Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil à plier pour effectuer une déformation plastique par flexion de profilés creux (11') fermés, ouverts et mi-ouverts. Cet appareil comprend un rouleau médian (3) appuyant contre la face interne du profilé plié, un rouleau de laminage (4) appuyant contre la face externe de la feuille, un rouleau de cintrage (11) disposé côté sortie du profilé et agissant sur la face externe de la feuille, contre le support assuré par un rouleau support (5,6) appuyant côté entrée contre la face externe de la feuille. L'invention vise à permettre la déformation plastique par flexion de profilés sensibles à parois minces. A cet effet, sur le plan perpendiculaire au plan de pliage et relativement aux rouleaux médian et de laminage (3, 4) se faisant face, sont montés d'autres rouleaux de laminage (12,13) qui agissent sur la paroi latérale supérieure et inférieure du profilé.
