Description

DISPOSICIÓN FUNERARIA ECOLÓGICA PARA CREMACIONES Y ENTERRAMIENTOS
D E S C R I P C I ÓN
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente memoria descriptiva se refiere a una disposición funeraria ecológica para cremaciones y enterramientos, cuya finalidad estriba en configurarse a partir de un féretro no reutilizable que contendrá el cadáver, implementado con elementos de soporte para su extracción del ataúd propiamente dicho donde está alojado, para poder ser enterrado o bien sometido a una etapa de incineración o cremación.
Con excepción del féretro contenedor del cadáver que se incinera o entierra, el ataúd y el resto de los elementos constitutivos de la disposición son reutilizables .
CAMPO DE LA INVENCIÓN Esta invención tiene su aplicación dentro de la industria dedicada a la fabricación de aparatos, dispositivos y elementos auxiliares para la industria funeraria.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
El solicitante tiene conocimiento de la existencia de la Patente de Invención Europea número
684.807 correspondiente a un ataúd, que consta de una urna ceremonial que se puede utilizar varias veces y que tiene un material decorativo, pudiéndose colocar sobre o separar de una urna interior desechable, fabricada en un material no contaminante del medio ambiente cuando la misma se incinera o se descompone.
La urna ceremonial incluye unas partes laterales opuestas entre si, montadas de forma pivotante por la parte superior de las mismas a la parte superior de la urna ceremonial, pudiéndose juntar las paredes laterales para formar unas paredes exteriores inclinadas hacia la parte interna a manera de una cuña, con objeto de que la urna interior presente una configuración tradicional. Las paredes laterales, cuentan con unos salientes existentes en las mismas, quedando acoplados formando un cuerpo con la urna interior, de tal modo que las urnas se puedan levantar al mismo tiempo. Si la urna ceremonial externa se quiere separar de la urna interna, las paredes laterales se separan.
Sin embargo, por parte del solicitante, se desconoce la existencia de una invención que presente las características de configuración y empleo que se describen en esta memoria y que permiten la utilización de ataúdes convencionales de los existentes en el mercado .
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La disposición funeraria ecológica para cremaciones y enterramientos objeto de la invención se configura a partir de un féretro con tapa destinado a receptar el cadáver del finado, presentando una configuración que facilita tanto su cierre estanco durante su utilización, como su apilado en vacio para su previo almacenamiento y transporte, implementado con elementos capacitados para realizar su extracción del ataúd normalizado donde se encuentra introducido.
La invención consecuentemente está constituida a partir de un féretro contenedor del cadáver, fabricado en un material que facilite su combustión, como el poliestireno expandido (EPS) , que será introducido en un ataúd convencional de los normalizados existentes en el mercado. La invención constitutiva del féretro propiamente dicho, presenta una tapa diseñada de tal forma que al voltearla en ángulo de 180° pueda colocarse en sentido inverso sobre el perímetro superior del cuerpo constitutivo de la caja del féretro, consiguiendo ocupar un volumen sensiblemente inferior al que posee cuando el mismo se encuentra en uso, facilitando su almacenamiento y transporte.
Las paredes constitutivas del féretro, están dotadas de acanaladuras tanto en su perímetro superior como en el inferior, coincidentes con resaltes emergentes superior e inferior del perímetro de la tapa, consiguiendo que cuando se efectúa el apilado del féretro los resaltes emergentes de la parte inferior de la tapa, que en posición de almacenamiento y transporte ocuparán la posición superior, coincidan con las acanaladuras existentes en el perímetro del féretro situado sobre él, a la vez que los resaltes emergentes de la parte superior de la tapa, situados igualmente en posición invertida, permitan anclar cada tapa del féretro con su correspondiente cuerpo, facilitando al mismo tiempo el apilado de los féretros.
El conjunto soporte está formado por una base dispuesta sobre el fondo del ataúd, quedando sujeta mediante elementos retenedores que generan la inmovilización del mismo, y sobre esta base se apoya el féretro que contiene el cadáver. La base se implementa con piezas situadas en sus laterales, las cuales, una vez unidas mediante otra pieza perpendicular a ellas y ancladas por un pasador, generan la posibilidad de movilizar el conjunto soporte con el féretro para extraerlo del ataúd. Las piezas laterales del conjunto soporte quedan alojadas en unos entrantes que posee el féretro en el exterior de sus paredes laterales, asegurando su inmovilización .
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, se acompaña a la presente memoria descriptiva, como parte integrante de la misma, un juego de planos en los cuales con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente:
La figura número 1.- Representa una vista en planta del ataúd, dotado de elementos dimanados transversalmente de su fondo, que evitarán el desplazamiento del conjunto soporte sobre el que se coloca el féretro. La figura número 2.- Corresponde a una vista en planta del féretro propiamente dicho, contenedor del cadáver. La figura número 3.- Refleja una vista en perspectiva del conjunto soporte.
