Abstract

The invention relates to a an anti-theft beach box for protecting goods and personal belongings on a beach (bag, wallet, mobile telephone, keys etc.) enabling people to be less attentive to the surveillance thereof when enjoying leisure activities (bathing, beach games etc.). The inventive beach box is made up of two shells made of a hard plastic or other material (1)(2), which are connected and articulated to each other (7) and which are locked by a key closure system (4). The box is provided with an opening (30) at the top, enabling a parasol to be placed therein. The base of the box is provided with an opening (5) enabling connection to the stabilizing leg thereof, which is characterized by a solid screw (12) which is screwed into the sand with the aid of a detachable rod (15) acting as a handle in order to ensure that the beach box is fixed to the ground (sand). A nut guide enables the protective box to be connected via the inside to the stabilizing leg while still enabling it to rotate freely about the fixing axis thereof. The nut guide is provided with an opening in the center thereof to ensure a stake of a parasol (x) to pass through and be guided through the protective box. The (non-indispensable) use of the parasol reinforces the dissuasive character of the inventive device. Transport of the box is facilitated by means of a removable handle (6) which can be folded inside.

OBSERVATIONS: La présente invention concernant ce coffre de plage antivol est une révision importante de ma précédente invention déposée le 14.02.2002. En effet, compte tenu du manque d'efficacité du pied stabilisateur concernant l'ancrage du coffre sur la plage, cela m'a amené à revoir complètement l'ensemble du système d'ancrage, et à y apporter des modifications techniques très importantes en étudiant un nouveau pied stabilisateur afin d'obtenir des résultats en rapport avec le rôle que doit tenir un système d'antivol. Le but étant atteint à ce jour avec ce nouveau pied stabilisateur. 1) Le coffre de protection (planche 1/5) de forme ovale représenté par les figures 1 et 2, est caractérisé par deux coques en plastique dur ou autres (1) (2), reliées et articulées entre-elles (7) et verrouillées par un système de fermeture à clef (4). La coque supérieure (1) comporte en son sommet un orifice (3) permettant le passage d'un piquet de parasol au travers du coffre. La coque inférieure (2) comporte à sa base un orifice (5) permettant la fixation du coffre à son pied stabilisateur, ce dernier assurant l'ancrage du coffre de protection sur le sable. Il est dépourvu d'aspérité tel que les coins, les poignées, les arêtes (lignes d'intersection de deux surfaces) etc.. , ce qui exclu toutes autres formes et supprime toutes prises directes pouvant faciliter son arrachement par rapport à son sol d'ancrage (sable). 2) Le pied stabilisateur (planche 2/5 fig.3), permettant l'ancrage du coffre de protection sur le sable est caractérisé par un ensemble de pièces le composant, à savoir: une pièce réalisée en acier ou autre, comportant un axe fileté (9) pour la fixation du coffre, d'un orifice (10) pour l'introduction d'une tige amovible ou autre, servant à la mise en place du pied stabilisateur par vissage dans le sable, et d'un épaulement suivi d'une forme conique (11) ceci afin d'assurer la stabilité latérale du pied stabilisateur par rapport à son sol d'ancrage (sable). Cette pièce creuse en son milieu est sertie autour d'un tube d'acier ou autre (12), suivie d'un embout conique(14) réalisée en plastique dur ou autre; autour de ce même tube est fixée par soudage, collage ou autre, une pièce (13) façonnée en spirale créant une vis solide réalisée en fil d'acier ou autre, permettant le vissage dans le sable du pied stabilisateur. Le tube (12) comportant à son extrémité une pièce conique (14) a une importance capitale en dehors de son rôle servant de support à la vis solide (13); en effet, lorsque le pied stabilisateur est vissé au maximum dans le sable, il permet de comprimer et d'accroître la compacité de celui-ci, en assurant d'une façon très importante la résistance de l'ancrage du coffre de protection, contre toutes tentatives d'arrachement rapide de celui-ci, et ce quelle que soit la nature du sable (sec ou humide).
