- Yet the object of the present invention is to provide an incinerator that can produce combustible gas, which could be used as energy fuel for cooking or other purposes.
- a combustible gas production system comprising an incinerator with receptacle means to burn combustible materials including waste; a materials feed-in opening on top of said receptacle means for introducing waste into said incinerator; a plurality of air inlets at the bottom of said receptacle means of said incinerator to help combustion; a filter unit to filter combustible gas produced before sending for usage; a gas conveying pipe connecting said incinerator and said filter unit to transfer combustible gas produced in said incinerator to said filter unit; and a gas storage case situated at the top part of said receptacle means for storing combustible gas before sending it to said gas conveying pipe.
- said filter unit is situated outside said incinerator and said filter unit being connected to said incinerator by said gas conveying pipe via an inlet hole and said inlet hole is situated at the top side of said filter unit and combustible gas enter said filter unit via said inlet hole.
- said filter unit has an internal vertical duct in the middle of said filter unit and said internal gas duct comprises of a wider dimensional opening at the bottom end and form a conical shape duct as it move further up before said vertical duct.
- the filtered gas is then directed for usage through an outlet hole situated at the upper part of said internal vertical duct and a water chamber at the lower part of said filter unit.
- the filter unit further comprising at least one water tap at the bottom of said water chamber for removing of contaminated water and an external chamber with a water tap for removing of overflowed water in said filter unit.
- An incinerator for producing combustible gas comprising a receptacle means; a material feed-in opening on top of said receptacle means for introducing materials into said incinerator; a lid to cover said incinerator during combustion; an air supplying compartment with a plurality of air inlets around the lower part of said receptacle means to help combustion; and an ash collection means at the lower part of said incinerator.
- said incinerator is cylindrical in shape and said receptacle means including said receptacle means and ash collection means is insulated to prevent loss of heat.
- the wall of incinerator is made of heat-proof layer as the outer layer to prevent loss of heat. It is further preferred that said receptacle means has two layers of wall with said heat-proof layer as the outer wall and a fire-proof brick as the inner wall.
- the insulated wall further comprises a layer of water compartment which surrounds the heat-proof outer wall.
- said incinerator is fully filled prior to combustion process and the lid is closed throughout the combustion process.
- FIG. 1 is a cross section illustration of an incinerator in accordance with the present invention.
- FIG. 2 is a cross-section view of the top part of the incinerator made in accordance with a preferred embodiment.

- the drawing shows an incinerator (10) comprising of a receptacle means (20) and an ash collection means (30), wherein said receptacle means (20) is a burning chamber for burning combustible materials or waste; a material feed-in opening (22) on the top for introducing combustible materials or waste into the incinerator (10); a lid (23) to cover the incinerator (10) during combustion; a gas storage case (24) at the top side of the receptacle means (20) to store combustible gas produced and directing the combustible gas to a filter unit; and an air supplying compartment (25) with a plurality of air inlets (26) around the lower part of the receptacle means (20) to help combustion.

- the receptacle means (20) Once the receptacle means (20) is full filled with combustible materials or waste, the receptacle means will be closed and air will be conveyed into said receptacle means from the air inlets at the bottom of said receptacle means.
- Fire will be then ignite into the receptacle means (20) via the air inlets (26) situated around the lower part of the receptacle means (20) until gas generated and temperature increased to bake and sublimate combustible materials to produce combustible gas.
- air will be pump into air supplying compartment (25) continuously and forced into said receptacle means through said air inlets.
- the lid (23) is ensured closed at all times during incineration.
- the combustion process will take place until all the combustible materials or waste have become ash and the ash fall into the ash collection means (30) and disposed accordingly.
- the process of incineration in this incinerator (10) will produce minimal ash and it is smokeless as well as odourless.
- the incinerator (10) is preferably cylindrical in shape and insulated to prevent loss of heat. It has a thick heat-proof layer (27) as the outer wall. This heat-proof layer covers the whole incinerator (10) including the receptacle means (20) and the ash collection means (30).
- the receptacle means (20) further comprises of another layer of wall, which is the fire-proof brick (28) as the inner wall. As the combustion happens in the receptacle means (20), therefore it is necessary to have another layer of wall for protection.
- the insulated wall further comprises a layer of water compartment (21) which surrounds the heat-proof outer wall. This layer of water act as a coolant to said incinerator to decrease the temperature of the incinerator wall.
- the temperature of said incinerator (10) is not as high as inside the incinerator (10) for safety sake. Moreover, durability of said incinerator (10) is longer with the existing of this layer of water.
- the water can be also used as a hot water source for domestic uses. There is a water tap (not shown here) at the upper part of said water compartment (21) for the inflow of water and an outlet (not shown here) at the lower part of said water compartment (21) for the outflow of hot water when necessary. There is also a dust proofing lid (29) at the top of the receptacle means (20).
- Combination of Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 shows the combustible gas production system.
- combustible gas will be produced.
- This combustible gas will be force to the top part of the receptacle means (20) due to the air coming in continuously from the air inlets (26) at the bottom of said receptacle means (20).
- the gas produced is being stored in the gas storage case (24) as shown in Fig. 2.
- this gas storage case (24) is connected to a gas conveying pipe (40) which situated outside the incinerator (10).
- the filter unit (50) is connected with said incinerator by a gas conveying pipe (40).
- the filter unit comprises an internal vertical duct (51) in the middle of the filter unit (50), a water chamber at the lower part of said filter unit and an external chamber (52) with a water tap (53) for removing overflowed water in the filter unit (50).
- the water chamber further comprising at least one water tap for removing of contaminated water.
- the internal vertical duct (51) has a wider dimensional opening (54) at the bottom end to provide a wider space to collect combustible gas.
- This wide opening (54) of the internal gas duct (51) form a conical shape duct (55) as it move further up before coming a vertical duct (56).
- This internal vertical duct (51) further comprises of a side duct (57) at the top and this side duct (57) directs the combustible gas into another compartment (not shown) for usage.
- the filtration process will begin.
- the combustible gas will first moving down to the bottom part filter unit following a cyclone motion around said internal vertical duct.
- the filtration process happens when combustible gas contacted with water (70) placed at the bottom part of said filter unit (50). Filtered combustible gas will then moving upwardly into the wide opening (54) of the internal vertical duct (51) and the filtered combustible gas will move further up into the vertical duct (56) via the conical shape duct (55) due to the force of cyclone effect in the filter unit (50).
- the filtered combustible gas will enter the side duct (57) which is the outlet at the top side of the internal vertical duct (51) to be transferred into another compartment for usage.
- This filtered combustible gas can be used for cooking purposes or used as an energy sources.
- the combustible gas is non-smoke and flaming or non-flaming when burned.
