Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine neue Methode eines Clot-Lyse-Assays, der zur Untersuchung der Thrombolyse, insbesondere durch Urokinase (u-PA), t-PA, Streptokinase (SK), Plasminogen-Streptokinase-Aktivator-Komplex (PSAC), Reteplase (RP) oder Tenecteplase (TP), verwendet werden kann.
