  • Such larger flat face of the expansion 15 has a larger diameter than the hole 6, so as to define a shoulder that effectively contrasts extraction of the stem 9 from the hole 6 once the stem 9 has been inserted in the cap holder 3.
  • the smaller flat face of the expansion 15 preferably has a diameter that is substantially equal to the diameter of the cylindrical part of the stem 9, i.e., a diameter that is smaller than the diameter of the hole 6, so as to facilitate insertion of the stem 9 through the hole 6.

  • the cap holder 3 can slide along the stem 9 and can oscillate about the axis of the stem 9 with respect to the supporting element 4, achieving the intended mobility for the cap holder 3, as shown in particular in Figures 4 to 6.
  • the retention of the cap holder 3 performed by the expansion 10, 10a is such as to ensure the required strength of the button both during use and during treatments for finishing the item of clothing to which it is applied.
  • the button according to the invention frilly achieves the intended aim, since it can be assembled and applied to the item of clothing more simply than traditional kinds of swivel tack buttons.
  • the particular connection between the supporting element and the fixing element eliminates the operation for riveting the fixing element and does not require the use of a riveting element inside the cap holder even for buttons with a closed cap, thereby achieving considerable savings in production costs and eliminating the danger of cap damage.
  • Another advantage of the button according to the invention is that it has an extremely low noise level with respect to known kinds of swivel tack buttons.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un bouton rivet articulé (1), destiné en particulier à des vêtements tels que des jeans ou analogues, d'assemblage et d'application très simples, comprenant un support de coiffe de forme convexe (3) ou queue et un élément de support (4) ou pied, qui est muni d'une tête (8) et d'une tige (9) qui s'étend depuis la tête et passe avec un certain jeu à travers un trou (6) formé au fond du support de coiffe, lequel bouton comprend en outre un élément (5) qui permet de fixer la tête (8) de l'élément de support (4) au vêtement, l'élément de support étant fabriqué dans une matière synthétique, et la tige de l'élément de support étant munie, à l'extrémité opposée à la tête, d'une partie élargie (10) d'un diamètre plus grand que celui du trou formé dans le fond du support de coiffe afin de retenir le support de coiffe (3).
