 分析対象の物質を含む溶液が極微量であっても、当該溶液をロスすることなくハイスループットに解析を行う。  分離流路からの溶出時間が早い物質を含む第1溶液と、当該分離流路からの溶出時間が遅い物質を含む第2溶液とを、前記第1溶液の少なくとも一部を前記第2溶液の少なくとも一部よりも後に分離流路に導入する工程と、上記分離流路から溶出する物質に関するクロマトグラムを検出する工程とを含む。
