Abstract

Le procédé d’analyse d’un échantillon cellulaire, comprend les étapes de : a) coloration des noyaux des cellules de l’échantillon ; b) acquisition d’au moins une image numérique de l’échantillon ; c) analyse numérique de ladite image caractérisé en ce que l’étape a) de coloration des noyaux des cellules est une coloration non spécifique à l’ADN. En application de ce procédé, l’invention propose aussi un procédé de sélection d’un milieu de culture, un procédé de mesure de la toxicité d’une substance et un procédé de mesure des caractéristiques cytopathologiques d’un virus. L’invention porte aussi sur un procédé de sélection de substances pharmacologiques intervenant dans les maladies du surpoids ou de l’obésité et un procédé de sélection de substances pharmacologiques intervenant dans l’ostéoporose.