La figura número 4.- Refleja una vista en alzado lateral de una de las piezas laterales del conjunto soporte.
La figura número 5.- Corresponde a una vista en alzado lateral del conjunto formado por las dos piezas laterales de un lado unidas mediante la barra longitudinal perpendicular a las mismas.
La figura número 6.- Muestra una vista seccionada y en alzado frontal del objeto de la invención correspondiente a una disposición funeraria ecológica para cremaciones y enterramientos, no incorporando las tapas del féretro y ataúd, ni la barra perpendicular a las piezas laterales.
La figura número 7.~ Representa una vista del féretro con la pertinente tapa aplicable en la invención.

REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN A la vista de estas figuras, puede observarse cómo la disposición funeraria ecológica para cremaciones y enterramientos está constituida primordialmente por un ataúd (1) convencional normalizado en el mercado y un féretro (2), en cuya zona interna se incorpora el cadáver de la persona fallecida que posteriormente va a ser incinerada o enterrada, el cual está constituido por un cuerpo o caja (5) y una tapa (4) . El ataúd (1) presenta en su fondo unos listones transversales (3) y (3') con objeto de impedir la movilización del conjunto soporte (14) sobre el que se sitúa el féretro (2) . El féretro (2) estará construido en un material adecuado que permita ser sometido a una etapa de incineración, sin que la incineración presente problemas o perjuicio para el medio ambiente, tal y como puede ser poliestireno expandido (EPS), que se configura como un material que al ser sometido a combustión no genera daños sobre la capa de ozono, siendo aislante térmico, y a la vez cumpliendo todas las disposiciones sanitarias internacionales, y no actuando como soporte nutritivo de hongos y bacterias, presentando un alto poder calorífico y no emitiendo sustancias hidrosolubles que contaminen las aguas subterráneas, a la vez que no contiene ningún gas de la familia de los fluocarbonados, siendo consecuentemente un material biológicamente inerte y a la vez un amortiguador de impactos y resistente a la humedad.
El citado material, también puede ser sustituido por otro material que se pueda utilizar para incinerar sin ser perjudicial para el medio ambiente. Las paredes de la caja (5) del féretro (2) poseen una configuración apropiada para incorporar acanaladuras superior (12) e inferior (12') coincidentes con resaltes longitudinales superior (13') e inferior (13) de la tapa (4) del féretro (2) que se acopla sobre el cuerpo (5) , consiguiendo que cuando se vaya a efectuar el cierre del féretro (2), la acanaladura (12) coincida con el resalte (13), favoreciendo consecuentemente el cierre estanco del féretro (2) .
La tapa (4) que cierra el féretro (2) está diseñada de tal forma que al movilizarla en ángulo de
180° puede ser colocada en sentido inverso sobre la caja o cuerpo (5) del féretro (2), ocupando un volumen inferior para su transporte y almacenamiento.
Cuando se realiza el almacenado o transporte, los resaltes (13) y (13') están destinados a facilitar el anclado de cada féretro (2) en combinación con las acanaladuras (12) y (12'), ya que los resaltes (13) emergentes de la parte inferior de la tapa (4) , que en posición de almacenamiento y transporte ocuparán la posición superior, coincidirán con las acanaladuras o ranuras (12') existentes en el perímetro inferior del cuerpo (5) del féretro situado sobre él, a la vez que los resaltes (13' ) emergentes de la parte superior de la tapa (4) , situados igualmente en posición invertida, permitirán anclar cada tapa (4) del féretro (2) con su correspondiente cuerpo (5) al coincidir con la acanaladura (12) .
La posición invertida en la que se sitúa la tapa (4) para el almacenado y transporte permite igualmente reducir el volumen externo del féretro (2) . En posición de utilización, la coincidencia entre la acanaladura (12) y el resalte (13) permite el cierre estanco del féretro (2) . Las acanaladuras (12) y (12') y los resaltes
(13) y (13') están configuradas como elementos perimetrales que complementan el cuerpo (5) del féretro
(2) y la tapa (4) del mismo. Colaborando con los elementos constitutivos del cuerpo del ataúd (1) y del féretro (2) se establece en la disposición constitutiva de la invención, un conjunto soporte (14), provisto de una base (6) y piezas laterales (8) que adoptan la forma en "L", y de cuyo extremo inferior emergen pronunciaciones verticales (11) , que una vez introducidas en las perforaciones (7) por la parte inferior de la base (6) generan su anclaje, a la vez que el conjunto soporte (14) queda inmovilizado gracias a los elementos (3) y (3') dimanados transversalmente del fondo del ataúd (1), quedando igualmente sujeto el féretro (2) mediante el alojamiento de las piezas laterales (8) en unos entrantes (15) situados en las paredes laterales del cuerpo (5) .
