Abstract

Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren zum Bedrucken von bereits gebogenen, d.h. von gewölbten Glasscheiben hinsichtlich Dekor- und Funktionsdruck, z. B. von Heizflächen, mit beliebiger Farbtönung und im Herstellungsverfahren einstellbarer Durchlässigkeit für die sichtbare Strahlung und entsprechende Vorrichtungen zur Durchführung des Verfahrens zu schaffen, welches die Nachteile der bekannten Verfahren, insbesondere der Siebdrucktechnik vermeiden. Das Verfahren zur Bedruckung und/oder farblichen Behandlung dreidimensional gebogener Glas- und/oder Kunststoffscheiben ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der bereits dreidimensional verformten Glasscheibe der Druck- bzw. Farbauftrag für Funktions- bzw. Dekordrucke mittels InkJet-Verfahren und Laser-Verfahren und/oder photolithographischem Verfahren und Laser-Verfahren oder mittels Sputtertechnologie erfolgt. Als Einrichtung wird ein Beschickungs- und Entnahmeroboter (1) mit einem Rondell (2) mit verschiedenen Stationen, wie Zentrierstation (2.2), Farbauftragstation (2.3), Dekordruckeinbrandstation (2.4) usw. und gekoppelt mit einer Horizontalföderstrecke (3), die ebenfalls mehrere Stationen, wie Heizfeldauftragstation (3.2), Einsinterungsstation (3.3), Auftragstation der Anschlussklemmen mit Mess- und Auswertestation (3.4) des Gesamtwiderstandes usw. und parallel zur Horizontalförderstrecke (3) eine Sputteranlage (5) vorgeschlagen. Die heizbare Scheibe mit einer Folge von Schichten zur Erzielung guter Heiz- und Lichtschutzwirkungen ist durch eine Scheibe (6), die eine Schicht (7) aus einem Halbleiterwerkstoff und/oder aus einem Metalloxid als Heizschicht (7) und darüber eine organische oder anorganische Schutzschicht (8) besitzt, gekennzeichnet. Das Haupteinsatzgebiet der Erfindung ist die Autoglasscheibenproduktion.
