Abstract

Die vorliegende Vorrichtung hat sich zur Aufgabe gestellt statische Mischer mittels ohmscher, induktiver oder hochfrequenter Beheizung direkt oder indirekt zu erwärmen. Ziel ist die gleichmäßige Wärmeeinbringung in das durchströmende Medium. Im Falle der ohmschen Beheizung wird der Strom beidseitig über einen ringförmigen Verteiler an der Stirnseite des statischen Mischers eingebracht. Die induktive Beheizung des statischen Mischers erfolgt rundum in einer druckfesten Wicklung (1) im festen Abstand vom Mischer durch einen hochfesten Isolator (2) getrennt. Je nach Erfordernisse können Teilbereiche, über eigene Kontaktplatten (3) angespeist, des Mischers (4) getrennt über eigene Erreger, gesteuert von der Temperaturmessung (5) des Sektors, unterschiedlich beheizt werden. Anwendungen im Bereich von Schmelzeleitungen, Hotrunners, Shotpots und Beheizung langer Werkzeugkanäle und Plastifiziereinrichtungen können somit bedient werden. Für diese Anwendung wird die Herstellung der hochfesten Wicklung beschrieben. Ebenso werden Ölleitungen, Ölvorwärmung und Wassererhitzer bestückt. Der Vorteil der kurzen Bauart ergibt vielfältige Anwendungen im Anlagenbau.