Las piezas laterales (8) de un mismo lado se unen mediante una barra longitudinal (9) perpendicular a las mismas, anclado mediante pasadores o similares (16) , configurando asideros que permitirán la movilización del conjunto soporte (14) con el féretro (2) para su extracción del ataúd (1), y su posterior incineración o enterramiento.
El féretro (2) está implementado en el interior del cuerpo (5) por un velo mortuorio (10) que recubre la zona interna y perímetro externo del mismo, asi como las piezas laterales (8) del conjunto soporte (14) . Toda la parte externa del velo mortuorio (10) quedará unida al perímetro del ataúd (1) con objeto de escamotear el féretro (2) y la estructura del conjunto soporte (14) . Llegado el momento para la utilización de la disposición objeto de la invención, se comenzará efectuando la apertura del ataúd (1), retirando su tapadera de cierre, y encima del fondo interior del ataúd (1) , se pondrá el conjunto soporte (14) para la posterior extracción del féretro (2), colocándose la base (6) encima de las uñas (11) de los extremos inferiores de las piezas laterales (8), haciéndolas coincidir con las perforaciones (7) que incorpora la base ( 6) .
Se colocará el féretro (2) encima de la base (6) situada en el fondo del ataúd (1), efectuándose el revestimiento del féretro (2) con el velo mortuorio (10) y tapando todo el interior, asi como el contorno y las piezas laterales (8) .
A continuación se sujetará todo el borde del velo mortuorio (10) en el contorno de la caja del ataúd (1), introduciéndose el cadáver y efectuándose el velatorio del mismo, tanto en un tanatorio o donde se considere oportuno.
Cuando se vaya a efectuar el traslado del cadáver a la iglesia, cementerio o lugar de incineración, se soltará el velo (10) mortuorio y se movilizarán sus extremos hacia la zona interna del féretro (2), colocándose la tapa (4) del féretro (2) y uniéndose las dos piezas laterales (8) de cada lateral mediante la barra longitudinal (9) , efectuándose la sujeción con pasadores (16) o elementos de anclaje similares, que impedirán su movilización cuando se efectúe la extracción del conjunto soporte (14) en sentido vertical ascendente, con objeto de evacuar el féretro (2) del ataúd (1) .
Llegado el féretro (2) al lugar de incineración o enterramiento, los operarios de la funeraria, efectuarán la apertura de la caja del ataúd (1) y mediante los medios de extracción formados por el conjunto soporte (14) se extraerá el féretro (2) , bien de forma manual o mecánica, retirándose una vez extraído las barras longitudinales (9) y las piezas laterales (8), deslizándose el féretro (2) conteniendo el cadáver junto con la base (6) hasta la puerta del horno crematorio o bien hasta la embocadura del nicho o sepultura, a cuyo interior será finalmente deslizado el féretro (2), quedando liberada la base (6) .
El ataúd (1), la base de soporte (6), las piezas laterales (8) y las barras longitudinales (9) se trasladan al establecimiento funerario para su desinfección de forma adecuada, permitiendo su posterior reutilización.

1.- Disposición funeraria ecológica para cremaciones y enterramientos, caracterizada por estar constituida a partir de un ataúd (1) de uso tradicional, en cuya fondo presenta unas elementos dimanados transversalmente (3) y (3') en donde se acopla la base (6) del conjunto soporte (14), de planta menor que el ataúd (1), posicionada sobre piezas laterales (8) que adoptan la forma de una "L", presentando los extremos superiores de los tramos verticales pasadores (16) y disponiendo sobre el extremo del tramo horizontal inferior de pronunciaciones emergentes verticalmente (11) que se introducen en perforaciones (7) de la base (6) del conjunto soporte (14) , en el cual se apoya el féretro (2) fabricado en un material que no dañe el medio ambiente, tal y como puede ser poliestireno expandido (EPS) , en el interior del cual se sitúa el cadáver del difunto, presentando el féretro (2) en el perímetro superior de la caja (5) acanaladuras (12) y en la parte inferior acanaladuras (12' ) , coincidentes con resaltes (13') y (13) emergentes de la parte perimetral superior e inferior de la tapa (4) .
2.- Disposición funeraria ecológica para cremaciones y enterramientos, según la anterior reivindicación, caracterizada porque en el interior del féretro (2) se sitúa con antelación a la incorporación del cadáver de un velo funerario (10) .
3.- Disposición funeraria ecológica para cremaciones y enterramientos, según las anteriores reivindicaciones, caracterizada porque con excepción del féretro (2) y el velo funerario (10), el resto de los elementos constitutivos son reutilizables previa desinfectación de los mismos .
