Abstract

La présente invention concerne un banc pour traction du dos et d'étirement musculaire (10) qui possède un panneau de banc incliné (800) destiné à supporter la région de la cuisse d'un utilisateur allongé sur le ventre sur ce banc (10) et, un panneau de banc (700) destiné à supporter le torse de l'utilisateur dans une position horizontale et inclinée vers le bas. Une traction est appliqué sur la colonne vertébrale d'un utilisateur allongé sur le ventre sur ce banc (10). Ce panneau de banc supportant le torse (700) peut être réglé de façon à modifier l'angle de traction appliquée. Un ensemble support de jambes (600) est pourvu de rouleaux capitonnés (608) qui peuvent être utilisés pour placer une force additionnelle dirigée vers le bas sur les jambes de l'utilisateur allongé sur le ventre, augmentant ainsi l'angle de traction appliqué sur la colonne vertébrale. L'ensemble support de jambes (600) peut être réglé de façon à placer les rouleaux capitonnés (600) dans une position verticale supérieure ou inférieure, permettant de varier ainsi l'angle de traction imparti par les rouleaux (608).
