Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pratique qui permet de résoudre plusieurs des problèmes des procédés de la technique antérieure dans la synthèse de 2-[2-(4-chlorophényl)éthoxy]adénosine et de ses analogues. Ledit procédé présente des avantages au niveau du coût, de l'efficacité et de la pureté du produit final. Pour bénéficier desdits avantages, la réaction n'est pas extrêmement variable et dépend de la quantité d'alkoxyde utilisée, selon qu'elle est réalisée de manière nette ou dans divers solvants. Cette invention a aussi pour objet des avantages au niveau de l'extensibilité et du coût, tandis qu'est obtenu un produit final de pureté élevée.
