qui relient les plaques arrière (13a) et inclinée vers le bas (13c) au présentoir pour permettre en outre un éclairage sur les côtés dudit présentoir.
8. Présentoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'extrémité supérieure (3a) de l'élément de liaison (3) est formée par une barre (9) pourvue de moyens d'accrochage (7) au plafond (8) qui permettent un pivotement de ladite barre (9) par rapport au plafond (8) autour d'un axe vertical.
