Abstract

L'invention porte sur un instrument d'alignement destiné à être utilisé avec un clou centromédullaire (10) comprenant un dispositif de retenue (100) pourvu d'un élément d'engagement (102) vers une extrémité afin d'engager un clou centromédullaire et une partie de support (106). Un cadre (130) comportant une douille (150) ménagée dans la partie de support (106) comprend au moins un bras (132, 134) s'étendant depuis la partie de support (106), le bras formant au moins un trou de guidage de perçage (142, 144). La douille peut effectuer une rotation autour de la partie de support de sorte que le cadre tourne autour du dispositif de retenue du clou entre des positions angulaires relatives prédéfinies, la douille (150) possédant un orifice (126, 128) dans lequel s'étend le dispositif de retenue du clou dont la forme transversale varie entre une configuration de blocage dans laquelle le dispositif de retenue du clou engagé dans l'orifice empêche la rotation du cadre par rapport au dispositif de retenue du clou et une configuration de déblocage dans laquelle le cadre peut tourner autour du dispositif de retenue du clou.
