Abstract

La présente invention concerne un processus de préparation de microgélules contenant un matériau noyau liquide hydrophobe, ce processus consistant : (1) à mélanger une phase liquide organique comprenant un matériau noyau liquide hydrophobe avec une phase aqueuse comprenant un stabilisateur de façon à former un prémélange, (2) à homogénéiser ce prémélange par forçage de ce prémélange sous pression à travers un passage de haute pression dans une zone de basse pression de façon à produire une dispersion de microparticules, ces microparticules possédant une taille moyenne supérieure à 1,0 micron, (3) à ajouter un matériau d'encapsulation avant l'étape (4) et, (4) à traiter ce matériau d'encapsulation associé aux microparticules de façon à former les microgélules.
