Abstract

In a preferred embodiment, an apparatus (10), including: a liquid product applicator (26); and means (50) to wipe liquid product from only a portion (64, 66) of the liquid product applicator (26), while leaving a greater amount of liquid product on other portions (60, 62) of the liquid product applicator (26). A method of using the liquid product applicator (26) is also provided.
