Abstract

La présente demande de brevet est relative à des moyens pour l’analyse de la régulation des voies d’activation des GTPases, qui sont spécialement adaptés à l’identification par criblage d’un composé capable d’exercer une activité inhibitrice sur une voie d’activation de GTPase. Ces moyens comprennent une levure à forte perméabilité membranaire (erg6) et au moins un système pour l’expression d’au moins une protéine hybride de type double hybride par cette levure, ou bien une levure et au moins un système pour l’expression d’au moins une protéine hybride de type double hybride intégré dans le génome de la levure, ou destiné à l’être. Ces moyens sont entièrement automatisables, et permettent la production de composés susceptibles de permettre de lutter contre une cellule tumorale, et/ou contre l’hypertension, et/ou contre une infection, contre le développement d’une maladie génétique.
